First impressions say more about me than about the place...but, I have a few thoughts. The shop is interesting in an awkward design sort of way. Though I didn't really take the time to look around much. Bought cartridges and a couple of edibles and left. The bud tender was new perhaps... he kindly asked 4 times how I was. Double checked and checked again to make sure what he suggested was accurate. Throughout the transaction, he was accommodating and listened to me. Now you ask, will she go back? Absolutely! Discounts and products are really good. Thanks, GMF! read more

I went to green mountain fire because my usual dispensary is closed Saturdays, they seemed helpful and knowledgeable and recommended gorge extracts and when I got home and tried it I was thrown back by the darker one but tried it anyway it had little to no smell and nothing like my usual dabs they were far from great and the feeling and experience was a headache! If I could post pictures I would look at my Google review! read more

Your staff sucks. Lack of knowledge, bad attitude worst customer service. Menus were not updated. Will definitely not be back.

Best dispensary in east county Place is pretty small inside, but I've seen them accommodate many people in the store. Not corporate at all, folks who work there are all pretty cool in my experience. Really great prices, really great selection of products. They always have what I want, though I am relatively simple. I don't think most of the competition is close on either one. read more

Great service, absolutely love the staff and customer service! I even have a favorite bud tender..No one comes close on cost versus quality

Every time I walk in I am greeted with great hospitality! Everyone is in a great mood and super helpful it's so refreshing! I am currently waiting for them to open this morning so I can snag something for this fine Sunday. Excited to see them! Always a good experience, I appreciate that. read more

Been coming here for a few years now! This is one of my favorite dispos around, can't go wrong with their oz deals, they always got a good bang for your buck, service always been very helpful and informative I've always had a friendly bud tender whenever I have questions or needed something new. read more

been coming here a while, this young lady with light brown hair and older lady with ash blonde always rude and talking about how they can't make enough in tips to get their smoke of the day. got kicked out cause I told them they had attitude. owners need to hire better employees read more

When I went to this dispensary the first couple times, it was great. The lady maybe in her 30's or early 40's was very helpful. The last time I stopped was a younger darked headed girl. She seemed annoyed like I was bothering her. Very Unpleasant . I hope the owner does pay attention because they are loosing money having such a miserable Unpleasant person working on the front counter! read more

One of the girls working there was very rude don't think we will be going back there didn't appreciate being treated with disrespect

Although it's a small dispensary it does have a wide selection of lower to middle end product the flower is iffy on a regular basis they used to have really good weed. Their dabs and shatter are like dealing with bubble gum chewed bubble gum when it's supposed to break like glass it doesn't because the product is not being stored in refrigeration properly. About the service management is always in a bad attitude, employees need to work on hygiene, or there's a couple of guys there that are absolutely wonderful and always in a great mood. The place is not a total wash but it'll do in a rush. They need to work on the negative environment and what's going on at that front door feels like you're walking into a box it's not a comfortable feeling and the place needs to be cleaned thank you read more

Better than Nectard but not as good as other local options available nearby. Minimal selection, no top shelf.

I have never had anything but excellent service and educated associates that take their time with you. Great product selection, and clean store! Appreciate the suggestions of items and some products! Keep up the great work. I think this is one of Gresham's best kept secret right here! Seriously Check it out! Thank you! read more

Tyler gave us such great service when we were in town a few weeks ago. Very knowledgable and helpful with good recommendations. The shop is great and so were their deals! We made a couple of stops in here and left happy every time. read more

Disgusted by their sign "Hero's work here" every time I drive by. Are they trying to compare themselves to healthcare workers that have to witness Covid patients who are struggling to breath or assist with a person who is dying of Covid? Don't even try to compare yourselves. Repulsive. read more

Tasty bud, nice folks, but super pricey!! My go to flower choices were easily dbl priced here.

This review is not only for all the rightous pot consumers out there, but for the manager Francis and the owners of Green Mountain Fire. If you look at my trail of reviews of this establishment, you can see a pattern of poor business practices over several months of reviews. There are certain individuals who work there that are consistently showing good cust. service skills and proper compliance with OLCC regulations and charging consistent correct prices for the same types of reocurring purchases. Then there are a couple of others, and one in particular, a thin brunette girl with long hair and tat's that are just the opposite, inconsistent in customer service demeanor, inconsistent in pricing for the same thing and inconsistent in weighing of flower. She is obviously taking advantage of this place and their customers and the owners as well. If she can bounce buds all over the place, pick them up with her fingernails and put them in your container, charge and say what ever she wants about it anytime she wants to. She is probably their lead BT and is playing them like a violin. No wonder she gave me a container that read 4.0 with only 2.8 actually in it. Wonder how many times that she has done that and how many buds she has had mysteriously disappear into her lungs. (Warning to all customers who buy here, make sure you verify the weight as soon as you get home before you puff any.) Bet there are many who would find the same thing as I did from the same BT. As I've read in other reviews, they really don't seem to care about their customers. Oh well, there are many pot stores all over that have the same and better deals. May have to drive a little further, however, better to get treated rightously than not. Another red flag is that they don't have a working website at this point in the Oregon pot game. There really is no excuse for that, other than lazy or shady or both. See ya...sure would hate to be ya... I'd wager I'm not the first and not the last local customer that has stopped going here. read more

Usually pretty good here. I gave them a $100 bill rug for Christmas. Went there tonight after a meeting. Got there at 9:42. Google says open til 9:55. Lights off, doors closed. So I drove off and called. Someone answered and let me know it was open when they saw me, but would be closed before I got back. For the record, its 9:53 now that I'm back home writing this. Could have let me know you weren't closed when you saw me. Or, you know, stay open until the time advertised. read more

Called their phone and dude that answered acted like he didn't want to answer my question it's not against the law to provide details about a product i was interested in buying. Don't wanna walk a hr just to go to a dispensary and not know what Im gettin. Anyways I asked for details about their concentrates and dude said price started at $12. Well ended up taking the walk. When I got there I asked about their prices on concentrates again. Then said the grams started at $13. Asked if that was with tax included he said yes. Then at register he try charging me $14. Terrible customer service over the phone and then they lie about the prices of the products. read more

Horrible I have left for the 2nd time disappointed I won't be returning, product is way over priced compared to deans greens or even nectar products are so so the employees are nice but don't waste your time here drive to deans or just down the road to nectar for the better quality stuff that won't leave you feeling like you got robbed ‍ read more

Out of all the dispensaries near me, which there is more than a handful within 5 to 10 mins from me Green mountain fire is my personal favorite for many reasons one being the convenience of how quickly I'm in and out. The crew there is awesome and always so helpful. They always have exactly what I'm looking for and seem to always have great deals going. read more

The only place I'll ever go! Staff are great. No up selling, it's only about the customers needs. Tired of the expensive glass jars and chandeliers-or the ring the doorbell just to get in. They're there 7 days a week. And being new in town I've tried them all and I've kept coming back here. Try it once and you'll know why! read more
