Mask wearing is optional, though, even more the techs, so if you're uncomfortable with that, it might not be your place. There were several techs working and I loved to hear the rapport among the staff as they laughed and joked with each other. While they seemed to really be enjoying each other, they often didn't have that same warmth with customers. I found Helena to be a bit unwelcoming and bordering on apathetic which is why I am only giving four stars; however, the work she did was phenomenal! She took great care of my nails and walked me through her process. She thinned out the acrylics which were too thick for me and gave me a beautiful gel finish. Even though I wish she were a bit warmer, I'll still be booking another appointment with her because she truly is talented.
