Was sat at a teeny table, which would have worked for a single diner, but not for a couple. Asked to be a bed to a booth (which was literally across the aisle. Moved to a table on the patio. A table is not the same as a booth...but I digress. The table was dirty, I had to wipe crumbs out of my seat and off the table. Visited family here food was good. I wasn't a fan of rattlesnake bites though. Fried pickles were really good. Service was slow to start off with, took 15 minutes before waiter took order for drinks and apps. VERY BUSY but friendly employees and decor was nice music not too loud. I'm not the biggest fan of the chain, but I felt that our waitress did a good job for our party of 9. A couple of people did not have their food cooked exactly as ordered (undercooked on both) and my father-in-law got the wrong side with his meal. My steak was just a tad overcooked but it was flavorful and everything else was really good. The environment was really crowded and it was quite noisy. Super crowded of course and there was a wait, but found it very odd that all patrons waiting for a table were required to wait outside in the cold, when the indoor lobby area was mostly empty. I think people forget how busy it can get here. I go to Texas Roadhouses all across the U.S. and I have never had a bad meal. Cassie, my waitress was awesome! I just love the southern way she treats all of us. If there is anything negative to say is the that they can get noisy. We showed up tonight with a party of 7 and it was super crowded but we only waited about 25 minutes for a table ( not to mention it was pouring rain and everyone wanted to wait inside) BUT they were staffed so well! This place is rockin! Stopped in here while on a road trip with The Sociologist. Grabbed a couple of available bar stools so we could avoid the wait. First off, our bartender, Rhonda, is in firm command of everything in her zone. Nobody went without food or drink as she directed food runner traffic. Hopefully this place recognizes her value. Ordered up drinks...why can't this place start serving Woodford?? Settled with Makers and got potato skin appetizer going. So much cheesy bacon goodness. Followed with a properly cooked filet steak and country fried chicken dinner with that mouth watering cream gravy. Finished up with the brownie dessert. This restaurants steaks are horrendous. Not even as good as a choice or angus steak from Publix. It had that "marinated" flavor that they give their meat. And a "false" chewy tender texture that the marinade gives the meat. People who like their steaks do not have sophisticated palates who have eaten in fine steak restaurants that serve only prime quality beef. They simply don't know the difference. After taking one bite of my sirloin steak I couldn't eat anymore. Paid my bill & left immediately. It was terrible!!!! As an aside, that restaurant had the roughest looking crowd I've ever seen in a restaurant. Which makes sense since they clearly like the food. First time here and we were not disappointed! Our server Vanessa was very attentive and very pleasant made us enjoy our dining experience. Our drinks came right away along with a basket of amazing rolls. Our food was made to order prompt and very tasty. The rolls are a sweet surprise of happiness light fluffy deliciousness! The house salad was fresh on a cold bowl it was very good! The blooming onion was crispy and hot when we received making it made to order! I ordered the full rack ribs and loaded baked potato, it was so good and plenty to eat and have leftovers. This is my second complaint on this particular location. After a horrible experience on July 22 we spoke to Mrs. Kent and told her everything that happened at this location and she sent me a $60 E-giftcard. The last couple of months have been extremely difficult my brother passed away and my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. My husband and I went to this location tonight to have a better experience and we left with not only bad experience but worse than before. We got to the restaurant around 6:30pm and left around 8:30. In this time we sat down and ordered a appetizer and 2 6oz sirloins cooked medium well with a loaded bake potato and salad. We never received our appetizer, had to ask for refills, and one steak was overcooked and mine was brought out rare. We asked a waitress if Margie was there and she said no and I asked for our waitress and a manager named Alexis came to our table and asked what the problem was and I pointed out the fact that I ordered a medium well steak and I showed her my steak and she agreed it was not correct. she proceeded to take it back to get cooked more. She brought it back to my table and asked me to cut into it which I did but before I could actually open it up she said it was better and walked away. i continued to finish cutting through it and the outside was black as a crayon and the inside was still rare. i finally just told my waitress to just take it off my ticket. That is when another manager Lexi came over and asked how everything was and I told her everything i just said.... My husband spoke up and said we were actually there for a redo from my birthday in July and that Margie sent us a e-giftcard and we asked if Margie was there and her comment was "she is off on Mon, Tues and Thurs and she couldn't do anything about replacing our meal since she was not there. My husband proceeded to tell her once again that we had a e-giftcard and all she could say was "oh ok" then she very rudely said well go ahead and let me see the card and i can get you checked out, my husband proceeded to say we are not ready to check out we were still eating and she said ok and walked away. I just sat there with my jaw almost in thee floor and I told my husband she might as well just had said, let me check you out so you can leave. VERY RUDE!!! The entire time all this was going on there was another waitress at the table next to us that I was not aware was listening to the conversation. Her name was Avari.. talking about professional this young lady is. She was not even our waitress and she showed more concern than both managers and even our own waitress. She asked if there was anything she could do to make our visit better and the only thing we needed that we were waiting on was a to go tea and a to go box for the steak that was overcooked so i could take to my dog. she apologized several times and said this was not the way our experience should have been. When our waitress finally came over to get our ticket and giftcard she walked away and came back over and proceeded to tell us the e-giftcard expired the end of October and we were not aware of that. So we just said give us the check and we will pay for it. At this time we were just ready to go. we had been there 2 hours and leaving with no appetizer and all we ate was our potato and salad. at this time i would like to speak to someone at corporate because obviously this location and management need additional training in customer service. i also have pictures of my steak the first time I received it and the way it came back out, You can see them on google reviews as soon as I get done with this. We went a week day for a late lunch with a party of 6. We were greeted and sat quickly at a nice sized booth with room for all. We ordered alcoholic drinks that were brought out quickly after all of our ID's were checked. We ordered drinks and the sampler app times two which all came out promptly and tasted delicious and not stale or tasteless like it had been sitting for a while. Our waitress was very attentive and gracious. We ordered steaks, baked potato, kids chicken strips, kids burger, grilled chicken meal and a half rack of ribs. All food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. We were only given 4 rolls upon being seated for a party of 6 but our waitress quickly remedied that by grabbing up some hot, fresh rolls and keeping our basket filled. I love me some Texas Roadhouse! This place is new and pretty. We checked in and we waited in our car for about 5-10 mins and we got seated pretty much right away. The staff is very friendly and everyone was asking how we were doing and said thank you for your patience. I didn't think we waited for any obscene amount of time for anything so I didn't think they needed to say that but they were still very friendly and all tentative. Everything we had was very good and all came out cooked well. The wait times were pretty average and not bad. I forgot to get a pic of our steak but those were good too.
