Well, the food has been sitting around for a while. That's obvious the restaurant is rarely clean and it seems like the manager is the only person who will do any work. The staff is complaining about different things and using foul language in the process not a very family friendly environment for a chicken place. and while sitting in the restaurant, trying to eat this food, I've heard two people come back in for total refunds and two others come in with the wrong to go orders. read more

Chicken strips were hard and dry. Looked like they had been reheated over and over. French fries were cold dry and so salty you couldn't eat them. Worst food I have ever had from Bojangles. I had seen several bad reviews on this Bojangles, now I agree. read more

The evening staff at this location is terrible. I just watched an employee cuss out the car in front of me and practically through my food in the car at my husband. After tasting the food that we had to wait for, it was in fact cold and not fresh. If you go here, go in the morning during first shift. Another time I went at the evening. It was about 8pm. They told me they had already shut the stoves and were about to go home. They were supposed to be open until 10. read more

Well they continue there ZERO customer service here. Staff is absolutely pathetic! Met with friends to have breakfast a little after 7am and the doors are locked. Decide to go through the DT, wait in line and NO BACON! Biscuits are also out, but will have some in about 18 minutes? ‍ Hit McDonald's across the street and have our food in literally less than 3 minutes. I like my food made to order my fries were cold after I asked them twice were they fresh.

Breakfast here is FANTASTIC! The chicken and pimento cheese biscuits are awesome. Great service, sometime a little slow but they are always packed so it's to be expected. Lunch and dinner on the other hand is just the opposite. It's usually slow as cold molasses, sometimes it's cold, and more than once it's been so dry that I couldn't eat it. Service is awful. Last time I went through drive through I was asked to pull forward and wait (I had a large order) the completely forgot about me. I had to go inside and was told that my food had been discarded because they thought I left. I got a refund and won't go back after 10am. read more

This is just your average Bojangles as far as food selection, quality and price go. There are several Bojangles within a 20 mile radius and they all are basically the same: walk-up counter, biscuit menu, standard greasy breakfast fare, which is not a complaint, it just is what it is. I enjoy the steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I can't eat one every day but they are delicious. This particular Bojangles in Rockmart is always well staffed, clean, and relatively fast. Tea is usually fresh which is a plus. Staff is always friendly. I eat here twice a month or so. Would recommend. read more

This location used to be great but it has gone down hill fast. The last three times I've been there they've either gotten my order wrong or never have enough chicken cooked. They have a three wing dinner meal on the menu but never have any wings cooked. We were there at dinner time, 5:45 on a Saturday night. No wings available. Customer service is terrible. There were no patrons in the restaurant or drive through and the staff acted as though they were inconvenienced to have to work. I don't think we'll be coming back to this location. read more

Been through the drive though twice. First trip......they didn't put the biscuits in the sack.... The place was empty and nobody else in line. 1 job to do and they can't do it. Great chicken and Mac and cheese....great potato's with very good gravy. Second trip. Left the gravy off of the potato's. Empty store with nobody in line....can't complete one simple task. Poor management....even poorer group of employees. But...take a chance...chicken breast are really good. Be prepared to get miffed by missing parts of the meal. read more

This store has very poor management at the store level and at the upper management level. We sit in line for over 10 minutes and only moved one space. There was only 4 cars in the order line. We finally got to place our order but had to repeat it numerous times. When I got to the window no one was there to talk to, pay or ask what's going on. After a few minutes a person finally brought my food but I was so frustrated with this ordering experience that I just paid and drove off with out checking my order. When I got home they shorted me on 2 items. The last time I ordered from Bojangles they shorted me on my order. Sad that this restaurant's manager and restaurant's upper management is not involved in the store's day to day business operation to be aware that this type service is going on and should not be tolerated. read more

I love Bojangles, but they are hit and miss on a lot of their foods. The cinnamon pecan twist are awesome when they are fresh. But after sitting out for a short time they are better off in the trash. I had the chicken fingers on two separate occasions and they were disappointing. They were hard and tasted like they had been under the hot lamp for an hour. Their breakfast is usually always fresh since they are extremely busy and there is typically a line around the building for the drive through. I would rate them a 4 but with the last two or three trips being disappointing. I think I'll have to take a Bojangles break for a little while. read more

This Bojangles is a poorly ran place. The employees are underpaid which causes their attitudes to be just as bad as their paychecks. They are almost always out of salad and when you do get one, the salad mix is old and not worth getting sick over. The Cajun filets are always old, as well as the chicken tenders. I will say that the Mac n' Cheese is amazing and Kimberly, one of the managers, is the best employee there. I've met the owner and he is just as rude as his employees and his son is just as bad. I honestly would just stay far FAR away from Bojangles in general. read more

Tried stopping by the other night and they said it would be 20 minutes before I could place order. Stopped by tonight and they got the order wrong. Left out a side and no doubt got charged for it. Not a difficult order to get right. Thanks. read more
