The only reason this isn't 1 star is because they refunded me the cost of alterations and my jeans. I took jeans into be hemmed using the original hem, which they offered. They were horribly uneven and my pants had been stretched to the point the seams were ripping given the original hem was wider than where the new hem was sitting. They redid them, got rid of the original hem despite telling me they would simply make it smaller around, and the hem was even more uneven and not ironed flat before stitching it. Our washing machine broke last night so we came in pretty late but didn't realize it was closing time. We apologized and started making our way out when the owner offered to stay later for us. We felt terrible and ended up leaving but we came back the next day and he remembered us! Such a nice guy. The place is really clean and the people were very friendly. I went in on a Sunday afternoon to wash a heavy bedspread and comforter and Fenny could not have been more helpful. Opening the doors, helping me with the change machine, as well as showing me the best washer and dryer to use for my particular laundry were all specific ways he helped. i've never used a laundry service before however, have used them twice so far, the owner is extremely friendly, the service is amazing and honestly if I thought I could afford it, I'd use this to do my laundry ,a s right now I wash one time a month and have to drag. It all to my apartment facility and its a pain, while yes cost way more then would to do myself its nice not being bothered lol. Poor job on a linen bedspread. This had never been used, was in storage for for year's and needed to be cleaned and pressed. It came back still smelling musty and so very wrinkled it was not even presentable. I showed the owners while I was still there picking it up... They made a lot of excuses, charged 30$ anyway. I took it and ironed it, which is what I didn't want to have to do in the first place. Won't return. read more

I was trying to find some more information on this place and what, no review yet! Pleasure is all mine. These guys are legit mom and pop Korean owned - they sew buttons on my coat for about $1 per button (these buttons are a pain in the butt), and dry clean my bizz clothes on the cheap in a jiffy. The most recent performance includes a Pendleton blanket for about 30 bucks (the thing was dirk-nasty). I am very pleased by this cleaner and it doesn't hurt they're in my hood either. read more

Fast, excellent service. I brought in a wool garment which I had just finished knitting to be pressed. The lady behind the counter asked if I'd like to wait or come back later today. I opted for later.... when I returned an hour later, the piece was perfectly pressed and blocked, and the price was VERY reasonable. Ruined two dress shirts in one visit after 3 good visits. One shirt was ripped and the other had a bleach spot. They called to let me know there was a problem with two of my items. The laundromat is always dirty. I've been going to this place for a while and just started having a lot of issues. Once when I went there was a used needle in the parking lot. A few weeks ago my husband went, he was having issues with the machine and alerted the owner. The owner got super defensive and basically tried to call him out as a liar even though his machine were not working properly. Last night was my last straw. I several homeless people hanging out at the front door. Most of them came in to dry their blankets. I get it, however they had not previously washed them so anything you put in the dryer is already dirty again. Last night the place had trash all over. I tried to used a dryer before I saw this whole situation, I put all my clothes in and my money and it wouldn't start. There was no out of order sign (which most of their machine are out of order). I called the guy over and showed him what was going on. He was nice about it but told me there is nothing he can do cuz the owner wasn't there. This place is going down hill. You also have to watch your stuff closely so someone won't steal it. I thought it was convenient since it was so close to home, but I will just spend the extra time and money to drive to a nice clean facility. read more

Just got back from washing 3 comforters....half the machines don't work. I put 10 dollars in a machine that would not work so put 2 comforters in 2 smaller machines.
