So it happens the zipper breaks on your favorite rain coat. So now panic sets in. How am I going to fix this. Of course you jump on Amazon and look for zipper repair kits. Forget this. So I searched zipper repair near me and this location popped up. I wasn't sure a shoe repair shop could handle my crisis. But I stopped in, and 10 minutes later I had a new zipper. The staff there was awesome. It took all but 5 minutes to repair my jacket. Could not recommend more. Thank you for the great service... And the cost was way less than I had anticipated. read more

So on top of his trade and does a remarkable job. My shoes look brand new when I get them back. Cannot recommend enough.

Amazing and quick service!! The shop was recommended to me by a friend for reasonable resoling and show repair! Came in and we greeted by a very kind young man who worked with me on pricing to make sure I could afford what I needed done for both pairs of shoes. Not only was the pricing very good, but it got done quicker then expected! They cleaned up scuffing on both pairs of shoes as well! Thank you so much, both the gentlemen who run this shop. I will come again. read more

Small business. Did a good job in a timely fashion. Had them repair heels on my comfortable wedge-heeled Skechers sandals. Went on recommendation from a friend. Staff is not particularly "friendly" as in not chatty or smiley -- but professional. read more

I can't say enough good things about Cascade. I brought in two pairs of men's dress shoes that needed salvation. I was quoted the price for each and told I could pick them up the next day. The next day I dropped in and they were ready as promised. The shoes look and function like new. I was in and out in a matter of minutes each time. Parking is limited and you might miss the building if you sneeze. But definitely worth your time and money. read more

They do fantastic work, my wife had some motorcycle boots repaired and shined up, they've never looked better, and you can't beat what they charge, they're amazing. read more

He did an excellent job on my shoes! I brought in a pair of boots that his son said couldn't be fixed, so i'll have to find a different spot. I do think his son could use a little more polish when interacting with customers, and it's worth noting they only take cash or checks--which is a bit inconvenient these days. That said, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. read more

I needed a repair on an elastic lace eyelet on my child's sneakers. They turned it around in a day, and it was very reasonably priced. I did hear them giving a quote to resole work boots for someone else, and even though that customer seemed unsure of the cost, based on the boots my husband wears for work, I know that they are offering a reasonable price for that service, also, compared to what it would cost going through the manufacturer for the exact same service. *They are cash only, just a heads up. read more

Brought in my favorite Birkenstocks that the heels had worn all the way through the cork. $85+tax and exactly 24 hours later and they're good as new (better than new because I don't have to break them in again). They built back up the cork bed and completely replaced the sole. They also gave the leather a little brush up and helped with some of the stains. Cannot recommend them more. The speed and quality of the work is excellent and I'll recommend to anyone. read more

I needed my birks repaired in a timely fashion. They were ready within 24 hrs. Not only did they glue them, put cork protector on and buffed up the suede. The quality of work was above and beyond. It was like getting a new pair of birks for a fraction of the price. Did I mention what I was charged? Great value, less than I thought for the quality/quantity of work done on my shoes. I would definitely refer this business and use them again read more

I can't believe it has taken me so long to review them. Cascade Shoe Repair is awesome. Very reasonable prices, fast, and such good work. Usually I'm just getting my Birkenstocks repaired. This time I put a sticky visitor's yeah on the leather jacket at the ER - not a good idea. It peeled the color and finish off. I was told at Tandy that it would be about $200 to get it professionally repaired. I took it to Cascade and for $15 it is as good as new! I highly recommend them. read more

Fast, reliable, reasonable service, thank you. I have used Cascade Shoe Repair several times and they have always met my needs.

I returned again to get replacement strap keepers (the loops that keep your purse strap overhang in place). The owner found some perfect leather to replace all of them (1 was missing, so I replaced all 4). Less than an hour later, he called, letting me know he had finished. They look amazing on my purse. read more

I am looking for a cobbler who knows his stuff. When I asked him about what type of leather he uses for his belts, his reply was "cow". Well-- I figured that, but when I elaborated to ask if he used top-grain leather, he didn't know how to answer. I spend really good money on my boots and I would want good quality products on / in my shoes. I wouldn't want bonded leather, but rather a high quality leather... ideally top grain, depending on if it's a visual / functional part of the boot. A good cobbler should know his leather types... and no... "cow" isn't a good answer. One other quick note -- Don't expect a friendly personality -- However, I could get past that if I could trust him. I will trust my shoes/boots elsewhere. read more

Quality service done fast. Super tiny parking lot but if you go there after 4:30 or so, it's fine. It's next to a car mechanic which is usually closed by then so they have extra spots in between. Customer service wise they are pleasant and efficient. Don't expect to sit and chit chat but that was also what I liked. It was a quick in and out with direct and honest assessment. I thought the pricing was a bit high but so far the quality is great and I'd pay for the quick service. It's cash or check only though so be prepared for that (pay upon shoe pick-up). read more

On Thursday I took a pair of Birkenstocks in for some light reconditioning, as well as a pair of Corral cowboy boots to stretch the shaft that was too tight.
