Shout out to Jessica for her excellent service! Ordered OG original straight inline and somehow the pair I picked up were a size smaller than needed. Wishful thinking on my part? Maybe. After searching the store I asked a rep, Jessica, for assistance. Old Navy has so many jeans in every length, waist height, leg style, color, ripped, fringed, and more. i lost my patience trying to find a similar pair. When Jessica came back with the correct size, I asked if it came in the a true denim color, not a washed style that didn't look like denim. when she couldn't find them in store, she went online and not only did she find them, the $39.99 OG straight were just $8.49! What? I'll take two! So rather than do an equal exchange, she returned the jeans I bought inline so I would get the full price of what I paid returned to me. Then ordered 2 pairs of the ones on sale. I mean for barely more than a cost of a Starbucks, I might as well buy two pairs! She had them shipped to me for free. Jessica went above and beyond and I'm so grateful. Who doesn't love a fabulous bargain? This Old Navy in Gresham recently moved from one end of the shopping area to the other. They are actually located at 1090 NW Norman. It's a very large store, all the regular departments: womens, mens, juniors, children and babies. It does get messy and because there is so much inventory, it's hard to find things. Old Navy piles t-shirts and shears in tables so impossible to keep organized after customers go through and toss things everywhere. The dressing room was surprising small, there were just a few rooms. I go to Old Navy for their athletic clothes - their leggings have the best fit, side pockets, last forever. This site is location at the Gresham Station strip mall/ Plaza. I like that this store is near other stores (Best Buy, World Market, Claire's). The store has a modern and colorful decor. Upon walking in you will see the display split in half between men's and women's items. They do also have a smaller section for kids and babies. The store has similar types of clothes that you would find in a Gap or Eddie Bauer. The prices though are a lot less and more affordable. I shop here event so often and also buys clothes for my kids. The workers are mostly younger kids but are friendly and helpful. The quality of the clothes isn't that great but you get what you pay for. The shirts, jeans and sneaks area all priced to sell. I love coming here and browsing the stores. read more

Very messy, hard to find anything. Finally had someone to help me and was able to get stuff ordered for me, only to find out that she ordered the wrong qty of things and they aren't able to fix it, unless I go back in... so frustrating. The "manager" that I just got off the phone with was less than useful and very condescending. I understand that it is back to school and it is going to be crazy busy, but schedule accordingly and when an error is made, fix it. I would have been fine if the error was fixed. I would also be happy to place the order online myself, but the pants are twice the price and the shipping isn't free. So it would cost me $15 more read more

Once again, had to return something, for just a different size, ended up costing me more, for some unknown reason. The line goes 15 deep with 2 check outs going. Why isn't anything done to this shitty place? The lack of interest here is astounding! read more

The store is always a mess...too much product out and not enough space to display it equals disaster. Your store is starting to look like ROSS in Gresham. Huge line up on a Saturday and only 2 cashiers. Not greeted politely by Brian; acted as if he didn't want to be there. Could care less that there was a line up. All men's shorts on sale however price was based on color...good luck getting rid of all those Salmon colored shorts. You want to move seasonal product them put it all on for the same price. I picked up so many things off the floor...most likely won't be back. read more

They have pretty cute clothes and it's always clean when I go in. But I don't need to be sold on the membership for 5 minutes every time I come in there. I do understand it's their job but definitely too pushy. Staff is friendly but seems stressed. Corporate needs to lay off probably. read more

Went in today to buy a dress for myself and some shorts for my teen son. The white keds were brown with dirt from the floor. The selection of dresses was poor to say the most. It is corporate office fault for under staffing, and expectations of grandeur. Staff was running around like crazy, piles of clothes and go backs galore. Store was ransacked, and very ghetto. Cashier actually asked me if I was buying the product as he rang it up, like, duh. No one had time to face or do go back, and that's corporate fault for not having the proper staffing. Aside from the nice woman who greeted us and showed me the item I was looking for, our experience was terrible. The store was completely trashed, despite many associates working the floor. Upon checkout, the girl who rang us up was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. Several of our items had been on sale racks/tables and turned out not to be on sale, and she refused to honor any of the prices. There was an entire display of ski hats with a big red 60% off sign and another huge 50% off sign above that, but they turned out not to be on sale and none of the staff we talked to would honor either discount. One of the items had no tag and the girl kept us waiting for several minutes while she called someone to get a price and finally we just said to forget about it. Walked around the store browsing, many employees standing talking to each other not acknowledging other customers or myself and completely ignore the mess of clothes. Wanted to ask an employee for help decided not to bother since they didn't seem like they wanted to help. Found something and went to form in the check out line. Cashier was friendly and nice but not very helpful. Started talking about the old navy credit and rewards and etc... which reminded myself I have one just not with me asked her if she can look it up using my ID she replied "no, I'm sorry I can't" which I was ok. Done with my business. Waited for my sister same scenario with the credit card but cashier DID used my sister ID and asked her questions. Nice way to help customers. read more

This location is much closer to me than Clackamas, but for the service and selection, I'd rather drive the distance. Shelves and displays were a clusterf*ck. I over heard one of the floor managers reassuring one of the workers "I said I wanted to make a dent in this today and it looks like you did." Umm... no wonder the workers couldn't be bothered to give a heck. Their manager didn't thrive for better, so why should they care. If that is what making a dent look like, it must have looked a helluva lot worse?? I couldn't imagine how much worse it could be since it looked pretty bad. The person ringing us up was not helpful. The price to one of the items we wanted did not ring up correctly, when we informed her, she let out a sigh and walked off into the direction of the product. She gave some excuse of why she wouldn't give us the price that was blatantly advertised on the rack. We had waited long enough so we let it go even though I am certain she overcharged us for it. If a manager reads this review, your check out person needs an attitude check. read more
