Very small place with a higher end type feel to the atmosphere. Definitely feel crowded after only maybe one or two dozen people enter the shop. Line for gelato was long but moves quickly, however by end of the night many things sold out so be wary. Only tried their matcha so, can't comment much on gelato maybe another day. 4.1/5 - Jasmine Matcha - Flowery sweet note really pairs well with the slight bitterness of the matcha. Also quite fragrant and able to pick up some jasmine/flowery smell from the drink. No clumps and matcha was smooth after mixing with the jasmine. Looks very aesthetic with matcha sitting on top of jasmine giving it a two tone look.

Lost count of how many times I came to buy their gelato cakes. This time we tried the Berry White Champaca and it was light and tasty! For people who have a more Western palate, this is a good choice. For people who don't like things too sweet, their Matcha Black Sesame is still my recommendation. I wrote a review before complaining about the location where the order kiosks were placed and they listened! This time the kiosks were placed in a better place. Bravo! I encountered a different problem this time, out of their control, the ordering SW seemed to have problems processing the orders and it took a long time for the issue to be reported. While the customers were fuzzing at the kiosk, there was only one staff working at the gelato counter, making it hard to get the staff attention and reporting the issue. Once it was reported, a lady came out and worked diligently on it and at some point even had to take orders by hand and paper, but they couldn't take your phone number to honor the points, which I think should be able to do at the backend when the SW was fixed. Luckily it didn't take too long for the issue to be resolved. I still don't like how the points can only redeem the toys but not gelato. They have a new product, the creamy rice gelato, I gave it a taste, thumbs up good!

Omg it's so good!! I was really surprised!! Lived up to the hype. I got the salted cheese matcha float (level 2 matcha). It's high quality you can taste. I am definitely coming back. I like how they give out gelato samples so we can try beforehand. The aesthetics is nice and the line was efficient. We order on the kiosk first and then make our way down to the end of the counter. I wanna try all the gelato flavors. Perhaps too much ice tho. Might need to adjust it next time.

Tried Matcha Town when they first opened and just tried it again yesterday -- they definitely made improvements with their drinks! A much bolder matcha flavor in their drinks, just what we want, right?! Their gelato has always been decadent. Of course their different levels of matcha are great, but a surprise stand-out is their YUZU SHISO flavor -- make sure to try it! Finally got to try their gelato cakes over the weekend. 4" cakes are around $30 while 6" cakes are $60. |Matcha pistachio gelato cake| -- definitely potent matcha and pistachio flavors that matched well together. SUPER NICE packaging when ordering a cake. There's multiple small ice packs in their cute puffy insulated bag they place the cake in. Instructions say to keep the cake in a freezer and to let it sit in fridge 30 mins. I like when icecream/gelato cakes are a bit more solid, so I just kept the cake out of the freezer for a couple of minutes and had no problem cutting or eating the cake. |Salted Cheese Jasmine Matcha|-- Loved the harmony between the dank matcha + strong jasmine flavor + slight salt of the cheese! YUM. Can't wait to try other different drinks and gelato flavors ! This plaza is typically always busy and parking can be challenging at times. Two self order kiosks available inside with limited seating against the wall.

I've stopped by here time and time again for the guava matcha! If you like guava, you will love the guava matcha! I usually opt for no extra sweetness because the drink itself is already fairly sweet from the guava syrup. I like how strong the guava flavor is but you can still taste the matcha. One thing to note is that they probably use a lot of matcha because I did get jittery after finishing my drink. There are some seatings inside but the area where you go to pick up your drinks is fairly tight and crowded.

I ordered the regular cup size of gelato at the kiosk and walked over to the gelato corner. Ethan was my gelato person and super nice and patient! I originally decided on flavors at the kiosk, but changed my mind after a few samples. I ended up choosing No. 5 matcha & black sesame. The matcha was pretty strong, but not bitter. I was scooping more of the black sesame- it was so good and nutty. Most of the gelato had a very creamy and smooth texture. I'd def come back for a sweet treat again!

I continue to return time and time again, thank you to the team, the place is small but they really do craft the best treats!

Matcha Town is such a cute stop for matcha lovers. The shop has a clean, modern look with bright green branding, and the dessert case adds a fun, upscale touch the moment you walk in. We tried the Pink Guava Matcha and Jasmine Matcha, and both were beautifully layered and super photogenic. The Pink Guava Matcha was fruity, refreshing, and slightly creamy, with the guava adding a sweet tropical note that paired surprisingly well with the earthy matcha. The Jasmine Matcha felt lighter and more floral, with a smoother, more delicate flavor profile. Both drinks looked gorgeous and tasted balanced without being overly sweet. I also loved seeing the colorful cakes and desserts on display. Everything looked polished and thoughtfully presented, which made the whole visit feel a little more special than a typical tea run. Great place for a casual dessert stop, a cute catch-up spot, or anyone who enjoys trying creative matcha drinks in a stylish setting.

On a weekday afternoon, there were plenty of customers coming in and out of of the matcha/ice cream shop. I ordered their Salted Cheese Jasmine Matcha drink on their self-service kiosk, and it came out within several minutes. There was a good balance of salty cheese to good quality matcha, and the drink was not too sweet! They have the smaller three-hole straws available so that you can fully enjoy the drink. Would love to try their ice cream in the future!

Not as busy anymore but still one of my favorite dessert places in the area. Love the yuzu shio sherbet. Get their cakes!! So far I've only tried the berry champaca but it's so good. The champaca tea taste + tart berry + chocolate crunch bottom; 10/10.

I'm not a big matcha fan, but this place has some high quality drinks! I personally loved the matcha jasmine but my friends like their other matcha drinks too. The interior of this place is very cute, but small. You order through a kiosk though so it's a very quick process. The parking was easy plaza parking!

Fast and efficient service. You order from the kiosk. You can also taste as many flavors as you want Didn't get the ice cream but I got a matcha latte. Tasting the matcha separately before mixing, it is definitely good quality ceremonial grade matcha. Not grainy, not too sweet (I got 70% sweet), and the matcha flavor is present without being extremely earthy I'd rate this place an 8/10. Great matcha for a fair market price (around $8 after tax). Would definitely come back to try the ice cream and other drinks

Came here after dinner on the weekend and it was crowded inside but we were able to order and get our drinks in less than 10 minutes. I got the pink guava matcha drink 50% sweet and thought it was a perfect level of sweetness, might try the lowest sweetness level next time. It's a nice store and I highly recommend if you are in the area. Parking can be a little hectic though.

The store doesn't have the most comfortable ambiance: fluorescent light, hard furniture, and it gets pretty loud. However, the dessert is so worth it. I highly recommend the mango chewy ball dessert. You have a wall of (faux) jelly jars of all different flavors once you enter. This place feels very revamped. A "red carpet" greets you upon your approach to the counter. We came on a Sunday afternoon and though the wall display says "SO MANY FLAVORS TO CHOOSE FROM", the inventory behind the glass says "meh not so much". I guess most of the different flavors had sold out already by 3 pm, like some of my favorite seasonals (dragon fruit, ube). However, I was able to get the osmanthus oolong which I love. The taro coconut was light and refreshing so I enjoyed that as well! Today I decided to venture and buy the durian but I have not YET tried it. It wasn't too busy so after placing the order, they had our order in less than 5 minutes. My puppers got to accompany me into the store too. I wish melo melo would open up stores out in the central valley and Sacramento area too.

Bingsoo is popular nowadays, but I don't see many around Campbell, so this was a nice surprise to find on Yelp. The parking is ample and shared in a plaza with apartments and other businesses. Even though it was cold outside, the store was full. Almost every table inside was taken. The space itself was decently clean, although a bit cramped because of how crowded it was. Our group ended up sitting outside since a lot of the larger tables indoors were occupied by only one or two people. You can grab your own chairs by the bathroom if you have a big group. I liked that menu was extensive. Besides shaved ice, they also had boba, tea, ice cream, and taiyaki. We waited maybe around 10 minutes for our order. We checked out a couple of games available near the front for customers to borrow. We shared one large mango cheesecake shaved ice and one medium Biscoff shaved ice. Mango cheesecake - This was AMAZING. My first bite tasted like heaven. The flavors worked together so well and the cheesecake wasn't overly sweet. The mangoes were ripe and sweet. Biscoff shaved ice - I enjoy Biscoff in general, but this didn't compare to the mango cheesecake at all. It was too sweet and more icey/watery. Chamomile tea drink -This paired nicely with the cold desserts. It was warm and refreshing at the same time. I almost never order nor see chamomile tea on menus so this was cool. One note: there was a water station available, but the cups were SO small. Maybe 2-3 gulps of water per cup. I wish they were bigger. Overall, I enjoyed coming here for dessert after our big dinne I think this is a nice addition to the Campbell.
