I went in looking for Crocs work shoes. The Crocs website stated that this location carried their…read moreproduct, so I commuted to the mall and found myself super disappointed. They only had 3 pairs and they were all huge men's sizes. The employee on duty was a manager and offered to call Janzten Beach location and said I could drive over there, but since it was a commute to get to this location in the first place, I wasn't willing to drive across town again in the opposite direction (neither location is close to where I live). The employee didn't offer to see about ordering them to the store and his attitude made it seem like he had no intention of looking into ordering the work shoes at all and wasn't going to share the fact that I wasn't able to get the shoes they advertised; though he said I could order them myself online. That is bad customer service, he obviously didn't give a crap that I really needed those specific shoes. The problem with ordering online is that not everyone can buy shoes without trying them on, and the fact that a manager had that response basically sealed the deal that I will never go back to that store. Shoe shopping is difficult enough without having websites lie about the products they carry. Shame on Famous Footwear for not carrying product that they advertise. Disappointed in the lack of product and also the lack of service. Buyer beware, especially if you are promised a particular product online that claims to be in-store.

After we've been there a little we selected shoes and sat down waiting for our mom at this time karen called security and with him she brought one shoe and she asked me to show my bag caz she was looking for a different one. After she didn't find anything she didn't apologize as well as security so I just left it. Next morning I came there to get a compensation because what they did is ILLEGAL "If you were wrongfully accused of shoplifted at a store and wrongfully detained by security, you could be eligible to file a civil lawsuit." she called security and asked me to leave. Worst store experience ever AND the manager karen. Never go there unless you want to make them feel as a criminal as I felt.

The decision to finally order custom boots came from a hiking trip I took a few months ago. I…read morerealized I needed to invest in a better long-term solution that wouldn't further disfigure my feet if I wanted to continue to hike and enjoy the backcountry. I did quite a bit of online research, talked to a few doctors, and narrowed my search down to 4 custom boot-makers in the United States: Esatto, one in Denver, one in Vermont, and one in Texas. I emailed each one to get a feel of their business, of their service, and of their quality. Custom boots are not cheap, and I figured I was entering into a relationship with these makers, so I might as well get to know them a bit before jumping in. Esatto Boots was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. The other boot makers took a long time to get back to me, and when they did, I was left with the impression that they weren't really looking to make new customers - in fact, I'd have to wait 6 months to get a pair of boots. So, I decided to go with Esatto. It took the Esatto team about 6-7 weeks to turn the measurements I took of my feet into a pair of summer boots and orthotics. I've worn them now on a few, multi-day backpacking trips of 15+ miles in the Sierra Mountains. On the very first trip, after hiking only a few miles in, I realized something amazing: I had never worn shoes that fit my feet. It's a strange feeling to say the least. Shoes have always been a little big or a little narrow. I had no idea what it was like to have the support of both shoes fitting my feet (since my feet are two different sizes). After these trips there were no blisters, no hotspots, no rubbing, nothing. It was wonderful. After the second trip, my feet felt even more comfortable in the boots. I'm excited to take these boots on new adventures, to watch them age, and know they will last me. I think this purchase was a smart one for me. It's an investment, and I'd suggest potential customers to do research, talk to potential shoemakers, and decide what's best for them. I wanted to invest in a long-term solution, and I am happy with my choice.

The boots finally came, and I am pleased with the fit and trim, and look forward to breaking them in. Despite the delay, I'm glad I went there for a custom fitting. Original post: Fraudulent, stay away from this vendor. Esatto took my money in March 2019, and never came through with boots. They've stopped responding to email or telephone calls. And looking at their FB page, I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off. I visited their shop in person, and met Aurel and his father. They took all my measurements and we settled on the choice of leather, color, and boot style. I had high hopes. But I never heard from them with updates or pictures. I spoke to Aurel in January 2020, and also corresponded with him by email. He promised boots within a month, but nothing. I'm now taking this to the Washington Department of Consumer Affairs.

I only went in for the food and was a little overwhelmed with how big it was. I was expecting it to be more like the king soopers back home since these are also owned by kroger. Very impressive though! Found what i needed quickly once i got over to the food section. Employees were friendly. And for those who left bad reviews for masks..... are you serious???! omg. Anyway, everyone was wearing their masks when i was there. Did not see any "non compliers". So tired of seeing folks leave reviews for a business based off of mask wearing and what their customers were doing.

I called the Fred Meyer pharmacy with genuine questions about a refill date discrepancy I noticed between my old insurance and what the pharmacy had on file. Instead of receiving any clarity or basic courtesy, the pharmacist was dismissive, showed zero empathy, and ultimately hung up on me mid-conversation. I wasn't being difficult. I was confused - which is a completely reasonable thing to be when your insurance, doctor, and medications are all changing at once. Pharmacists are healthcare professionals who regularly work with patients in exactly these situations. A little patience and a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, I was made to feel like a suspect for asking a straightforward question. That is unacceptable. I'll be transferring this prescription as soon as my current refill is complete. I wouldn't recommend working with Fred Meyer pharmacy.

Customer service associates explained the process making it easy to decide that I would come back. Name brand items were in the store merchandise displayed well and space was clean and well organized. Labels in the store made it easy to navigate my way around. They had the cutest selection of retro outerwear. There was specifically a lot of Nike, Columbia, North Face, and a few other similar brands I can't remember off the top of my head. They had Columbia wind breakers in every possible color and material. The store is arranged by size and color, so it's really easy to find what you're looking for. The only reason I didn't end up buying anything was because I know for an absolute fact that I could get a brand new Columbia jacket for the exact same price at the outlet across the street. Pretty much all of their jackets were marked $25, which is how much they go on sale for brand new at the outlet. But if I struck out at the outlet or needed a specific color/pattern windbreaker for a party/event or something, then I would definitely come back here. I did not experience any of the issues with snotty customer service or a bad smelling store that other reviewers complained about. I actually thought it smelled pretty decent for a consignment store/Oregon. The girls at the counter greeted me when I came in and told me to have a nice day when I left. To be fair, I wasn't trying to sell anything, but, as a consumer, I appreciated their very specific brand/style curation. One of the other reviewers was complaining that they didn't buy her used non-brand-name clothes--like-- girl, duh. Just because you thought something was cute and a good deal doesn't somehow entitle you to a high resale value. This store is a great place to kill some time or find some retro outerwear, and the negative reviews are seemingly all trash.
