A couple of our other locks were messed up and he ended up using the parts other locks he originally changed to fix our broken locks, free of charge. BE WARNED!!!! I will gladly warn the public about these guys. I called to get a quote to pick a lock and the guy said $35 and up. That compares to what my friend paid for a lock pick service with another company in the area so I said ok. What he didn't not say was that the $35 was just for the emergency visit on a Sunday evening. On top of that there is a $15 service fee for regular visit. Picking was $149 extra for each lock. My friend used another service and said her total only $30 for a visit and lock pick. I will attach a photo of their bill which came out to be $348 since I had a security door as well as a side door to open. I just paid since it's Sunday night an I was returning form a long vacation. Also they can't pick a medium security lock they will drill. They said the guy would arrive within 25 min they did not arrive for 45 min. Their receipts don't match the company so I don't know what that's about. read more
