It wasn't too hard to find, the streets of Rockmart seem fairly bike friendly and the shop was only 2 minutes off the trail. Soli's is run by a friendly Indian guy and serves a variety of sandwiches, coffee, and sides. The most popular it seems is the chicken salad sandwich with pimento cheese and sourdough bread. When I ordered it, the sandwich came out toasty and warm, chicken salad creamy and rich with the pimento cheese complimenting the filling well. It's probably a good call to add jalepenos, banana peppers, or onions to cut the richness of the chicken salad. The restrooms are clean, the owner is willing to refill your bottles, and you can leave your bike outside without the need to lock it. Great place to stop by.
