A rude employee

i hate mcdonalds the drive thru especially because they always can't hear us when i'm yelling what i want and i always get a random persons bag and i've been waiting in line for 20 minutes and i end up with a random persons food the employee in the picture was swearing at me she was saying shut the f*ck up horrible service the food was also horrible look at the picture this isnt what a bigmac is 0 stars if i could

I was driving to get food, and this employee wouldn't give it to me, However my takeaway was on the table, he told me, they opened the door am2, OK, I went in, I asked him give me your name, he told me very rude, swear words shut up, when it happened at 1.16am on 5th October, this man is not worth working in a place like this, I said nothing to him, the cameras would catch every word he said, I'm sure someone will look into what happened,

I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, but it looks like a regular hamburger in a Quarter Pounder box. Plus, the French fries were ice cold. For the price, this is really disappointing.

Guayaba pie... was OK..

We were craving for the new McDonalds Guayaba pie, i am not a fan of the apple pie unless is from Popeye who has banging chicken and pies. Anyways, we ordered 3 just to kill the craving. Went home warmed it up and had it, nothing crazy had a bit of cheese flavor with a hint of washed out Guayaba flavor. The mix looks a bit pinkish, would i go back for another..NO. Anyways, first time ever at this location as I don't normally eat McDonalds.

Nasty place nasty workers. Uncooked and raw meat is served. If you want an alive burger come here. I don't know how they're open.

They have the spicy nuggets but not the hot sauce as of 9/20/2020. If you don't want to wait more than 15 minutes, you should go to the drive thru. There is currently no seating in the restaurant. The prices went up almost double since covid happened. Most of the time the employees here are pretty great. I took off one star for the few times they run out of items and the one time they forgot my large fries from my order.

When did nuggets become so thin?!

Don't bother going to this location. Horrible ice coffee and messed up my son's order. Forgot his fries and happy meal toy.

What kind of place only takes cash? This has been a problem for them for months now. Worst service I have ever had.

Walking in, you see green, lots of it in the form of lush plants and flowers everywhere. There is no over powering scents and the high ceilings do make the space feel open and calm. The counter to order is closer to the rear of the store and there's plenty of cafe style seating and communal seating all around. In warmer months, they put small tables and chairs outside on the sidewalk. The artisanal coffee here is what sets them apart. Bold flavor choices, robust and velvety varieties. Many options to choose from, check out the menu pics. I had the Americano and loved it. We also ordered hot food while hanging out. As they are popular for brunch, Jo and I shared the lemon curd blueberry pancakes as well as the savory salmon lox pancake. We likely over ordered but didn't mind, as we're always open to trying more dishes. The lemon curd blueberry was our favorite. I liked that there was extra lemon curd on the side and the blueberries were fresh. They were lightly dusted with powered sugar and thankfully not bathed in syrup. It was a light and satisfying dish even though it was pancakes. Didn't feel heavy at all. The ice cream was a nice touch so you could consider this as a dessert. The lox and eggs were really good as well. Those pancakes were topped with tomato, greens and avocado. Like a full meal on a plate. So glad we shared everything. I'd totally recommend a dine in experience so you can try the food once it's prepared. We both bought sandwiches to go for our family and those held up well considering it needed to be transported home. I recommend the ham and cheese croissant sandwich.

Each time, they seemed genuinely want to help, and made us feel welcome with their smiles and gentle demeanor. For myself, the pistachio muffin was totally satisfying and I confirm they did not slump on the nuts. The crunchy eclair was a BIG hit with our friends, and the rest is kind of a blur but I know we enjoyed everything we tried. We'd go back without hesitation. I hope they keep up the great work.

It comes in cubes so definitely easier to share. CRUNCHY: this is the very must!! It's chocolate mouse inside with layers of other chocolates. Plus with nuts on it. It's like a ferrero but bigger! When I was done, I paid and they brought the Napoleon slice packed up in a bag. It is cozy inside, and there's a few tables. I saw some people working on their computers as well. It is super sweet and even sweeter with whipped cream. It is unlike any hot chocolate I've ever had. Get it. For dessert, I like the Pineapple Shortcake, which is available at the Forest Hills Martha's, but not in Bayside. I thought I saw it once, but it turned out to be a Lemon Meringue cake. Instead, I'll go for a slice of Apple Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Blue or Red Velvet cakes or the Oreo Mousse. If you would like to enjoy your cake and coffee in house, there is table service. There are plenty of 2 topper café tables, but if you have a bigger party, they will park a bunch of them together for you, if it's not too busy. If you get here before 8pm, tables are readily available, but it can get crowded as the evening progresses. We were surprised recently, when they sat 6 of us with no wait. They are open before the crack of dawn at 6am until 1am on Friday & Saturday nights. I imagine that the ovens never cool off and the bakers are there on the overnight shift to bake plenty of cakes ready for the next day. It's not unusual to still have a line to order out at 10-11pm and the display cases are still packed with cakes & pies.

It's cozy, warm, nostalgic, and incredibly inviting. Every little detail of the decor makes you want to slow down, look around, and just enjoy being there. The owner is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the experience. You can tell that hospitality is something they genuinely care about. The staff are also wonderfully trained. Despite them being younger, they were incredibly respectful, attentive, and welcoming, carrying the same warmth and hospitality we experienced from the owner. That consistency really stood out to us. Our usual to-go order is the black sesame latte, which is perfect for those cold days, and the strawberry mint ade, which is perfect for the hot ones. The black sesame latte is smooth, rich, and not too sweet. It has that comforting warmth that seems to warm you through and through. The strawberry mint ade, on the other hand, is fizzy, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. That first sip instantly cools you down! We've also tried several of their homemade pastries, including their cookies and scones, and we've loved them all. Everything feels thoughtfully made, which adds to the charm of the place. There's something really special about Camellia Bell. It feels less like just stopping by a café and more like stepping into a little hidden world where you can slow down and enjoy the moment.
