Great prices, but check the tags and your receipts at the store!! My dad's flannel was charged $69.50, but price tag said $59.50. They went back and fixed it. Later I realized, two of my items were overcharged. One rang up as 59.50 when it should have been 49.50 and one rang up for 59.50 when it should have been 54.50. Seems like a lot of items are ringing up incorrectly. Manager seems to realize they are having this issue recently. Rectified it over the phone quickly! read more

Very hit or miss experience here, as can be expected. They have a large selection and many fitting rooms, but I seem to have a hard time finding my right size. I also don't buy anything unless lucky enough to find something in the small Sale/Clearance area as $75 for jeans, buy one get one 75% off still does not beat the price of online. I love Levi jeans and a fan for life, but this store has a bit of a ways to go. read more

Levi's are an American classic. Who hasn't owned and coveted a pair of Levi's jeans? These days I've moved onto other brands that fit my shape better, but I still like to peruse the store. The store is well stocked with a variety of styles and sizes. Lots of different types of jeans beyond the 501s, which are still fab. Love the Jean jackets and had to use willpower and walk away because I already own too many! It's fall season and there were sweaters, sweatshirts and coats in addition to all the jeans. Clothing available for women, men, children and toddlers. The clothes for toddlers are super cute, they still sell the denim overalls which I had to pick up for friends who are pregnant. They look so cute on all todlers so no need to wait until the baby arrives to buy them! I like being prepared. read more

Bought two pair of Levi's at the Troutdale store, the same width & length on each pair. When I tried them on at home one pair was shorter and very baggy in the butt. Suspect the odd fitting pair was fake however upon return the clerk stated sometimes the dye causes them to miraculously change size! You must be kidding me, dumbest thing I have ever heard. Clerk would NOT take back pair of jeans back tho I had the credit card on me with which I bought the jeans. I will NEVER EVER buy Levi's again, what BS!!! Btw... rating should read -10! read more

Levi's! Classic jeans, you've seen em everywhere. And you know, jeans tend to wear out and I've had better success with Levi's than with others. This outlet isn't a bad location - things are well laid out, they have good stock selection, and it's clean. My one comment would be the fitting rooms are a bit of a free-for-all. There isn't a full time attendant there, so it leaves things up to the customers. We figured it out, but things seem to flow a bit smoother with a full time worker there. Not bad though! I have literally bought dozens of pairs of Levi's Jeans over my years and have only found 1 defective pair. So here I am at the Levi's Outlet Store to exchange said pair of jeans. I was hoping there wouldn't be a problem as these jeans were a gift and all I had was the tags that came with them, no receipt. We stressed about the difficulty of it but having come to the store and talked with the excellent employees. I was able to exchange my defective jeans for a brand new pair of jeans. There was some simple paperwork and some ID needed a phone number and that was about it. It probably took me longer to find my new pair of jeans then to have the paperwork filled out for me by the employee. Regardless, I've got my new pair of jeans and I'm super stoked. read more

This store is beyond belief! I have been in a few Levi store over the years and never have I have treated like the Jose did today. He went above and beyond. I came in for a jacket that was sold out online but stated that this store had it in stock. Since I was in Vancouver today anyway I decided I would take the drive. I was greeted promptly by Jose. Told what I was looking for and unfortunately they did not have my size. Since this is a clearance item they would not be getting anymore in. He looked it up and it at another location, but at a higher price. I checked again online and it was now available. So I ordered on my phone while in store and picked a couple of items. I have been coming here for years to browse the clearance racks and to buy my regulars in 28" inseam (which are hard to find in department stores for some reason). This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a review, and all the credit goes to Anna and her absolutely outstanding customer service. She helped me look for a VERY specific pair of jeans, and even looked through their new shipment when we didn't find any on the floor. Despite not finding what I came for, I'm still giving five stars for her efforts. Ordered some Levis online that didn't fit. I called this store to see if I could return them to their location, I was told yes. Drove an hour to this location only to be told I needed the original packing slip. The gal I spoke with before driving an hour never mentioned needing a packing slip. I said what about my email confirmation which was in my email on my phone? I was told by a so called manager who looked like he was in high school that would not work. Half way home I called Levi corporate and was told if I did not have the packing slip that the email confirmation with the items purchased was sufficient, just the opposite of what the high school aged manager told me. I wasted half of my day off over this-avoid this store, nothing but a bunch of young kids that don't know what they are talking about. read more

Simply amazing customer service! Husband only wears Levis and needed a new paid rather last minute yesterday. We headed up to the store around 6p with a toddler who was more than ready for the day to be over. The sales team (two guys) were amazing. Not only with kind understanding of our little ball of e energy, but also gave really great advice about care of products and description of different styles to my husband. I have never been into an outlet store but I was happy with my experience. All of the (attractive) guys working at Levi's was very helpful and knew what they were talking about. They really made sure to do a thorough job when looking for sizes and they constantly made sure I was finding what I looked for. Yet, when I say this, I don't mean that they were annoying. The employees did a great job of showing that they are there to help you without being in your space. The store is layer out very nicely and is quite organized. Every clothing item is neatly folded and restocked. It was cool to see that even outlet stores have sales! Lots of things were 50% off or on clearance. The only downfall is that this location does not carry sizes smaller than a 24 in women's. This is the most awesome place to buy Levis! I have been buying Levi's here since I moved to town in 87, or since they opened. I can't remember which; it's been a while. The prices are great, and I recently found some phenomenal deals on their sale rack: 3 pairs of levis in my size for under $30. I'm talking total price here, people!!! They would be more expensive at Goodwill. I know, because that is where I buy the rest of my clothing. I brought friends from England here, and they bought enough Levis to have to buy them a seat on the plane home, because the prices were so great! Bridget, one of the managers, was really sweet and hunted the 2nd and 3rd pair of jeans down for me when I called on the phone, and put them on hold. The employees are all nice, informative, and helpful. It totally makes up for the way that Levis changed the names of their models, sending me into the depths of middle-age-I-can't-cope-with-changes-of things-I've managed-to-figure-out-I-like mode. I am not a boldly curved person, and yet I found that the bold curve, modern rise, size 2 fit great. And the staff where right: buy them snug and they stretch. After trying on 15+ pair of Levi's from both men and women's sections at a local dept store, i refused to give up on my hunt for jeans. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Zane. This guy knows Levi's and after explaining my problem areas (big butt n thighs paired with a tiny waist), he walked right over to a specific cut and I was in the dressing room in less than 3 minutes! I tried two styles and left with three pairs. If you have trouble finding jeans that fit and your local dept store clerks are clueless, hit the outlet store and ask for Zane! No nonsense, thank god. I walked in, wanted a specific style in a specific size. Was 1 size off and the clerk ran and got me a 1 size different pair of the same pants. Fit great, looked great, and price was reasonable. I was so pleased I bought a 2nd pair. Why cant all clothes stores be like this? No missing sizes, no wacky inseams/leg lengths, pants don't cost $400 for some weird elastic strap either. Love the Levi's outlets - I have been to the Lincoln City and Woodburn locations as well. I have received great service every time. Last time I shopped at the Troutdale location I mentioned I should really only be buying 2 pairs instead of three. So I didn't have to put any back they gave me a coupon for a discount so I could get 3 pairs of not on sale jeans for $105! Love it! Everything is good at Levi's until I have a small question. The lady who work during 5pm ish at the male jeans section are rude and considering very offensive to me personally. I am a female but lesbian. And female jeans never work for me, while male's is the best fit and comfortable for me. So while I am looking for a Jean I ask the lady for a certain size and length. She look at me from head to toe, and she ask is it for you? I said yes, she then said " you know this is for male right?" So? Come on so? Well thank you lady I miss the most obvious part that this is for male, i was just looking for a pair of jean that suit me. And accidentally walk to the male section and accidentally try on some jeans and accidentally decided to have a size 28 instead of 29. This offense me immediately and she act like I don't speak English and she look all confused. Did I ask you in language you don't understand? I ask in English and my English certainly are good for asking" hi do you have this in size 28x30?" I got offended and at the same time I found the jean I want. So I left saying oh wait I found it nvm thank you. She still starving at me like looking at some kind of weirdo or freaks. It s very rude and racist, as gay marriage is so common in USA and also Portland have a large group of LGBT. The guy working at Levi's was great! He greeted me and told me how there sizing worked and left me alone. He checked up on me multiple times. I had some questions for him and he really new his stuff. His insight was valuable. He knew is products inside and out. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for Levis. read more
