They do a fabulous job in very difficult circumstances. The problems are due to the failures of management. The restaurant is extremely uncomfortable due to broken air conditioners. it is muggy, hot, and stuffy. This has been going on for several weeks. The only change has been the addition of a single fan on the floor in a corner. Tonight there were no paper towels on many of the tables and the other tables were close to running out. They had no paper towels in stock. This restaurant is 2 minutes from Walmart. Couldn't they buy some for the sake of their customers? They're selling wings! The food quality is erratic at best, but mostly poor. For example, tonight our burgers were burnt, but the onion rings were undercooked. There was a shrimp in the curly fries and the mushrooms were intolerably spicy. There are frequent issues with grease enough to form puddles under the food. The kitchen is apparently unable to put out the meals in a timely fashion. it is common for customers to wait for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or more to receive their food. This is not the fault of the servers who do their best to support the customers. We do not recommend eating here.
