The employee ' Edmond M. Was very rude. I think that customer service lacks at this specific Marshall's and they are not friendly at all, most of them. The manager that did my returns acted like I wasn't even here and didn't say one word to me just gave me weird n cold looks. Sometimes things don't fit and you do need to return. Policy is returns are allowed so why treat the customer so poorly when they customer is going by policies. Still amazes me that the people in customer service are actually in a job that deals with people. L. I guess I will stick to shopping on line. read more

For the first time I was happy to come into this store today! They actually had everything stocked up and full. Surprised because i do understand it's crazy alittle crazy during the holidays so it's hard to keep all shelf's and racks full. Reason for 3 star and not the 4or5. They need to spend a extra 10 to 11$ more a hour and have at least one to two more people on the register. Two people for a 30 customers wait time and like ten machines not good for business during the holidays. read more

In the days before Last Chance, my dad loved Marshall's. It had all of the name brand items that didn't get picked up, presumably, or did and just didn't sell. Needless to say, they have all newer but plenty of pretty awful things there. The redeemers are around, if you're lucky, or if you wear a fringe size. You can find good jeans there marked down to half or a third of the original price but the challenge is always finding the right size. My advice is to pass through Last Chance first, then, if you don't have any look finding what you're looking for, stop by Marshall's before heading to Dillard's or Nordstrom for the real deal. read more

Amazing place forgot some clothes for vacation and they had everything I needed couldn't say more

This is beginning to become one of my spots in the Valley to shop. I can always count on finding a good deal on brand name items at this location. The stock is always on point...and they really have some cute "inspired " pieces too. This location seems to have a better selection, maybe because its the "Biltmore", but nonetheless, I love this spot, and recently put my boyfriend on to this spot too, and he seems to favor it as well!!! Employees do not abide by return policy. And if they decide to, they blatantly act as if they're doing you a favor. I understand working at Marshall's is no dream job, but 95% of the employees (particularly the ones at the register) are some of the most unenthusiastic and unpleasant workers I've ever come across. I've never been very impressed with this store. The clothing selection is ok but not great. The customer service definitely leaves much to be desired. I don't think I've ever had any ask to help me or smile when assisting. Despite all this I still enjoy looking here from time to time because they do have awesome deals on everything from designer label clothes, shoes, housewares, to toys for kids. I'm a fan of this Marshall's. It's nice and clean and I've never had any issues. They carry VOSS water in the glass bottles, which is rare. They always have at least SOMEthing we can't live without. The kitchen section is fun. The housewares is nice. I love discount shopping, and this is always one of our first stops if we need something quick and don't want to spend a lot on it. read more

Marshalls is my go-to place when I need to find gifts. You'll always find something unique that you won't get anywhere else.

I didn't really see too much of a selection in comparison to Ross. The housewares selection at Marshall's is pretty nice so it does have that going for it. I would rather come here than have to elbow people left and right at Last Chance just to get a pair of last season's designer boots. read more

The plaza this store is in is extremely busy so trying to find parking takes longer than your shopping trip. The store itself is ok in terms of inventory. The clothing section is my least favorite because it does not offer much (as much as I've seen in other locations). The home department is pretty good but that's about it. I have never found shoes I like in this location either. Not sure if all the good stuff is taken by the time I get there or their inventory is just lacking. I never wait in a long line and customer service is ok. read more

Rae Dunn shoppers you will not be happy with this store! I watched an employee of Marshalls empty BOXES of Rae Dunn's Halloween merchandise into another employees cart, and they bought it all. Nothing was shared with customers and there was nothing left to put on the shelves. If you know anything about Rae Dunn you know how hard it is to come by and you spend weeks going to these stores in hopes that you get an item or two. If your are not finding anything, then you know it is because employees are hoarding it for themselves. read more

I like coming into this store. It's clean and always has great selection and deals. However, me and a friend of mine went late one night to shop and I ended up finding great deals. So I spent about $50 that night. I walked out and my friend asked what did I get. Well I didn't have everything in the bags so I went back inside to get it from the cashier. The first cashier or maybe she was a manager saw me and I told her I just walked out and noticed that I was missing items. She basically accused me of not telling the truth, gave me a dirty look like I was a thief and really didn't want help. So I made my way back to the cashier who also denied that she had the bag and again accused me of lying since I walked out. I think they felt I would make a scene which I would've because I was telling the truth and plus they were going to be closing within 15 minutes and there was a line! THEN giggling the cashier, she pulls the bag from the bottom shelf by her...she totally knew that she had it and she herself was lying. I have a feeling this isn't the first time they've tried this with people. So watch your bags! And I've worked in retail, really lame employees and actions that night. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would, actually if I could take away a star I totally would for the way they treated me here. I shop at TjMaxx & Marshalls regularly (like 2-3 times a week) so needless to say, I spend A LOT of money at both of these outlet stores. Well the other night I had put a Kate Spade handbag on hold because I didn't realize I didn't have enough cash on me for everything in my cart. anyway, I couldn't make it in the next day so I called them to ask them if even if they could hold it another day for me. The girl on the phone politely answered "no problem we will hold it an extra day it'll be here till close tomorrow" PERFECT! So I go in the day after and to my dismay it's back on the rack hanging with the rest of the handbags, not being held behind the counter like the girl promised. Well of course I didn't get too upset about it because it was still there so I went to press the button for an assoiate to come unlock it when all of a sudden a rude man with broken English and a thick accent comes up behind me and says "excuse me but I am buying that bag" WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Nooooooo No way was this going to happen to me right now, so I ignored him and went to find an associate to unlock it from the display. I find a young girl with glasses that says she will unlock it and bring it to the counter for me. So, as far as I'm concerned, I deserve the bag, and I am getting the bag so I go browse the jean section. When I'm ready to check out I walk up to the counter and I see that same man standing there arguing with six of the store associates about my Kate Spade bag. I walk up to the girl and say "what is going on"? She replies with "well this man said that he got an associate to unlock the bag for him first". So now I'm getting very frustrated I proceed to tell them that I have not only have this bag on hold for two days but since they didn't keep it on hold this is completely their fault that two different customers are arguing over the same handbag. I back off a little bit once he starts to raise his voice at the associates and continue to argue with them. I thought to myself OK I will just stand here and be the polite person and not argue. Well about 15 minutes later I see the fat blonde woman manager waddle up to the front and declare that the rude man deserves the handbag and proceeds to check him out. You can only imagine the rage I had at this point. When I went to go ask the young girl with glasses what had happened the blonde manager stepped in and said "oh (what ever the girls name was) couldn't find you so we just sold it to him, sorry". And that's it, she cut me off. Another girl stepped in and said "would you like us to call another store to see if they have the same bag?" UM NO! Are you kidding me?!? I live close to only one Marshalls in the whole state, that was the whole point of putting it on hold! I thought to myself. When I look at the six employees standing behind the counter I realize that a few of them know who I am as they look at me. I can specifically remember spending over $1000 when I was checking out with two of them and yet none of them said anything in my defense, I was a regular customer who spent a lot of money in their store and nothing was said or done. I had three other items in my hand at this point, I tossed them on top of another display basket and walked out. I honestly could not believe the rude remarks & in my opinion TOTAL sexism (because yes I am a woman) going on in this place. Do not ever go here, this place is a nightmare. I will be contacting the regional manager tomorrow to tell him about my experience at the Camelback Marshalls that I visited quite often until now. Also, on a side note, it could be just me hating this place but I've noticed this store is A LOT more dirty then the T.J. Maxx locations I have been to. I mean like dust on the floors & items laying all over the floor, stuff like that. read more

This store has a wonderful selection. I enjoy coming here to find fitness clothes and shoes. I found some great athletic shoes for my kids that cost less than half of what they did at Famous Footwear. Parking is a nightmare in this plaza, but the trick is to use the parking garage. read more

I usually love Marshalls, but today I got some cute sandals off the clearance rack - originally sold for $36, marked with a red clearance tag for $19.
