All of their services/pricing are online as well, not all places list that but they really should. Erica did manicure, she is very nice and I am happy with my red nails. Definitely try out ColorMe!!

Each time they tried to upsell me by talking about other better(more expensive) choices. Gel X. I tried it once and was very unhappy with it. Today my teenage son went to get a plain mani/pedi before camp. He was not satisfied with the service so left a low tip. The owner came over to him and said most people leave 20%. I was so upset to hear this. My son changed the tip because he was so uncomfortable not because he thought they deserved it. They did not do the full service for him. The massage was very short and no paraffin. There are so many nail salons around. We will go back to the salons that appreciate the business we give them and do not treat customers this way.

Start to finish the service was only 13 minutes. Specifically, the tech didn't properly clean under each nail (stopped after 5 - ?) and never touched up my nails after the final coat leaving polish on the sides. I paid an extra $10 for dazzle dry so the polish would last longer. It's day 2 and already peeling! A waste of money.

It's likely due to them not curing correctly which can be caused my incompatible lights or too thick of polish. The space was large enough so that it didn't feel crowded even though it was super busy that day - there were about 8-10 patrons rotating while we were there. Will come back again!

Initially I asked for Yvonne because of her good reviews, but she wasn't available so they placed me with Helena to receive my fill-in. Upon entering, the establishment is very very clean. Mask wearing is optional, though, even more the techs, so if you're uncomfortable with that, it might not be your place. There were several techs working and I loved to hear the rapport among the staff as they laughed and joked with each other. While they seemed to really be enjoying each other, they often didn't have that same warmth with customers. I found Helena to be a bit unwelcoming and bordering on apathetic which is why I am only giving four stars; however, the work she did was phenomenal! She took great care of my nails and walked me through her process. She thinned out the acrylics which were too thick for me and gave me a beautiful gel finish. Even though I wish she were a bit warmer, I'll still be booking another appointment with her because she truly is talented.
