He actually gave me a discount but it was still more expensive than the other places. Anyways the reason I wanted to update this review is that day the stuff who came to open my door worked maybe 2 hours but couldn't open it. It was 1:00am when he realized that he cannot open my door but he still asked me for the fee! Yes he asked me for the fee for the door he couldn't open. He complained a lot that he drove all the way to my apartment and spent his gas. It was soo annoying. He argued with me instead of saying sorry to take my time! LOVE this guy. My boyfriend and I locked ourselves out of our room in our apartment, called two locksmith companies, and the one I called I guess called another person in Agoura Hills. That guy said he'd be 20 minutes and then this locksmith said he'd be here in 10. We told him not to come, but he came anyway(not necessarily a bad thing), so I tried to cancel the locksmith from Agoura Hills, and he told me it'd be a $15 service charge and I could pay over the phone by giving him my card info. When I told him I did not feel comfortable disclosing the info, he said he's still going to call a locksmith, WHICH IS CONFUSING BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS COMING. A few seconds after, my boyfriend comes in with this locksmith and he says it's not in the practice to ask for service fee and even he, only 10mins away didn't ask for a fee. If you need any locksmith work, you know who to call. Extremely helpful and honest, also you can't beat the price! He came over after midnight for a lockout, opened the door in a couple of minutes, had a nice lil convo, and left. read more

I had to call these guys last night at about maybe 2 a.m. after arriving to my residence I realize that I had forgotten my house keys in the house after going out I had no way to get in the house so my only resort was to call these great gentleman at this establishment hear the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was very nice and courteous he asked for a return call number in which then Sean call me to confirm my address to my residence and what exact type of locks he was going to deal, with after arriving to my resident within 15 to 20 minutes which is what I was promised Sean got to work he managed to open both locks on the doors in lees then 10 minutes and in speaking with him throughout the whole time I have to admit that my experience with Sean was an amazing one!! I can't say enough about the team over at Keys + Locksmiths. Seriously, it's no fun being locked out of my home. I called them up at 3am and prayed someone would answer. The person who answered explained things very well and said someone would be out to me in 20 minutes. Here's where it gets great: They were there literally in 10. Anyhow, the locksmith Jason (ask for him if you can) looked at the situation and told me I was lucky that the type of lock I had should be little problem.
