No complaints. However, I've only taken in a comforter in for washing. Haven't had any dry cleaning done here. They said it'd be ready in 7 days but it was done in 2. Friendly people. Asked if I was military (for discount); I'm not, but I think it is nice they asked. read more

Constantly ruining my husbands shirts - always needed buttons replaced - their machines are so old they always broke buttons

Nice place and welcoming staff! It feels you are dealing with the proprietor. My launder shirts were pressed perfectly and on time. Text reminder is also a great feature read more

I had my husband drop off some dry cleaning for me, three pieces of which were very expensive Ralph Lauren items. Both jackets were stand collar styles and this cleaner pressed the collars down and now they have sharp creases there, probably permanently which completely ruins their style. They hung my very expensive pants on the hanger with safety pins which left big holes in the fabric. I am heartsick and angry. How in the world would anyone not know better than to do this? My advice to is read reviews before sending your good clothing to just any cleaners. Salmon Creek Dry Cleaners is horrible. read more

Definitely like the way the shirts come out. I'm going back again to see the friendly staff and do them again. Prices are good too for the fine service. read more

These women are always determined that the day runs smoothly and they present you with what's expected. I'm glad to work with them.

Be wary of this business. They tried to charge me for service already done. Keep your receipts and bank statements if you do business with this company. All of a sudden, I started seeing stains on my clothes that wasn't there when I dropped them off. I must have given this business several thousands of dollars worth of business over the years. I done be taken to the cleaners. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Horrible experience. This place ruined two of my white shirts and tore the pocket of the third. I talked with manager several times and gave them several chances to make it right. They did not seem to care. I finally tried Carousel Cleaners, they did a great job. read more

This is the closest dry cleaning service to my house. I have tried them several times. First time: my daughter accidentally placed gooey, sticky slime in her Columbia jacket pocket. I tried to wash it several times but it didn't come out. I brought clean jacket but with this gooey stuff on it to dry cleaners.I asked them if they can do anything with that and they told me they will try to do their best. A week and a half later I got my jacket in the same exact shape as I left it with dry cleaners. I did not want to pay for that, but the worker told me that they can't give me the jacket if I don't pay. So, I refused to take jacket and I left a note to the owner if they can try to do something about that. Picked up jacket in 2 weeks, cuz they had to send it to special place, it was not in much better shape, but you could tell they at least tried. Second time: Brought my expensive Laicy blouse to dry cleaners for them to get rid of those chocolate spots on the blouse. I actually point out every spot. Picked up blouse in the same exact shape. Same time I left my cardigan from cashmere and wool and it was in very clean shape but the caffs were dirty from hands and I asked them to get rid of the smell from the body order. I picked up my cardigan, and Weeks later decided to wear it and guess what nor they washed caffs on the bottom of the sleeves, the smell was there‼‼‼ Wow!!! Am I going to bring it back and complain, of course not there has been several weeks and unfortunately I did not check it at the time of pickup. After using this service three times I understood finally that it's not them it is me who is not learning from the first time. I would highly advise you not to use their services if you don't want to be disappointed and to pay for non-existing service, but if you still decide to use the service PLEASE check their work before you pick up your items. Hopefully my review was helpful. Have a great day read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my wedding dress here and it had dirt on the bottom due to it raining on my wedding day. I asked them if they could get it out and if they clean wedding dresses normally. The person helping said they clean wedding dresses weekly and they would be able to get it out. Well of course they didn't get it out. I go in they said it's 80% better than before. Ha that's a joke it didn't even look like it had been cleaned. They said they used Industrial strength Oxy clean and cleaned it twice. I asked for a refund they said no. I asked if I go somewhere else and they can get it out can I get my money back? Their answer is good luck, no one else is going to be able to get this cleaned for you. I spoke with 3 different people that said the exact same thing. They were all very rude. One girl on the phone wouldn't even let me talk. She talked over everything that I said that I had to end the conversation, it was getting no where. I asked the manager why didn't someone tell me there was no guarantee and she said that is implied in this line of work, customers should know that coming in, which I asked when I came in if the dirt could come out and the girl said yes, which then she said the girl should never say yes our employees should always tell you there is no guarantee. NO ONE SAID THERE WAS NO GUARANTEE.They also wanted to charge me $235 for the cleaning and boxing. I took my dress to the cleaners in Camas and the owners exact words were go back and get a refund, there is no way they washed your dress twice. If they did they must've dipped in water and that was it. She charged me $175 to clean and preserve in a box I can open and close as many times as I want. Again DO NOT GO HERE. They are rude, disrespectful, and not worth your time. read more

Absolutely love the service and way I get my clothes back. All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been taking my shorts, skirts, and shirts here for over a year now, as I have been using coconut oil for moisturizer. That stuff is wonderful for helping your skin. It also loves to soak into your clothes and nothing I can do will get that stuff to budge. I have only ever had two times where I picked up my clothes and there were still stains. Both times, they made it right, asking me to simply bring them back and they would get the stains out. I love that they are a green cleaner. Most dry cleaners are horrible for the environment. I also have super sensitive skin...like olive oil, minute percentages of nickel in metal and lavendar burns. So, I react to the chemicals used by regular dry cleaners as well. They also have a loyalty plan. You spend so much money, and you get so much credit towards your cleaning. The ladies who work here are always friendly and at ease with the public. I highly recommend Salmon Creek Cleaners. read more

I like the service, but the cleaning is a little more expensive compared to most cleaners. I was hoping that the quality would make up for the price, but the quality is just about average or below. read more

Friendly service and fair prices. They have consistently done a great job with my button up shirts and wool clothing. Very convenient too!
