I really enjoyed my first visit to perfect nails. I just moved across town to roslindale and was looking for a good nail place close by. I chose this place based on the reviews and they didn't disappoint. Mia was the best and I will request her each time. I loved the shape of my nails and the design was great. She was attentive and made sure my cuticles were clean. I appreciate she was focused and not on the phone, I wish the person who did my pedicure would've scrubbed a bit harder, but I can request that next time. The prices are a little high but mostly comparable and worth it for the service. The facility was also pretty clean. I recommend this place and plan to try again. I come here to get my eyebrows done whenever I can get a free weekend. For eyebrows and lip together I pay $22 plus 15% tip. They always do an amazing job and are fast. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Across the street there's a free parking lot. They are across the crosswalk next to the laundry mat but the sign is blocked by a poorly placed tree. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to Dedham four years ago. The guy was amazing but he went off to another job. I'm pretty sure and the place went to shit every time I go in there now there's either one or two girls both with an attitude who will tell you to come back in 30 minutes once you wait 30 minutes and try and go back they tell you to wait an additional 10 mins everything runs on their timing and then you tell them you are not coming back they give attitude because they need the money but there's only one girl working. I'm never the type to leave a review, but I've been a loyal customer for the the past few years & They have ruined every holiday, including my birthday by telling me to wait and never taking me in! read more

I knew something was wrong the minute I sat for almost 2 hours to do a dip powder and this was the end result PLEASE SEE PICTURES The tip broke off and I had to glue it back with nail glue and when I got the pedicure I got cut on the side of my toe after the first nick and I pulled my feet back she should've stopped but she didn't she kept going and she wasn't too friendly either and given these trying times of COVID I should never have given this establishment a tip and how dare they call their nail salon perfect when they do a subpar job. It wasn't very busy, so i got lucky. Because i went by the yelp reviews and needed a place ASAP. Was really happy with the service. Walked in because I saw the sign for the special, I was greeted by a really nice guy at front desk. He walked me back and the lady walked in to do my eyebrows and didn't speak or bother to smile. She did a nice job but could really use some hospitality personality. With my mani/pedi same thing she just seemed bothered. Again the final product was nice but no warm and cuddly from her. She was quick and efficient not one for pampering. The guy at the front desk should teach her a little about smiling or at least not appearing bothered. I was in the area and wanted to squeeze in a mani and pedi before another appt. I only had an hour. It was a Tuesday afternoon and I was the only one there, so they had two girls work on me. In and out in 50 minutes! I was so thankful. They didn't rush and did a great job. Very happy with my nails. TONS of colors. Plus they had a new line up with two color tones that looked very neat. Very nice staff, spoke English so it was easy to communicate. Very gentle! ( I can't stand it when people dig into my nails when they remove gel). I got an exfoliant scrub and hot stone massage with my pedicure that felt very nice. Their pedi chairs have jets. I'm wary of jet baths because of incidences of them not getting cleaned properly (with hospital grade disinfectant) and risk of infection because of this. However, I have to say I kind of enjoyed it haha. It felt great. I didn't get too much of an idea of cleaning procedures. I just saw her scrub the foot bath with a sponge after; and not sure how they clean their instruments but I think I saw a UV box in the back. The website does say everything is medically sterilized though so that is good. Would like to know more. You can pay with credit card but NOT debit or Amex. Cash tip only. They do have an ATM with no fees from the business for using, but possibly one from your bank. Parking is street. I lucked out and got one right outside the door. There are some side streets but pay attention to the signs... one side of the road is no parking at all. read more

Pedicure was ok, but the lady seemed miffed about how I asked her to paint my nails (I wanted sheer polish over French). I stopped the mani in the middle because the just WEREN'T LISTENING. I'd asked for a thorough nipping of my cuticles, which grow a lot and fast. She barely removed them. I couldn't possibly put gel on them. It would look horrible in 2 days. In the end, I was charged $42 for a very mediocre job. When I told the guy about the bad cuticle job, he just ignored it and proceeded to charge my card. Great customer service... NOT! Perfect Nails is amazing! I used to live in Dedham and luckily found this place based on yelp reviews from its previous location. It relocated to a larger nicer location where they have doubled their chairs and tables. There are hundreds of polishes to choose from so there is no way you wont find a color you will love. I recently moved to Somerville, but refuse to go anywhere other than Perfect Nails. I have been a magnet for finding bad nail places, but this place is the jackpot. My fiance thinks I'm crazy to drive close to an hour to get a mani/pedi, but girls, let's be honest... Good nail salons are not easy to come by. As far as I'm concerned, the drive is 100% worth it!! My hands and toes have never felt and/or looked healthier than after I started going here. Lilly gives perfect manicures EVERY TIME. Her french is to die for. She meticulously works on my cuticles until they are healthy and feel great. I can honestly say I have never had another nail salon do that. Ever. Nikki is my "go to" girl for helping me pick my polish colors and nails it (pun intended) EVERY TIME. She does great pedicures. Lately, while Nikki is working on my pedi, Lilly starts working on my gel removed. I have already told these ladies they will be in charge of my wedding nails for sure! If you are ever shopping at Legacy Place, pamper yourself and drive 7 minutes to Perfect Nails. The nail salon in Legacy looks fancy, but their mani/pedi's aren't even half as good as Perfect Nails does them. I'm speaking from experience. FYI: There are discounts on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. They also run adds in the Dedham newspaper. This Friday's paper will have a coupon for 15% off until the new year. I've had better experiences. 1. I had to pay 25 dollars for a pedicure which would be fine if the lady did not cut my foot. 2. After cutting my foot she applied liquid that burn 3. My color change was horrible. The perks to this place is that they have colors I could'nt find at any other nail salon. They offer their customers something to drink (sprite, coke, ice tea). The second time I came for a fill, she stayed an hour late to do Jack Skellington nail art at her insistence!!! I was working for Halloween in Salem, and got so many compliments!!! The latest nails she created for me are mood color change! Pink to champagne with diamond and lattice nail art with glitter. I wanted to have some nail design, just 2 triangles in different colors, and I showed a picture to the girl and she convinced me she could do it. This was my first time at this salon, along with my Mother, we both left 2 very happy customers. We got pedicures...she got a acrylic fill and I got acrylic full set, amazing work. My nails now along with my Mothers look natural with the acrylics unlike other times at other locations when they looked obviously not real and less effort put into the final look. The pedicure was great, I just found it a bit weird that they charge an extra $5 for callus removal. Everywhere I've went before, it comes included.
