She also has a fantastic sale rack outside the store that is full of so many great finds at great prices! This is honestly one of my favorite stores anywhere (and I shop all over the world searching for exactly this type of store and these artsy, original items). I am looking forward to my next trip to Richmond!

They have a huge selection of outfits and accessories. It's a tiny shop, but you're able to find some creative gems. I think the pricing is fair, but know since it's consignment you can be getting things in the $15-30+ range. I love that you don't need an appointment to sell clothes. You give your ID and info and if they want to buy something you can get store credit. If you want cash, you need to make an appointment. As of Feb 2026, if you want to do walk-in it's only store credit that's offered. This is located really close to VCU so you're able to find a lot of trendy and art school inspired pieces. I usually walk here. You're able to take the Pulse too. Street parking can be a bit tricky, but is available. I highly recommend checking out this local thrift store.

As we were leaving the store, another young woman ,Caucasian, was looking at an item, and a customer service representative literally ran across the store to greet her and ask her if there was anything that she could help her with. The behavior displayed today was very disgusting. I will not be returning to this store in the future.

Because of it's well lit set up and the tunes being heard from the store lured us in to see what's up. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted. And asked if help is needed to let them know. This store looks to be black owned, something I love !! So we browsed and saw some haute (hot) kicks (shoes). Sales were being offered too. Now I love a sale and from a boutique shop...that's rare. Babe found two pair of shoes and I did as well. Shoes sold here are usually not in your chain shoe stores: Athletes Foot, Foot Locker or even DTLR. I'm glad we stopped here to support this small business. I'd definitely recommend you come through if you like sneakers and having the exclusive kicks first. Enjoy | Have fun :)

The only detractors were the really strangely lit room in the back, which made it really hard to see anything, and the fact that the giant TV in the front was being used like someone's private living room. It was a little awkward when I was in there with my wife and it starting blasting while people were eating and yelling in front of it. The guy at the register was nice though, and very helpful. That is a little disappointing. However, there are still nice places to eat like Fleming's. I also love the Anthropologie there and their staff are so friendly and helpful. Oh Stony Point, how far you've fallen…read more I don't know if it's COVID or what has brought about the mass exodus from this outdoor shopping center but it's a shell of what it used to be. 10 years or so ago - I was so impressed with all the stores here. Some of them the only high end ones until you get to DC. Tiffany's, Restoration Hardware, Anthropologie, Sur la Table, body stores, Bebe, Saks 5th Ave and tons more. Tiffany's and RH remain. As well as Saks and a few others holding on like Pandora and Brighton, but that's it. A vast majority of the shops have closed as well as the restaurants. I remember when this was a bustling shopping center with children playing in the main area and people walking their pets. It was a ghost town today. I hope it can be revived.

In open spaces they had lots of kids activity and relaxing spots. Whole area was kept clean and constantly monitored, excellent service all around. There were several escalators, elevators and restrooms throughout the shopping center. Plenty of parking spots were available all around, pavements could use some improvement. As we walked around for a bit, I found many of my favorite stores like Lululemon, Dick's, Lego, H&M and an Apple Store too. It was a good mix of popular and expensive brands. They had Macy's and Dillard's departmental stores. Several of the restaurants included CFK, Chick fil a, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Texas De Brazil, Magliano's and lots more. Initially we went just to just visit Cold Stone, but we ended up spending couple of hours at this shopping center. I also found the rare Capital One cafe. We spent time shopping in Dick's as well. Overall I was really impressed by the quality and offering of this shopping center but since it's outdoor, feels very sweaty walking on hot days..
