I brought in three simple items to be altered--a pair of pants hemmed, a dress hemmed, and a vest taken in--and was shocked to be charged almost $100. None of the work was particularly intricate. I was also a bit put off by being asked to pay upfront the first time I dropped clothes off, which felt inconsistent since I wasn't charged upfront on a later visit. As a person of color, I couldn't help but wonder if that was the reason, which made the experience uncomfortable. Between the high prices, lackluster customer service, and that inconsistency, I won't be returning. It's a shame since this place is right up the street, but I'm confident I can find better service and prices elsewhere. read more

Great customer service, very organized. I'll be back for sure. They got a stain out of my silk dress

Excellent service! We have used Express Cleaners countless times over the years, they always do an exceptional job. We have taken them many pieces from wedding attire to hand-made precious family heirlooms. We will continue to support this small business. read more

I found this shop after taking my clothes to another place downtown and discovered my husband's dress shirts were being returned to me with crushed and broken buttons. Express Cleaners has destroyed ZERO buttons. They offer a timely turnaround, fair prices and the woman receiving my clothes is always so sweet and happy to see me. They even removed stains I was convinced were permanent. They have a parking lot behind their building too. The cost of doing business is increasing with inflation but I feel like Express Cleaners isn't gouging me under the guise of inflation. Reasonable prices and superior service keeps me returning. read more

This is the only place I take my suits and clothes. Pricing is reasonable, turn around time is good. I never had an issue.

They always remember my name, they're eager to give good service and I've never had a problem. Been coming for years now and won't stop now.

Gotta say this place knows there stuff. Brought in a suite that got gum on it and I was like "man this thing is done" I decided to give this place a shot since it's close to home. This place was worth it, price was doable $14 for the suite and they got it done in two days. They are open Monday - Saturday with limited hours Saturday. Everything about this place was worth it and I'll be coming back. Thank you for getting my suite back in one piece. read more

Howdy, While this location has gone through several owners & names the current proprietors have been operating here for several years & while I only take a few shirts in from time-to-time they are French cuffed, 'cause that's how I roll, and for $2 each I'm happy to have someone else launder & then press those babies out to flash my cufflink bling. Yep, bringing 'em back, so get on the fashion train! read more

I had 4 pairs of jeans altered here. I was skeptical to try another alterations company because of the disappointment I've experienced in the past.. but I picked up my jeans and wow! They fit amazing and the stitching is beautifully done. Thank you express! read more

I brought them a coat that needed a replacement zipper. They provided a much better zipper than the coat originally had, did a flawless job on the repair, and charged less than I expected to pay. This will definitely become the place I bring all my alterations. read more

Grateful for my neighborhood cleaners! My clothes come out perfect & service is always pleasant!

Found this tailor online. and have used them several times. They do great alterations and are good in their customer service. Ladies know that the changing room is not very private , so bring a friend. The location is convenient in downtown Vancouver with street parking ( be sure to use the 20 free minutes on the meter ) or a gravel parking lot in back. As with most dry cleaners / alterations small businesses, the lobby is small ,dingy & unappealing. Prices are on the high side but the work is great. read more

Highly recommend this dry cleaner. Always remembers my name, will express clean at no extra cost if requested, my clothes look brand new when done, and reasonable prices. read more

Cleaned and pressed my shirts and suits nicely, but all the shirts came back with my last name written on the inside front below the button holes. These were laundered months ago and I only noticed now, but the whole practice is unacceptable. Perhaps they have halted this practice, I don't know, but they must find other ways to keep track of the garments with which they are entrusted. I've never had this happen anywhere else. I will not be returning. read more

Went to drop of my wedding dress and veil a few days ago. Picked them up looking brand new! They did an amazing job. The employees were so nice. So quick and easy. If you're debating where to go, this is the place! read more

They are miracle workers!!! I brought in my wedding dress that was thrashed because it poured rain on my wedding day and I wasn't going to let that stop me from dancing outside, hence a trashed wedding dress. I brought them a dirty stained disaster and they handed me back a brand new wedding dress! Literally looked like it was never even worn! Can't give them enough praise! I would highly recommend to anyone! read more

They have been doing well, but sometimes my dry cleaned suits have some strange smell. A little bit more expensive than others, but staff are very friendly and they finished on time read more
