Fun place to shop! Lots of cute items and interesting finds. It was very busy but the line moved pretty quickly. Great to find seasonal decor! The clothes looked nice too!

Perhaps it is just this location, but this has been the worst Marshall's Shopping experience ever. The staff was demeaning and entirely unsupportive. I was browsing through the isles, taking my time, and there was not one instance where I looked over my shoulder and did not find employee eyes watching me. Initially I assumed that they were making sure that I didn't need anything, but by the fifth time I caught the employees staring, I was positive they were watching to make sure I wasn't stealing. Now, I understand the need for security and product protection in an establishment such as this, but what I don't understand is how they can justify two floor associates following, watching, and obviously whispering about a customer. For context, I came in on my day off. I was dressed very much so for a relaxing day lounging at home. Even so, when did wearing loungewear become a sign of impending theft that would illicit the unwelcome and wildly uncomfortable attention from floor staff that I received. I'd also like to mention that I was never approached by either of the employees tailing me. No offers of assistance or pleasantries of any kind, just the deafening silence that would follow any time I walked near them. The cherry on the cake was the incredibly distasteful look that they gave me as I was checking out. If this is how customers are treated, I will gladly take my hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. I am very disappointed.

Another week, and another trip to a Marshall's store. I'm amazed at the number of fabulous items that I find at Marshall's. I'm always on the lookout for Crabtree & Evelyn products, and they occasionally show up at this store. I found Somerset Meadow hand cream for $6.99. I found clothing for my son, it is his first year attending school. I have discovered and fallen in love with Lady Jayne creations. I found the most amazing storage box, and it was only $7.99. As usual, I bought too much, but I can return some goodies if necessary.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically 10 AM to 8 PM daily except for Sundays from 12 Noon to 6 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the Biltmore Fashion Park along with valet options. You can read more about the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/visit. There is also a mall map on there along with a listing of activities and experiences with events.

Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

I was curious to visit to see the lineup of security and police in store as other reviews noted…read more Sad to report on Tuesday 9pm, there was none. I did see a young security uniform guy outside on his phone . Many aisles of items are locked up, even hair barrettes and hair brushes. I went in to get Tums, ( not locked up) since I had an hour long stomach ache. The Walmart "equate " brand in 4 flavor choices was $2.50.... and I need eye itch drops as my allergies have made eyes sore, hurting and feel like they're on fire. The (locked up) equate eye drops were $5 instead of Pataday for $14-20 I hope they work cuz my eyes hurt so much. But while I was looking in the locked cases deciding on the eye drop choices, an employee approached me asking if I needed anything in the case! So that wasa wonderful experience for me and my eyes of fire. He told me he'd leave the drips at the cosmetics cashier, and I agreed. I to my tums & fiery eyes to Cosmetics so I could pay, then eat a couple Tums. I shopped in cosmetics then shopped thru clothes and I found a sun hat and some flowy beach pants I want to get for my trip. I l lost my sunglasses & they are sell Panama jack polarized one there so I'll prob get those as well. I was too tired to shop but I'll return soon.

The first is that there are only about 8-10 self-checkout lanes, which makes the process a little longer when purchasing items. The second thing is the older lady in customer service who wears a mask. She is super rude and will give you a headache on almost every return. I tried bringing back chicken that was expired when I bought it and tried bringing it back to return the item as it was not edible. I tried returning the item and since there is no way for the chicken to be the same price since it is weighed I just grabbed the chicken with the closest price. As a person who worked at Walmart for 6 years, two of them being customer service, it was such a hassle. At the end of the day she is only doing her job so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day? Nonetheless, it should not have been that big a deal, especially since I was losing money in the process.
