They wrote 4/30/26 as Date Promised on the receipt. Called them mid-May when I didn't hear anything from them - cost for repair, timeframe they'd be done, etc. I had to call back because no one there at the time knew the answer. Finally, someone said the "watch guy" had them, was repairing them and they'd let me know when they were done. TODAY IS JUNE 3rd and I still had not heard back from them, so I CALLED THEM AGAIN. Come to find out, the repaired watches are there ready for pick up, but no one knows when they arrived.

When it arrived we went to pick up and noticed both arms were busted. They offered to have another one sent from out of state. After weeks of waiting they informed us they were never going to receive the chair. Frustrated, we returned the first chair and decided to re-do the room with all new furniture. We purchased 2 sets of the exact same couch and chair. Both the chairs were mismatched. One of the large couches was missing a leg. I contacted Laurie the sales rep we had been working with. He said he would work on finding the leg and identifying the issue. After two weeks and a few check-in's we heard nothing. Finally, I messaged again and Laurie said he no longer worked there. This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back. I would not recommend using them.

I've had to make multiple complaints to management about interactions with various employees. The worse one being, I was buying an ovulation test out of a locked case. The employee who unlocked it for me chuckled and said "at least you're not buying one of those!" and pointed to the selection of vibrators they carry. I was gobsmacked. Like, do you not realize I'm buying an ovulation test? The two activities kinda go hand in hand.. I wish this wasn't the closest location to me. I go out of my way to avoid it.
