A lot better experience this time the food was cooked fresh. The burger was very good and tasted fresh. The fries were very hot right out of the fryer. They were actively walking around, wiping off tables and sweeping up napkins, so it was a lot cleaner than the last visit. definitely doing a better job read more

Food was mediocre at best HOWEVER it took 30 min to get my partial order. Everything came out in stages and I NEVER got the apple pie despite being told multiple times they were being made. It's very rude when they just shove the food to you and turn and walk away without even eye contact or a single word. This place is so hit or miss. I went yesterday and besides them not having one exterior light on at 6a.m. (an hour after they open) I eventually was able to order. I had a small steak, egg & cheese biscuit and a small cheese grits. It was awesome! Everything was right about everything. I just left this morning where I ordered a small steak, egg & cheese biscuit and this time a large cheese grits. I got home and when I picked up the bag there was a huge grease stain on it and my passenger side seat! I got inside and they had failed to properly place the lid on the cheese grits. Hence they were everywhere. The SEC biscuit was so hard and overdone that I couldn't eat it. I just chunked the whole order in the trash along with my $6! Now I remember why I quit going before. Food was great as always. The issue is a rude staff member who shouldn't be dealing with the public. First time I've been inside a Martin's in many years and paid to be treated poorly by a cashier. She was so rude I asked another employee to correct a drink order so I didn't have to deal with her. Did it ruin my day? Not at all, however the behavior did make today my last visit to that location. I'd rather my money go to someone else who appreciates it. If her nasty attitude is that bad in front of people, I can only imagine what happens when she's not in front of people. That's a disturbing thought and nasty shouldn't be handling people's food. read more

Every time I've stopped by here before work my foods usually always hot and fresh! Everyone seems fairly nice and anytime I have an issue they always fix it no problem. The wait time can be 15-25 mins but everyone in town goes here for breakfast so you can't blame them they're still doing everything they can. Save yourself some time and go ahead and only order breakfast food here. I got the hamburger and was not really impressed until my friend explained that you should only get breakfast here. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was good. It wasn't outstanding, but good. Food takes a while to get here too when you dine in. Overall, I give this place an average score. read more

SPEED OF SERVICE. Opening at 6am can be rough, sure. First car(gotta be) -I pull up at 6:05 and wait for someone to greet me over the head set. I order, drive around, and wait. She comes unlocks the window, takes the $5.95 from me, change received. And wait. I got a biscuit. It's being ready prior to your doors opening. The drive thru took a total of 18 minutes. I would've driven off but I already paid. Just slow service. Of course anyone can think they could be short staffed. But that's a rant for another time. The food was awful to put it plainly, the service was also awful. The lady gets our order wrong, and then huffs and puffs whenever she has to change it, like lady this your job correct? The food was not good. The biscuits were dry, and I was given bottom of the barrel eggs (barely enough as well) I was thinking about going back and making them fix it but did want to have to deal with them again. Went there for lunch, the best onion rings in Rockmart! Hand battered, fresh, not the frozen pre-packaged kind. The cheeseburger was okay, they looked like preformed patties, but cooked well. Breakfast there is great, good biscuits hard to go wrong with the country ham and egg. Recommended! read more
