But especially 20 minutes after opening. This was spongy idli texture which is great for...regular idly. Masala idly should have some crunch. Also not warm enough. Totally off putting to the point that I couldn't finish. I can overlook service issues in a buffet if the food is good. I can overlook issues with food if the service is great and issues easily rectified. The thing is, there were multiple servers at the ready but they couldn't get it together enough to provide a bowl for sambhar (what are we supposed to eat it in?!?!), we had to ask for serving spoons and tongs more than once and didn't get water until the tail end of the meal.
