We came here on a weekday morning and they were already quite busy. It took about 20-30 minutes to get our food so it might be smart to order ahead. We ordered two breakfast burritos - one veggie and one chorizo - with a latte and green juice. My partner said that the latte was cafe-quality and pretty good. The green juice was also solid and fresh. However the breakfast burritos were 3 stars at most. The proportion of veggies and meat to the other carbs like potatoes were way off. My partner couldn't finish almost half because he thought there was way too much chorizo and not enough balance with everything else. Not sure if we would return. Parking can be a little difficult because their lot is small and the street parking can be well used especially for the other businesses.

Some of the best tacos I've had in Seattle. The ingredients taste incredibly fresh and everything is packed with flavor. I've visited twice now, and both times the tacos were the clear standout. This time I also tried a burrito and wasn't quite as impressed. The chorizo and other fillings ended up a bit mushy together, making the texture less enjoyable than I was hoping for. The tortilla itself was excellent though, and I'd be interested in trying a different burrito combination on a future visit. One thing to note is that the food can be a bit heavy and oily, but the flavors are strong enough that it never felt overwhelming. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. Service is straightforward and efficient, whether you order online ahead of time or at the counter. The location is also great, especially if you're spending time around Gas Works Park. Seating can be limited during busy hours, but I've been able to find a spot both times I've visited. Indoor and outdoor seating are both available.

I thought I was just going to a basic cafe for a breakfast burrito, but little did I know I would have one of the best breakfasts. This place was so cute! The people were extremely friendly, the location was great and the decorations were all for fall! It was awesome. It's just a small cafe, but great for a delicious meal. I will definitely be coming here again! I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and it was impeccable.

Their burrito game is strong, but I had no idea until my last visit how great their fresh pressed juices are. Definitely worth a stop just for those! Their roots and fruits and the hydrator were both perfectly balanced in flavor and of very very high quality (better than many juice bars I've been to). The juices alone are enough to make it a stand out spot. Be sure to give it a try on your next stop in!

I've been to Ma's many times. If you get there before 9 on a Saturday, there is little to no wait. The breakfast burritos are large, but I always felt like I was never getting enough egg. I asked them how many eggs go into a burrito, and I was told one. So, I started asking for an extra egg in my burrito and now I think it's perfect. I also don't get pico because the salsa provides enough acidity and spice for me. Highly recommend doing this for a better ratio of ingredients. The bacon sandwich is also very good, loaded with bacon and caramelized onions. The mango mojito smoothie is delicious.

Small lil cafe right next to gas works. Even on a Wednesday, it was bustling and busy. Their mango mojito smoothie was out and they recommended the berry smoothie. Glad they did because it was delicious! Also big the sausage sandwich without jalapeños because I can't handle much spicy. The brioche bun was nice and soft. The comfort of the sandwich hit the spot. They call your order out by numbers. If you're lucky you can grab a spot inside. Def not for large parties. I would definitely try a juice next time.

Definitely the best burrito in Seattle! The coffee was decent- could use more maple flavor, but the burrito was tasty and a decent size. We planned to take it to gasworks, but the weather wasn't on our side. We lucked out and grabbed two small seats inside. It was pretty cramped, but so worth it!

**vegetarian review** I got the veggie breakfast burrito and quesadillas to go. They were very well packed. And good portion, generous cheese on quesadillas. Personally though the flavours were much milder than I expected. The quesadilla mostly tasted of cheese and the burrito was pretty good but maybe the reviews had hyped this place so much in my mind that it didn't deliver to what I was expecting. Decent meal though.

This is my new favorite breakfast and coffee spot! The drinks are perfect, food is big portions and so yummy, and the staff is super friendly! I notice Mas cafe is more a to go spot for many customers. They have indoor and outdoor seats more bar style seating. The cafe has cute decorations and feels very lively and welcoming yet cozy. On our first visit we sat outside and ate as it was busy inside. My second visit I took to go and ate in my car in the front. I love that they have plenty of free street parking out front and it's never a hassle to find a spot. I have ordered the maple leaf latte twice now and it's sooo delightful. I don't drink a lot of coffee as I'm picky and prefer tea but this was so so sooo damn good. One of the best lattes I've had and at a great price with alternative milk options like oat milk. My boyfriend and I agreed these burritos are big. This is definitely a filling breakfast burrito and could be enough for two portions or leftovers. I have ordered the same thing twice now and each visit its delicious and perfect. I order the chorizo breakfast burrito with no sour cream, no pico, and add avocado and extra salsa spicy. The second time I asked for extra salsa on the side and in the burrito as I needed more! The salsa is bomb! The avocado is always fresh and they add a lot which I love. They don't skimp here and you can tell food is made with care and love. Seems like a family owned business. Come support this small business they are amazing! I am excited to return and look forward to trying the juices and tacos in the future. Can't believe I haven't tried Mas Cafe sooner. The food and coffee is sooo delicious!

street parking, minimal seating, cute little place. burritos, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, juices, tacos! called your number to pick up your food. breakfast burrito tasted more like a regular burrito than breakfast. bacon breakfast burrito - mild & spicy salsa, all of the filling fell to the bottom, tortilla is thin and chewy, has lots of mexican flavors, could be filled more

Long lines for a reason... It's not a big place but the crowds come for a reason! We came for the breakfast burritos and left full. There were so many choices of burritos and sandwiches. The wait wasn't long and the food was good. I can see why it came recommended!

Family Owned Local Business. I walked in and it is a small, but efficiently managed business. Regulars would walk in and would be greeted by their first name. Always a great sign. There are a few stools to sit at while waiting or even to eat at, but dining in is very limited. Most people ordered to takeout. We ordered quite a few things here. - Rawesome (Green Juice) - Carne Asada Tacos - Al Pastor Tacos - Avocado & Egg Breakfast Sandwich - Bacon, Egg, White Cheddar Breakfast 'wich - Carne Asada Burrito - Chicken Mole Burrito Fresh squeezed juice and breakfast at Mas Cafe. Just what I needed on a fine morning during my latest visit to Seattle. Fair warning to those who are expecting a chipotle style burrito...Mas Cafe offers rice, beans, cheese, pico, salsa, sour cream. Period. I polished mine off later that day because I was still full from my green juice and Avocado & Egg breakfast sandwich. Their breakfast sandwiches in my opinion are their stars of the show. The bread has a slight sweetness to it that goes well with the savory ingredients. My only critique would be the cut of the onions. They are cut quite large and chunky. I think a more thinly sliced carmelized onion would compliment the food better. Delicious food and stellar family friendly service.

Really impressed with this little cafe. We got a bacon sandwich and a chorizo burrito. Both were stuffed with meat and huge. The bacon was crispy and the onions added an excellent sweetness. Service is was quick and friendly. I can see why they're talked about so highly! Can't wait to come back.

The pork chop was tender, and went well with the homemade vinegar & garlic sauce. The long lumpia shanghai was GBD, and also went well with the sauce. The longanisa had a texture that reminded me of childhood, and the Ilocos sausage (that is less fatty), was a nice contrast. Lastly, the savory corned beef was a good way to finish the big portion of garlic rice. I def needed a nap after this meal. Regarding the ambiance, its a small, casual place that holds 50. You order at the front, and your food is brought to you quickly. There were a lot of Flip clients, but there were also a fair number of non-Flip clients. Many of the clients looked like regulars. I enjoyed the hot coffee with a bit of cream. It was good; my only comment is that I wasn't offered a refill at any point, and we were there for over an hour. To be fair, it was SUPER busy; like at least 100 people in the dining room. I had one of their seasonal specials, the peaches and cream Swedish pancakes. It was a generous portion included with a trip to the berry bar. The berry bar was very fresh and well maintained as far as cleanliness. I added some berries which made it extra special. I liked the caramel shards, but they were a little on the thick side for my liking and were a bit tough to eat. However, I really enjoyed the dish overall! I also got a side of peppered bacon which was well-cooked, crispy, and extra peppery. My friend got the classic French toast and a side of potatoes.
