The customer service has always been spot on! We started shopping here when I was pregnant and have…read morealways found great deals. We've gotten a brand new foam puzzle piece floor mat for less than $20! Yesterday, we went in because we've been having a hard time finding bathing suits in my daughter's size (3-6 mos) and they had so many racks! Everything started at $2.99 and were babe brand. Our favorite find was a care bears swimsuit for $4.50 and a pack of swim diapers for $3.99! They have a point system so you can easily earn rewards and they give discounts to seniors on Tuesdays. My mom loves going to get clothes for my son who is 10 since other consignment shops didn't typically have his size. They have everything you could need there! Nursery essentials, shoes, clothes, toys, books, and everything in between! We are definitely regular customers. The only thing that was disappointing was that I wanted to sell since clothes but they aren't currently accepting anything under 6 months. I understand since they have a lot of inventory but I would have liked a some credit instead of trying to sell elsewhere. Definitely be sure to check them out though!

Awful, scammy, unprofessional selling experience. The associate and I had a misunderstanding and…read morethe staff did not even try to remedy the problem. I decided not to sell and they would not give me my items back. They basically told me: too bad, you have no choice, we are keeping your items, they're ours now. The clothing is wildly overpriced as well. Like, $4 for a used cotton Target brand shirt that sells new for $5. Do not waste your time here.

Plenty of parking, which is helpful. Bath & Body Works, JCPenney, Petsmart, Target and other retail. McDonald's, Panera, Qdoba, Red Lobster, Friday's and Panera. There is even a Tesla Supercharger station here. On this early morning, I just needed that OfficeMax and I was quickly on my way. [Review 11991 overall, 1774 of 2019.]

Meh. I know how badly this area needed a "mall" but for how long it's been and seeing what is here…read moreI'm disappointed. No Panera's Bread, Starbucks, DTLR or Foot Locker. It appears the clothing stores around here seem like they're completely missing the demographics of local neighborHOODs like of Seven Gables, St Paul's area and Varina. Doesn't seem like much is here for guys.. at all. Either way it doesn't matter it's usually dead here except for the restaurants like Olive Garden, Chik Fil A and Red Lobsters. What is strange is that everything here ..and near here seems to be a mini version of their West End counterparts. The Best Buy across the street, The Red Lobster.. all are noticbly smaller. There is a roundabout for some odd reason, and 70% of the area is empty parking lot. You'll ask yourself "wow do people around here know how to drive?!" the answer is likely no since two high schools are about 15 minutes away and the international airport is also close by..plus it's still new so you're getting a mix of newbies on the road dealing with a roundabout. Long story short I would not be surprised to see this place go the way of this area's last mall, Eastgate aka Fairfield Commons that's only 5 or so minutes down the street. People here are very rude except for Chikfila or whatever. I will never go to the GameStop here again, it' was my first time experiencing a ghetto GameStop. The employees wear urban clothes, du rags howeer you spell it.. kids are always in here and it's the size of a closet with maybe 2 bins of used games that are still fairly new and from this gen. Short Pump is still the best shopping center.
