The crew at this Carls jr is dedicated to insuring you have a pleasant experience while you feast on the wonderful food they serve. a unique experience that i observed was the cashier came out and checked on all of the customers, making sure they had everything, & seeing if any of us needed any additional service. She even refilled sodas for customers who took her up on the offer. This is the cleanest carls jr that i have been it. there is plenty of parking at this location. the city park is right next door, and there is parking at the park if you require more space. so, yes i recommend this Carls jr. it is spacious and clean with a crew of wonderful people that are ready to help. read more

Continue driving and then realized she never handed me back my credit card. Right off the bat he was super respectful and waited until I was done talking to ask follow up questions. He was fast and efficient. One of the most polite worker I have came accross. I was at this place on Sunday 7-16-23, we ordered our sandwiches and was going to eat inside but changed our mind when it was about 95 degrees in the place. Then as we were waiting for our food 2 very large cockroaches kept walking around the dining room floor. Told the people but they did not seem to care. Then we got our food we took it to the car where it was cooler and no bugs walking around. Not the fastest or cleanest Carl's location but they have the Beyond Famous Star Burger. Reason enough to stop in and grab a bite. They prepared it as quick as their fingers could muster and yelled out our order number like a highly trained pit crew. I think we only waiting 15 minutes for 2 burgers. I get it.. they had to first grow and harvest the peas. Sarcasm aside they were really busy. The burger was prepared vegan as requested without mayo, secret sauce, or cheese. The onions were a bit strong so I may be tasting them for a week or two despite brushing. There's plenty of parking in their lot and in the park's next to. The bun was flaking the cheese was not melted the ranch sauce was almost non existent a very small amount of lettuce the meat was flavorless bacon limp. I've attached photos. One of the fountain drinks was out of syrup and I asked if they could change it. The girl at the counter looked confused and then asked the lady in the back. The lady in the back said no so the girl at the counter told me no. I asked her "you guys can't change the box of syrup ?" And she replied "no, she told me we can't". We've stopped here a few times on our way to Mammoth and it's always been a good experience. The Beyond Burger offering is amazing! It's easy to make vegan, plus their fries are vegan. Bathrooms are clean, there's a dog park nearby, and we've never waited more than 10 minutes for food. read more
