Dishonest people here. Installed my lock and said it would be safe but it got broken into 8 months later. I told Ron the lock is too exposed and burglars can undo it from the outside but he said it was okay. I'm looking into litigation to make sure these guys don't hurt other customers. They also charged for stuff they didn't say they would charge. Terrible experience and these guys deserve a bad review to expose them. read more

This is the best Locksmith company in the last 35 years owning several business and living at many addresses. I found Day and Night Locksmith by chance through friends. The first time Roni showed on time and was very respectful. I explained what I needed and received an estimate right away. The price was so fair I immediately said APPROVED. Right away he went to bust truck, brought his tools and was done within the hour. After working with Roni on numerous projects over the years, I can say that I'm completely satisfied with all the services this company has to offer. The level of knowledge of all the technicians is also something I've never seen elsewhere. The prices are fair and the service is always amazing with great attention to detail and marksmanship. I recommend Day and Night Locksmith to anyone as I have done over the years to anyone that's has needed locksmith services. read more

Been using them for years, super trustworthy. Ronnie and Aaron are always available for any emergencies and respond immediately. Best locksmiths. read more

Straight up thief's, wouldn't give estimate until arrival $450 for getting vehicle keys off driver seat of locked pickup truck. Can't leave Google reviews on their site. read more

These people are awful!!! Quick service yes but for regular locks $645 to change locks and keys. I didnt know better. Please look at reviews before you call just anyone. I was told by multiple people i got ripped off and I was. Locks especially standard should never charge this much. He added fancy ones (according to him) that cost a ton of money. I thought it was a lot but its the standard. THATS NOT THE STANDARD PRICE TO CHANGE LOCKS!!!!! Please dont call these people!!!! Yes i was told the price but hes a crook that took advantage of the naive. read more

Was quick to respond, professional, and helpful on very short notice

CALL AROUND.. I would give them a zero if I could, the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude and after I was over charged because I was told I would be charged $29 I was calling him to find more information and he hung up on me twice as I was asking questions. I was charge $309 to open a lock. read more

Tried to use this service to unlock my apartment as I locked myself out. Service was prompt but wouldn't give an estimate until they arrived, charged $29 just show up...then took the opportunity to gouge us $280 just to unlock the door. But also warned us it could be more because he may end up damaging the lock leaving it useless and need to be replaced for even another fee of who knows how much??? Don't waste your time with this one, there are many other honest and reasonable locksmiths in the area. ... we called another local service that charged us $70 total to unlock the door. read more

Great! Arrived within 30 minutes and had my door unlocked within 10 minutes. Would recommend

Quick efficient service. I got locked out of my house at midnight. I called Day and Night. In less than 30 minutes I was inside my house. Professional and polite team. Thank you guys! read more

I called Night and Day Locksmiths at 4:10 PM on a hot Wednesday afternoon when my elderly mother had locked herself out of her apartment. They were kind enough to head directly over there and open her door and make sure that she was taken care of immediately so she didn't sit out in the extreme heat. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for the kindness they showed us and their fabulous service! read more

They were prompt and creative. The locksmith was a craftsman and a gentleman. I needed access in Beverly hills and it took a matter on minutes until they arrived. Thanks so much ! read more

Great communication and very patient and helpful. Thank you, Ronnie.

I've been using day and night locksmith for two years or more. Sadly, I use them a lot. I lose or misplace my keys!! Ronnie, Aaron, eidan, and Joseph are a crew of professional locksmiths that know what they're doing and get it done right, all the time. I promise they've educated me on the importance of locking the door in all possible locking scenarios lol. Ronnie has been to my place tons of times. He told me I'm foolish for having the safe I used to have since my life and families life was in It. He demonstrated how easy it would be to open and informed me of the risk of a loss due to fire. He totally hooked me up with an awesome finger print safe and has made my sleep that much nicer. You guys are truly awesome. Thanks for always being there for me. Highly recommended to anyone in need of a locksmith in Los Angeles read more

We lost the keys to our unit and called Joseph on a Sunday afternoon. He left his NFL game and came to us within 40 minutes. The price was agreed to during the first phone call. Joseph was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely call them again and highly recommend them. Most of the negative reviews I saw were regarding price. If you don't agree on a price BEFORE requesting them, then whose fault is that? Also he emailed me the receipt while onsite. Very cool! read more

Fantastic overall service! My experience with Day & Night Locksmith started a few years ago when I was challenged with having to find a replacement lock for our condominium common area key. It was a challenge, but Ronnie helped get us what we needed which saved us a great deal of money! Since then my building has been using their services and been very happy with the promptness. Ronnie truly ensures to follow our authorized list of people before releasing additional keys to anyone which I find very comforting as safety is key! I would recommend them to anyone any day! Called Day and Night Locksmith at 1:50PM for a quote and potential job complete. Ronnie responded in less than an hour and was gracious enough to leave and come back to do the job the same day! I asked for the pool bathroom to get a lock placed, latch locking in double doors at the base and a keypad entry lock for the home office. They are extremely reliable and showed good faith in getting the job done. I also appreciated his honesty in pricing and giving me the best options for a keypad lock on the home office door. Day and Night Locksmith's are lifesavers and I recommend them for any job big and small read more

Brought in a key to be duplicated, as well as two key blanks (Which was a good thing, since they didn't have the blanks for my key) BOTH blanks were ruined, and unable to open the lock like the original. I would absolutely NOT come here again should I ever need a key duplicated. read more

I accidentally locked my dog out of my room which I didn't have the key for, so called them and they came right away (ten minutes or so). The locksmith opened the door, installed a new lock, and gave me new keys. The service itself was great, but I definitely got ripped off. I paid $173 total for their services, which included a $85 "lock out fee." (Took him three minutes to get in the door.) I'd recommend for speed, but it's definitely pricey. read more

This place is exactly the type of service you hope to get from a locksmith. Our key was having trouble opening the door. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation and made quick repairs. Their price is also extremely reasonable. Overall--they're outstanding. read more

I locked myself out of my house on a Sunday morning and. called Day and Night. In less than 30 minutes I was back in my house thanks to Ronnie's speedy and efficient service. I hope I don't need a locksmith again but if I do, Day and Night will be my first call! read more

My mailbox lock was broken, and the mail person said he would stop delivery if I didn't get it fixed. (Is that legal??) Ronnie at Day and Night Locksmith set me up in less than 24 hours: I called last night and today at 8 a.m. my mailbox was fixed. Aaron was on time (two minutes early), low-key (no pun intended) and efficient. Took five minutes. read more
