I was not able to view the size or price tags without having to fish for them and pull it out so I could see. I found it annoying when shopping since buying clothes is the main goal. It is not an art exhibit. Maybe they do not know what it is like to be short and not able to easily view the tags. It is amazing how are unaware people people are of size differences. Yes, you can set your store up however you want. Just not every one will find it user friendly.

They had good sales, especially on the weekends. Fast forward to now. Practically not shoppable now. The only thing that has not changed is getting hammered for a Kohl's card with an interest rate over 30%. Too many items that coupons won't work with. Too many brands have been discontinued. Poor selection for male shoppers, particularly. Stores are poorly staffed, checking out is a nightmare, and customer service is nonexistent. The last time we were in was on a Saturday around 11 am. There was two people working the floor. Neither said a word to us nor asked if we needed any help. No one in the jewelry department and one cashier.

Maybe I've shopped at (guessing) five other Men's Warehouses, and will confine to do so. This locations vibe just seems to be rentals. Next time I'll try a different location.

This outlet mall is conveniently located right off I-84 exit 17 (Marine Drive / 257th Avenue) in Troutdale, Oregon. Troutdale is a suburb of Portland. The two cities are about 16 miles apart and both are located in Multnomah County. The outlet mall is about halfway between Portland and where we hiked (Wahkeena Falls). Great location for what we needed. Columbia Gorge Outlets is one of the smaller outlet malls I've visited. The size and look of it is more akin to a typical American suburban shopping center than a sprawling outlet mall. In terms of appearance and amenities, it was pretty standard. Before heading out, a few of us used the restrooms by the mall's offices on the south side of the property. Overall, the property was clean and expectedly peaceful and quiet during our visit on a Friday morning around 10:38am.

However, for the 2nd time this same individual was condescending, very catty, and clearly doesn't seem to care as much about the purpose of her position as a salesperson as is importance of satisfying her fragile little ego in being disrespectful to another woman. I will consider purchasing again here if I don't have to deal with the attitude & I imagine if this happened to me the culprit in question is this way to other people & it just lost a sale & probably lost a few others. And to put a fine point on it I am ALWAYS respectful to my fellow ladies.

I spent just over an hour shopping with my son today, and was followed by asset protection the entire time. I've never stolen anything from here.
