I took in 5 pairs of shoes, they repaired them very quickly and they took good care of me.

This is my go-to cobbler. A little pricey, but they know how to do their job well and are friendly and on time.

They did a great job fixing the heels in several pairs of boots in a short turn around. I recommend this business!

If I could give more than 5 * I would!!! I had purchased a Louis Vuitton online and it came broken. I thought I would never be able to use it and had wasted a bit of $. I sent a bid request to a few leather repair places through yelp and Orchards had a rapid response and gave a very reasonable quote. The repair is done quickly and I have a handbag that's actually usable and you really can't notice by looking at it that it's been repaired! I will use Orchards for any leather repair items!!!! Ladies who love their LV handbags they can get them fixed instead of hiding in the closet. read more

Just got another one of my Christian Louboutin's refinished here! Red bottoms can be slippery sometimes and with just the paint on the bottoms, it scrapes easy. So I found this place a little over a year ago! I'm celebrating my anniversary this week and needed one fixed up with adding the red rubber soles at the bottoms for better grip! He fit me in last min, finished same day. It's like brand to the new! Safer grip and he also lined it with black. Overall, I appreciated it for being so last minute. This is an overdue review. I've been going here for my shoe repairs for YEARS now and they're sincerely one the best in town! The owners are siblings and very nice and professional. They're quick, efficient, and good at what they do. I brought in two of my favorite Oscar de la Renta heels cuz I've had them for years and they were able to fix the straps that were starting to come off and replace the bottoms cuz they were getting worn off. I brought in two of my Christian Louboutin heels that I wear to work and they re-tapped my heels within minutes! Soon, I'll probably have to bring a few of my CL heels in to be repainted like another reviewer did, but it's not a priority. Paint on the bottom of shoes are meant to wear off but if they can redo them without it looking cheap--hey, I'll definitely get them repainted and would only trust these guys to do it! read more

The owner was very rude and said my Louboutin heels were in to bad condition and they were unrepairable but i went to another shop and they fixed my heels no problem. This guy must not know what he's doing! I just needed the bottom of my heels replaced because they were worn down. Also needed my sole repaired but he said he couldn't do that either!! read more

UPDATED Review; Oh wow was I wrong!! Turns out the gentleman I dropped my shoes off/interacted with was not the owner, but someone watching the store while they owner and his wife were in Mexico celebrating their anniversary. (Also, congrats on that) About a week had passed since I dropped my shoes off and I got a message (from the owner) saying my shoes were ready and he was sorry it would take so long. When I went to pick up my shoes the next evening I chatted with the owner and he is the nicest man ever and super knowledgeable about what he does. Let me tell you, my mouth dropped when I saw how good these shoes looked. Not only did he replace the sole, and heal but holy S**t he took the time to get the scratches out and polished. They look brand new. This place is AMAZING!!! I will be taking my shoes here for as long as they are open. read more

I dropped off a pair of $300 boots because the zipper broke. When I got them back, the repaired boot was much smaller; the shoe width cramps my foot and I am barely able to zip it up because there is about 1/4" difference between the circumference of the two boots now. If I had known he had to remove the sole to repair the boot, I probably would have said no thanks. When he put the shoe back together, he didn't line it up right, so now I can't even wear them. I should have tried them on before I left, but he didn't offer and there was nowhere to sit down anyway. I am sure he does a great job with different types of shoes, but I would recommend against having him replace a zipper on a tall pair of boots. read more
