After spending a lot of time generally feeling lost, the only on-duty employee came over and provided a HUGE amount of help. She spent a lot of time bringing me boots of various styles and price ranges, various insoles to try them with, and explained to me that they could stretch three different areas of the boots if a liked pair needed a bit of adjustment. I ultimately selected a really nice pair that carried a high price tag, but this truly seems like a one-time investment, so I didn't mind this. I'm really impressed with Boot Barn, and highly recommend it if you're looking for Western wear or Western work shoes or boots. Don't let the toppled wooden horse in the parking lot dissuade you.

Old Navy piles t-shirts and shears in tables so impossible to keep organized after customers go through and toss things everywhere. The dressing room was surprising small, there were just a few rooms. I go to Old Navy for their athletic clothes - their leggings have the best fit, side pockets, last forever.
