I'm disappointed that I planned to do same day pickup and my order had not updated that whole day until close to 8pm when it says it would be ready by 8pm that day. I attempted to contact customer service and of course no one answered the phone as large as that store is. So I had no other choice than to physically go inside. Went to customer service and the associate barely provided me with assistance. I was told I could go search for those specific products and I might be able to complete my order that was disposed to be pickup. The items were sitting right on the shelf. Go back to customer service then told the price is different than online. The price online was honored but it took the manager getting involved for their to be a resolve so thank you to her for helping me. Apparently they didn't have enough staff to fulfill pickup orders that go through the contactless pickup tower. All in all I won't be ordering pickup for a while after this experience. The run around was not fun. Other than that Walmart isn't bad but I just couldn't with the lack of communication and effort. My refund fortunately occurred the next day for a canceled item. Be mindful wait times can be longer than expected for pickup items.

Returns are also a nightmare. If someone purchases something at a different Walmart location they will refuse the return. The lack of continuity if off putting. That combined with non existent customer service and a minimal selection of organic and non-gmo options . Gone are the days with Walmart greeters who smiled and made everyone's day. Any other place would be better to shop than here. The prices aren't even the best anymore.

On the other hand, some of the employees weren't helpful. I went in with a handicapped person, and there were no mobile carts. When I mentioned it to an employee, she just shrugged. Then I said I was going to check with customer service and she suddenly goes, oh, I think there are some outside and goes to get while while we are standing there. Another employee though was very helpful in the small appliances department. Ok good, getting better. Not for long... our check out clerk leaned over to scan an item and clocked my handicapped friend in the eye with the scanner. I'm telling you, it was like a roller coaster in there. The restrooms were not clean... but then again, I got a $5 coupon for buying some healthcare products... see? Back and forth... Total ambivalence! This Target needs to step up their game.

This location was recently renovated and feels more spacious and appealing! This store has tons of cute home goods and trinkets to choose from! I always manage to find unique toys at Burlington as well. The staff is doing a great job keeping everyone safe. They have hand sanitizer and face masks readily available at their main store entry! The store has social distance decals and floor stickers through out the store as well. Burlington continues to surprise me with each visit emerging as a true diamond in the rough.

I was able to score a very nice jumper for under $30! Customer service is slacking at this location, if you are in need of help you are better off asking Siri, the employees are non existent. But wait there's more. She also identified a typo on my card that I myself hadn't noticed (first and last names were swapped), Catey made corrections in the system and printed me a new card right away. I had more help at the register using my digital coupons for the first time. Regrettably I failed to get this manager's name but I sincerely appreciated the continuation of excellent customer service she provided. This is your run of the mill, standard BJ's as far as what's available, but the staff kick it up to the next level . This was a good stop.

The staff is usually friendly and pretty attentive at customer service. I love the fact that most of the receipts have a coupon code at the bottom which will give you 10% off for completing the survey. Their clearance rack is definitely worth checking out I usually find pretty good deals. They allow you to take in 10 items at a time in their fitting rooms. The store is pretty organized and they usually have sales going on throughout the year. This is definitely my favorite location because when your done shopping you can grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants in proximity to their store!

I much prefer to shop locally in boutiques because the selection is so much more my aesthetic. However, I've been on a 6 month journey to find the perfect flower girl dresses and hadn't had much luck... until now. Before checking online at Dillard's, I had settled on getting custom dresses made from Etsy. While I found it rather annoying that we would have to go through the whole measurement jazz and wait over a month or so before the dresses came in, I couldn't find any other flower girl dress options that I liked that were fashionable, not so flower girl-y, in Fall hues (gold/champagne/ivory), and not super expensive. Then, yesterday I decided to do a random online search with Dillard's as a last resort and BINGO! There it was. The most gorgeous little girl's champagne/gold brocade fit and flare dress for--get this-- $55! They didn't have the sizes that I needed online, so I called the store and the woman was more than happy to look on the sales floor and she found them and placed them on hold. I ran up there about an hour later and the dresses were as cute in person as they were online. I really appreciate website photography that is true to real life! On top of everything, they gave me 10% off because some beads (that can easily be fixed by my mother) were loose on the top of the dresses. So, when my mom and I drove to Dillard's to pick the dresses up, we were shocked that, while on our way to the girl's section, we saw a lot of cute outfits. Okay, Dillard's! While we didn't buy any of them, I did snag a Kate Spade office desk set on sale for 50% off. What a steal! You know what, I used to hate Dillard's. But, now I know that if I'm in need of a special occasion item and I can't find it anywhere else, check here before giving up!
