Their communication skills are lacking for certain customers. Had a 9am appointment that I kept getting reminders for on my phone and was still serviced a few minutes late. When I walked in, no good morning, just can I help you as she serviced another customer. Told her I had a 9am appointment. She continued to work on customer and talking with a mask on. I ask her if she was talking to me? She turned and finally looked at me disgusted and told me to have a seat and wait. I should have left after that exchange, but I didn't. Another worker came in at 9:08am and took me for my pedicure. She did apologize for the wait. While doing my pedicure I asked her if she could trim a few nails a bit more. She said no, you can do that at home yourself. I don't want to cut you. No problem, I asked if she could file them down then? She hastily grabs a file and starts. I told her to forget it, because at that point I was done with the attitudes. The whole time I was there, I watched them greet, with bright bubbly good mornings, to all the other women of a different hue coming in. Customer service is at an all time low. So sad. I recently had a deluxe gel pedicure with Anna, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. She pays incredibly attention to detail, and does exquisite work. I had a really great spa pedicure here, so I can only speak to this service, but the atmosphere, and ambiance were great and the staff was super friendly. I called in and got an apt the same day and they were busy. The quality of the service and girl was so great. She did a fabulous job with everything and anything, including the leg/foot massage. This is a fine nail salon; however, DO NOT buy gift cards from them when they are offering a promotional deal. I went in there to buy my wife a gift card for Christmas around Black Friday. I was going to buy a $50 gift card but they talked me into a $100 gift card because it came with an extra $30 bonus in gift cards, at least that's how it was advertised to me. This $30 bonus was split up into 3 $10 off coupons that can only be used 1 at a time on a $50 purchase or more, cannot be used with the gift card, and expired about 60 days after the date they gave them to me. It just felt overall shady and like an unfair / misleading business practice. I felt a bit cheated by the transaction and won't do business here again. read more

I understand it's busy but if you can't do a good job, then don't take more customers. Anyway, I had to tell the woman to go back and remove the cuticle that was obviously still there, 2 times! There was more cuticle left but I gave up on telling her because she wasn't nice. It was just awful. She did not clean my nails well, and did not do a good job with the polish. It is so frustrating because if you say something to them, they blame you or your nails. I will not be returning to this salon, don't go there!! The only nice lady is the owner. Th is an overpriced nail salon and it's not worth the price. For dip powder manicure it is $50 but they also have an added charge of $5 for taking off your nail polish. This is new for me after getting my nails done for many years. I also got a gel pedicure $50 and again an additional $5 for taking off the nail polish. I found this out when it was time to pay . So ......For manicure and pedicure , added tip of $10 , I payed $120. With this price I should be walking out feeling golden but I didn't . Went today for the first time and it was wonderful! Treated myself to the deluxe pedicure, which included, hand and foot masks, paraffin wax for hands and feet, massage and new quick drying polish! I just spent $99 on THE worst mani and pedi I have ever gotten. Both hands and feet nails were cut crooked. Both were rounded, despite me telling her I wanted them squared and NOT cut. At the end she got upset because I saw one nail cut so bad and she rushed the entire time. Yet no other patrons waiting for service. My 10yr old child was charged for a mani at an adult price. I called and asked the front desk how much for a gel mani. The woman said $33 and I paid $38 because they assumed I had gel already on my nails. As the nail tech was finishing my nails, just as she was about to put lotion on, I said "no it's ok" then she says "ok $2 off" FIRST OF ALL THAT IS HORRIBLE! Even after 3 coats of gel nail polish, my nails still looked sheer and the service overall was horrible. I noticed she took a piece of my cuticle off and went to another nail tech and spoke in their language. When I asked what the problem was, the nail tech responded "no no problem" ok so then what was that all about? Oh! One more thing, after just one day; the polish already chipped off. Went here the 1st week it opened and had a Deluxe Pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was really nice and relaxing. They didn't over-exfoliate but just enough and the heated neck wrap and massage was really good. They also do the paraffin wax on your feet and warm leg wraps. Recommend using the fast dry polish as you won't ruin your pedicure inside your shoes or socks on the colder days. The place is new, clean and quiet/relaxing. Will be back! read more

When I first started getting my nails done at Q-spa I was very happy. The manager Christina would do my nails, sometimes a few others ladies wld also, my nails wld always come out excellent. I took a break from Q-spa after having a unpleasant experience. I have since gone back twice after a 6 month break, my nails wld come out excellent. Today 3/28/23 I get a gel mani and regular pedi... $69 plus a tip. I get to the car and look at my nails they look a mess. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I guess I could give it a 1 star for atmosphere. This place just opened up and I went to try it out. I booked a Brazilian, dip manicure, and a classic pedicure. First issue was how long the wax took and the fact that wax was being put in the same spot over and over again. I have never had an issue with stubborn hairs but this was her excuse.. to save the embarrassment I let her use any excuse she wanted. I then got my pedicure which was fine until she ruined my pinky toe trying to put sandals on .. again, harmless mistake. No issues there. What really irritated me was my first ever experience with dip! My nails looked good until she told me to wash my hands .. as I walked to my car, multiple fingers were turning white. I went back in .. she fixed them and told me to wash my hands at home. Why? To avoid me noticing they will mess up again? I went to my car again and they messed up again. I went inside and at this point.. too much dip was on the nail but she proceeded to try and add more. It was then I asked to speak to a manager .. I didn't even want it fixed I actually just wanted her to see how horrible my nails looked but she insisted that she will fix them .. long story short my nails still are screwed up. I have been going to this nail Solon since they opened with my daughter. It recently went down hill. I got a mani/pedi with the dazzle dry nail polish which I had used before and loved. The nail tech rushed my service, and did a sloppy job. I asked for a third coat and she gave me an excuse of why she wouldn't do it. The next evening I noticed that my nails were already peeling on my feet and hands at the tips. I called them on Sunday morning and made an appointment to come in to get them fixed. While I waited to get seen I noticed that the nail polish I used looked more diluted than the others. I pointed it out to the owner who told me that they do not dilute them. She would only let me change the color (even if it was similar) if I paid more which I refused to do . Then she almost blamed me for the nail polish peeling already. She put one more coat on them and sent me away. Now it's the day after and they are still peeling. I have gotten this brand before and I love it. It's not the brand... it's the polish they have but they refuse to acknowledge it. Now I've paid money for a mani/pedi that looks horrible. I vowed to never go back there and never recommend this place. We are the customers and should be happy with the work they do. Instead they were aggravated and insulted that I even brought it up. Too many nail salons in the area that are way better and deserve my money and time. read more

I have been to Qspa a few times. The services are nickel and dimed. I was asked if I wanted my cuticles done , I had the dip. I was thinking that having my cuticles cut were part of a manicure. The worker never told me that it was extra. Prior to that the worker took my old dip off. When finished and time to pay my bill it was $87. I asked why so much, the receptionist said for cuticles removed and a tool. I said I thought it was part of the manicure. I said what is the tool, I am still not sure what that is. They charged me $55 for a $43 dip and $32 for a regular pedicure. They don't have any prices listed on the wall. The receptionist talked to the manager and said the worker should have told me the price. But, they never took off any $$. The place is clean and great atmosphere. They need to post pricing and not charge extra for dead skin on feet and they don't massage your feet and no hot stones. Some workers don't even massage your hands.
