I use to live in Brookline and now I moved to Malden and still drive 45 minutes to an hour to get here. There are plenty of estheticians in my area and in Boston that I pass by to get here, but I one thousand percent choose her any day! I literally leave this place glowing and feeling like a brand new person. She does wonders to my skin! Plenty of street parking and public transportation drops you off a couple stores down. I brought my boyfriend here recently and he wants to make it a commitment to come back once a month together. That was his first time getting a facial and he is hooked. Their communication skills are lacking for certain customers…read more Had a 9am appointment that I kept getting reminders for on my phone and was still serviced a few minutes late. When I walked in, no good morning, just can I help you as she serviced another customer. Told her I had a 9am appointment. She continued to work on customer and talking with a mask on. I ask her if she was talking to me? She turned and finally looked at me disgusted and told me to have a seat and wait. I should have left after that exchange, but I didn't. Another worker came in at 9:08am and took me for my pedicure. She did apologize for the wait. While doing my pedicure I asked her if she could trim a few nails a bit more. She said no, you can do that at home yourself. I don't want to cut you. No problem, I asked if she could file them down then? She hastily grabs a file and starts. I told her to forget it, because at that point I was done with the attitudes. The whole time I was there, I watched them greet, with bright bubbly good mornings, to all the other women of a different hue coming in. Customer service is at an all time low. So sad. Will never return.
