After searching the store I asked a rep, Jessica, for assistance. Old Navy has so many jeans in every length, waist height, leg style, color, ripped, fringed, and more. i lost my patience trying to find a similar pair. When Jessica came back with the correct size, I asked if it came in the a true denim color, not a washed style that didn't look like denim. when she couldn't find them in store, she went online and not only did she find them, the $39.99 OG straight were just $8.49! What? I'll take two! So rather than do an equal exchange, she returned the jeans I bought inline so I would get the full price of what I paid returned to me. Then ordered 2 pairs of the ones on sale. I mean for barely more than a cost of a Starbucks, I might as well buy two pairs! She had them shipped to me for free. Jessica went above and beyond and I'm so grateful. Who doesn't love a fabulous bargain? This Old Navy in Gresham recently moved from one end of the shopping area to the other. They are actually located at 1090 NW Norman. It's a very large store, all the regular departments: womens, mens, juniors, children and babies. It does get messy and because there is so much inventory, it's hard to find things. Old Navy piles t-shirts and shears in tables so impossible to keep organized after customers go through and toss things everywhere. The dressing room was surprising small, there were just a few rooms. I go to Old Navy for their athletic clothes - their leggings have the best fit, side pockets, last forever. Oh, and always go on sale for half price. Also a fan of the original straight jeans and their cotton ribbed layering tanks. I always buy on sale.

Upon walking in you will see the display split in half between men's and women's items. They do also have a smaller section for kids and babies. The store has similar types of clothes that you would find in a Gap or Eddie Bauer. The prices though are a lot less and more affordable. I shop here event so often and also buys clothes for my kids. The workers are mostly younger kids but are friendly and helpful. The quality of the clothes isn't that great but you get what you pay for. The shirts, jeans and sneaks area all priced to sell. I love coming here and browsing the stores.

At the time of writing this review, the Yelp listing for "Columbia Gorge Outlets by Simon Property…read moreGroup" was closed (I believe somewhat recently). "Yelpers report this location has closed." However, that's not true because we just shopped here. I submitted edits to Yelp to remove "by Simon Property Group" from the business name and reopen the listing. Hopefully, by the time you read this, the listing will be open again. According to a January 25, 2016 article by Chain Store Age, Simon Property Group sold "Columbia Gorge Premium Outlets" to New York-based Time Equities Inc. (TEI) for $28,425,000: https://chainstoreage.com/real-estate/time-equities-acquires-columbia-gorge-premium-outlets-000 Currently, Columbia Gorge Outlets is managed by Norris & Stevens. According to TEI, the 164,236-sf outlet mall "is 87% leased to 37 tenants. All the tenants are national retailers." https://timeequities.com/properties/columbia-gorge-outlets Our group of eight visited Portland for vacation. We stayed in the city and took a day trip to hike in the nearby Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. We stopped by this outlet mall to pick up some items for hiking. For example, someone bought a shirt from the Columbia Factory Store and another person got shoes (sneakers) from Famous Footwear Outlet. This outlet mall is conveniently located right off I-84 exit 17 (Marine Drive / 257th Avenue) in Troutdale, Oregon. Troutdale is a suburb of Portland. The two cities are about 16 miles apart and both are located in Multnomah County. The outlet mall is about halfway between Portland and where we hiked (Wahkeena Falls). Great location for what we needed. Columbia Gorge Outlets is one of the smaller outlet malls I've visited. The size and look of it is more akin to a typical American suburban shopping center than a sprawling outlet mall. In terms of appearance and amenities, it was pretty standard. Before heading out, a few of us used the restrooms by the mall's offices on the south side of the property. Overall, the property was clean and expectedly peaceful and quiet during our visit on a Friday morning around 10:38am.

At the checkout I mentioned I had followed their site in IG and the gentlemen gave me $5 off. Come to find he was part owner of this location and designed/built this place. Thanks for sharing and welcoming me back to your next sale. I haven't sold much at Platos but I may come back with more things to sell next time. Tip: bring your own bag!

How is it I have store credit but I can't use it? I sell clothes, put it into store credit and now…read morethe employees don't have access to allow me to redeem it? *** My 3 year old stepped on a 1 inch tack that went completely through his Nike shoe sole and into his foot. His shoes are almost brand new aka the sole is thick/the thickness is not worn down and the tack went ALL the way through and then some. We were told there was no one in charge of the store so the best they could do is provide the owners phone number. I brought one bag to sell. We were there for 20+ minutes and not a single employee looked through or touched any bags from people selling. There were 6+ bags all from different people waiting for an employee to look at their items. When I asked for a time estimate on my bag the blonde employee, who stated she had seniority said she wasn't going to do it because she was off soon and that the next person to clock in would get to it (they weren't there yet) and it would take however long they take to do it. I've never had such a horrible experience at a Plato's. In fact, I've never had a bad experience at any of them including this one that I've been to many times before. The employees today were awful, didn't want to do their job and, in part, weren't even ABLE to do their job(finding my store credit). Also, the employees are usually nice and very helpful. The employees today hardly talked, didn't say a word when I needed a fitting room they just looked at me, opened the door and walked away. I set some things down to switch my baby into my other arm and an employee started going through the items I set down without saying anything and I had to stop her and tell her I wasn't ready. Communication was a 0/10 today and my son being stabbed in the foot with a 1 inch tack genuinely pisses me off, thanks for that
