This is a review for the online store. I ordered a dress online from Saks and as I was trying it…read moreon, the left shoulder strap pulled away from the dress. I immediately called customer service and was informed that there was nothing they would to rectify the fact that they had sent me damaged merchandise-that they wouldn't accept the dress as a return or compensate me in any way. For a store that prides itself on high end merchandise, the customer service is a tremendous disappointment. I will no longer shop at Saks online or in any of their bricks and mortar stores.

They refuse to refund your method of payment, instead offering you a gift card so you will buy more merchandise from them. It doesn't matter how often you contact them, or how often your credit card company tries to speak to someone, the gift card often doesn't work and they lie about crediting the credit card account you used. They even asked for my credit card number and a week or so later, my number was being used in three states. I used to love this store but no more. I called the New York store or tell them of the issues associated with online buying and by the number of the negative reviews since three years ago I can safely say nothing has changed. Stay away from this company!

I did find some nice linen pieces at very affordable prices. The staff here is ever so helpful. Always nice and professional. They aren't allowing you to try on anything (just so you know) Not yet. Maybe that's coming with Phase 3. Head on over and see if they have something for your closet.

I stopped by this location because I was looking for something in particular that had sold out online. I was greeted when I walked in by an associate wearing a big smile, and every single associate in that store had helped me in some way by the time I left. Every interaction was friendly and helpful. I cannot say that about every store I shop in of course, and in fact, I haven't had a shopping experience like this in a very long time. (And unfortunately I shop quite a bit. lol). When I left the store one of the associates Rhianna had even sent me a reminder about an item I may want to order online because the store didn't have my size. So attentive! I will visit again when I'm in the Richmond area.

From talking and singing animals to personalized gifts Milby's has what you need. My mom got my coming home outfit from the hospital from Milby's and she was able to buy our daughter her outfit there as well! I am beyond thrilled that this tradition will continue and I look forward to shopping at Milby's with my mom and daughter. In a day and time where people are always moving to fast there is something nice about going back in time and enjoying shopping the way we did as kids. Brooks Brothers customer care is terrible as they do not answer their notifications. I would not recommend using this company. it cost me $60 to learn the hard way that Brooks Brothers does not care about its customers.
