It's McDonald's, everyone knows what they serve and how it tastes. This place has fast service, is always clean and guess what: it has McDonald's food. If you want something besides McDonald's food, don't come here. How can a place have such bad reviews based on the food when they serve the EXACT SAME THING every other 50,000 McDonald's serves. WORST EVER PLACE I ordered 2 biscuit meals and a frappe and a drink. Worker came out and said machine for ice cream wasn't working then gave me a coke instead. Waited 15 mins for my meal then walked inside and they had no idea my other stuff was even ordered they apologized then only gave me one drink instead of 2 and shorted me a biscuit which made me late to work and my coworkers mad like it was my fault. Literally couldn't make a P L A I N burger with nothing on it TWICE. I don't understand how you can get a plain burger wrong more than once. Just meat and cheese. Quite possibly the least consistent McDonalds in NW GA. Ask for 1/2 sweet tea, 1/2 unsweetened - you get either sweet or unsweet. Order a happy meal - offered double fries or apple slices - regardless of what you ask for, you get single fries no apple slices. Ask for plain hamburger, I've gotten standard hamburger, plain cheeseburger, even a burger that had remnants or ketchup and mustard on the bun, and a faint odour of onions, as if the solution to making a plain burger is to scrape off the condiments from a regular burger. It is as if the employees are playing an elaborate game to try and see what they can get away with before someone contacts management. This location sucks. VERY bad customer service, slow at drivethru, stop by in the middle of the day and the shake machine is ALWAYS being "cleaned". Latest fiasco, I had mobile app deal for buy 1 get 1 free Big Mac or Quarter Pounder. I told them at the drive thru I had a QR code from the McDonalds app, they said ok, then when I got to the window, they were trying to ring it up as a special they were running, 2 for 5 dollars, which was at least a dollar more, and completely refused to use the deal from the app. After arguing with the IDIOT cashier, I finally told them just cancel my order, and told her where to go. Ok.Lol. I just wrote about a two paragraph post on this McDonalds but deleted it. I'll make it short and sweet. Rude lady took my order at the drive thru, no greeting from anyone at either window, very lazy attitudes from everyone I encountered, they forgot some of my order, fries were soggy and tasted like throw up due to the old grease they fried them, the burger was sooo greasy and tasted like dirty feet smell. The only reason I come to this McDonald's it is the only one in my town. I paid for my convenience with the lack of service. The food is like all McDonald's but the drive-through is terrible. They probably have a pretty good number when you see how quickly they serve but it's not real. On this visit I was one of six car to wait out of the parking lot waiting on food. Then when the people come out they can't find which car has which order. Then you better check your order because half the time it's not right. I agree with Melissa. Don't ask them to remake a sandwich correctly (which is their job and what they are being paid to do) because they will tamper with your food. My friend asked for a cheeseburger and after the third time thought it was correct. She bit down and the assistant manager that said she'd make it herself had added a load of salt and pepper just to be ugly. 2 stars is generous. Quarter Pounder was okay but fries were cold in about 3 minutes after sitting down. Crew was very social with themselves. We were waited on by a very sweet girl name Raven. I think she was new and she tried very hard. They customized by wife's Egg White Delights even though they do not usually make them during late afternoon. As far as our other food, the biscuit sandwich was hard and cold.
