They've got at least couple of everything - artwork, dishes, trinkets, books, furniture - and a lot of VHS/DVDs and clothes. Some of the clothes are in bins so you get the satisfying feel of the hunt! I get the feeling that if you don't find what you want amongst their supplies, you can ask the owner who's working the front desk and they'll know if they have it or they'll be willing to keep an eye out for it. The team working here is incredibly friendly, and will greet you as you come in and head out. In my short time browsing, they had several regulars come in who they greeted by name and knew what sorts of items they were looking for. Prices were totally reasonable. If I lived closer I would come back more often, but I'll definitely keep this shop in mind when I'm in the area or having a thrifting day.

I just realized this isn't gonna be anonymous but IDC because this is the best place ever! I used to hate going to antique shops with my granny but it's been 14 long years without her and now as someone in my early 30's I find comfort within an antique shop . The smell alone is enough to bring me to tears! Mo has an AMAZINGGGG collection of trinkets and baubles and goodies . my personal favorite thing I've gotten from Kenton Antiques (besides all the crystals for my altar) was rolling papers from 1922. Those rolling papers made me a nice little chunk of change At Bars and stuff because nobody wanted to believe that I had a pack of rolling papers older than their grandparents and possibly their great grandparents those papers were some of the finest rolling papers I've ever had the pleasure of using! Anywho, come by and see what a lovely place this hidden gem is!!! Don't forget your mask either!

Five reasons I love this place~ 1. Their inventory changes…read moreconstantly! Sure there are items and spaces that seem to defy time, but generally the stuff comes in and goes out so that you don't see the same dusty items over and over (like some places). 2. They are open every day. No need to guess whether its their 'off' day when you go. They are always there. I'm not sure what Marie C. is talking about in the other review. 3. Some of their dealers are totally amazing. Once you go on a regular basis, you'll see what I mean: outstanding stuff (where do they come up with it!) I guess it depends on what you like and what you're looking for, but a couple of their dealers bring the kind of unique (ok, weird) things I like with frightening regularity. 4. Their prices, for the most part, are really good. A trip here doesn't break the budget. 5. The people who work there actually have a space there (thus the Collective part of their name). No disinterested counter jockey ignoring you- they will go out of their way to help you find a treasure to take home. Not in a pushy way, in a helpful, engaged way. If you like to look at crazy fun old stuff, check these guys out.

I appreciate being able to make one stop and fulfill most of my shopping needs in one place! Seriously, I can spend hours perusing the aisles of this store. One of my favorite things about Monticello is they're always staying relevant by having their vendors update the look and feel of their booths, but also by hosting regular themed events that keep customers coming back. Have you visiting the holiday marketplace in the back half of the store each December? They turn the entire space into a winter wonderland that allows anyone to revel in the holiday spirit.
