This is such an eclectic little thrift store. You walk in the door and you are visually stunned by so many different things. They are broken into different sections so you can take your time and explore various types of items that you would look for in a thrifting environment. The staff will greet you with a smile and ask is there anything they can help you with. They were very friendly, even though I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed. At the time that I had to look around, I saw so many different things. There was a section that had books and magazines, and I thought that was very nice. You can start your library with vintage books and have a wonderful feel that you have some great material in your library. I saw a different furniture pieces, and they were in great shape, and the prices seem to be very reasonable. I did not take a lot of time to look around at all of the nooks and crannies, but I really had a great time seeing what was available. If you're ever in the area, it is worth stopping by redemption, thrift and seeing what they have. This thrift store is right across the street from another one and they're both great! Redemption Thrift is huge. There is a full room dedicated to homegoods and other knick knacks and then another one for clothes and the like. There is so much variety here. The prices are pretty reasonable and a lot of the items are in good condition. I ended up buying some taper candles for a great price from here. I didn't get the chance to look much at their clothing, but hope to come back soon. They had a nice selection of books here too. The people who work here are really kind. Is this a thrift store? Most of the prices were way above a typical thrift shop... I browsed through the aisles, and to be fair, I saw a few decent prices. Several appliances were really dirty and shouldn't have even been on the shelves. Furniture prices = cray cray! Clothing prices = hey hey!! It was pretty organized for a discount store. They had a lot of their items out front which drew me in. But, the main reason for the two star, is that I heard the employees talking disparagingly about some customers that had just left the store. Came here based on a recommendation from TikTok and for me personally, I cannot comfortably shop here, and neither can you if you have a stroller or quite honestly if you have kids with you. Every aisle is jam-packed with furniture and breakable items, making it impossible to navigate a stroller through the store and making it the challenge to keep your little ones hands off of everything within their reach. I really wanted to like this thrift shop, but I don't see me being able to shop here any time soon because of these reasons. They have another location at Forest Hill that's MUCH smaller and much easier to have kids/strollers in but they're sadly closing. But! If the issue of having a stroller or any kids with you isn't your personal issue, you very well may like this store. I was so happy when I found this place. All the clothes was $3 . But not for long...the prices went up like a sky rocket! Totally agree with the previous review.
