They were amazing. I brought my husbands army dress uniform in to be cleaned and pressed for a funeral. We flew in so we didn't have a lot of time. Miracle Cleaners was so fast and professional. There have been times, when upon entering the business, they already have my phone number pulled up and give me my claim ticket within seconds of seeing what garment I have brought in. I have my business suits cleaned here every month. Many times I drop them off in horrible condition (including the smell) because my job can take me to hot and dirty environments. I took in a sweater jacket, my pea coat and my husbands coat. My sweater coat still had fur balls on it my pea coat still looked dirty it had dog hair on it and to top it off my husbands coat only needed a new zipper and they only put in a new zipper on one side which is fine if it would have matched the other side as the zipper in his coat was Orange and they put a Black one on the side that ripped wth who does that needless to say it cost $56.00 I spent $56.00 too much and will never go back there ever again. We had a very bad experience, they ruined woman's jacket, which they admitted (and started on the receipt) and said they would pay for replacement, then changed their mind when trying to get reimbursement after buying a new one...said they needed to see the old jacket again which we had thrown away since they already said they would pay for. Very professional and knowledgeable at drop off. Clothes came back in way better condition than expected, none of the "We couldn't get this spot out" notes that I'm used to getting. Pick up was also professional and personalized. Each specific request I had made was addressed at pick up. Awesome. Also, I had a camel coat with leather detailing sent out for special cleaning.
