For the people who complain about the service it's probably a you being rude problem because I've been a regular here for a few years and have NEVER had bad service. Their selection can depend day to day it all depends on when you go however I've never had an issue finding something I want. In fact I get a bunch my favorite strains from them. It is definitely the more expensive place out here but the quality of what you're getting is just better. You can go to nectar whose flower sucks but has a really good edible and swed co which is just cheap weed. read more

In my stressed out mind I forgot to get names, but I have my service animal with me so I did curbside, and when I called to pick my order up, and explained where I was and I had my dog with me the guy that answered was totally cool with me bringing in my little guy and was treated so well even my dog Skully got some treats! Once I got in and started to talking to both the employees my spirits were lifted and the product did its job! This place always has issues. One off all, they don't accept any another IDs except driver license even when I showed them my foreign passport. Today was a last drop. They sold me empty pre roll container and I found out it when I got home. I didn't check it at the store because I didn't suspect such thing. I returned to the store immediately. Store owner denied this is their fall. She tried to assure me that she checked it on camera what was NO WAY DONE! THAT WAS RIDICULOUS! read more

Straight up walked up outta here due to bad service. They don't let you look at any of the product beforehand. The layout is barren with empty space everywhere literally only two tvs and a fridge. Everything else is tucked into a corner and you can't look at anything because they expect you to go one at a time which ends up wasting even more of your time. I am giving them one star because I purchased a BBrand disposable pen and when I got home and opened the packaging, there was no pen in there. The packaging on this product can easily be opened so I don't know if this was a manufacturing issue or someone took it out of the box. An absolute beautiful store from the marble counters to the glass cases. I actually expected a woman in a gown with diamonds around her neck to be walking around with samples on a tray. That kind of a feel. Or, it felt as if you were in a jewelry store looking for your perfect diamond. The counters have samples of the green showing for you. You can use the magnifying glass to see the crystals off the leaves. You can also check its scent right there. It's like a kiosk. There's also an abundance of choices, whether it be chocolate (which also happens to be fair trade!) to your oils, to your leaf.. This place is truly a class act and Gresham is lucky to have them. read more

I'm honestly really disappointed with one of the bud tenders customer service is horrible I come in and ask for shatter which isn't the first time and he only gives me one option and that's it doesn't show me anything else and it makes me feel cheap he gets me the lowest grade and doesn't even say anything no options and honestly disappointing I will no longer will be coming back this has happened now four times since I've been here and I keep getting the same dude upfront and he really does not give me any options and it's really frustrating to where I am no longer coming and I've been coming here for three years and he's honestly ruined my experience with you guys read more

They didn't treat me bad, they were very polite, it was their product that I wasn't impressed with. When I walked in it smells good at Canna Daddy's where I usually go, this was a straight up urine smell. So when it was my turn I asked for a couple of their best 8ths. They gave me 5 jars to smell. 2 smelled like pee, 2 smelled like mold the other one really didn't smell that much. So I got that one, that didn't smell and it was really good when I got it home (luckily). But I will say if I wasn't in such a hurry that day I would have left and gone somewhere else. And the cartridges I got there were good, about what I pay elsewhere. read more

I bought two pre rolls and when I brought up the half off a pre roll to the employee, he said they don't do that anymore. THEN TAKE IT DOWN. Don't post offers to get people to come in and then say oh we don't do that. Horrible customer service! Overall the employees were NOT charismatic like most the others and the flower doesn't even compare to ones right down the street. I was excited to give it a try and I would say it was a fail. He was a friendly face and explained that they would be glad to help with any questions I may have. Keisha helped me. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. All the budtendars are knowledgeable and very helpful finding the right strain for the person. I visit this location at least 3 times a week and they treat me like family. (like Norm from Cheers). They refused to honor the prices that they had listed in front of the products claiming we shouldn't complain since we have medical cards and are already getting good deals. I'm sorry, but does being a patient mean you aren't allowed the discounts you promised on your merchandise? The budtenders are clueless and handed us unsealed bags. Isn't this unlawful?
