I love to get the Molcajete, the mix of the scallops, octopus, shrimp(raw & cooked) with the chile, ahh so good & perfect on a hot day! It comes with tostadas, chile negro & some type of mayo, it all comes together so so good!! The Mojarra Frito is always cooked to perfection! I love the side of chile/lemon jugo that comes on the side with it, goes so perfectly. The bottles sodas of course is the cherry on top!! ***Cash only fyi.

Man! This little place has the freshest mariscos I've had in a while. The make thier michilada mix from scratch from actual shrimp broth! So freaking good. I had to get me some oysters and themed me a magnifico that came with cooked shrimp raw shrimp and callo dr hache (gaiby scallops) in some house hot sauce. I'm so impressed!

I ordered the Aguachiles Verdes and it was very delicious. I love how acidic and spicy it is. The owner was so nice. She gave me a free water bottle upon requesting water.

Ceviche with Avocado (not showing full tostada, this was what I set aside for my meal)

Tried this place based on a craving for ceviche and the rave reviews that it has online. I may have found my new ceviche spot!! Went in to pick up a "tostada" and came out with a large bowl of ceviche that was plenty to eat in one sitting + leftovers for the next day. The ceviche was really tasty and not overly done with lemon. Will return!

This place serves authentic seafood classico from Sinaloa, Mexico. Quality of the seafood is excellent and if you're looking for top quality aguachile in town, look no further than this hidden (not so hidden) local's favorite spot. Restaurant is located within a quiet mall by Artesia Blvd & California Ave Ambiance is a hole in a wall vibe but authentic Mexican. Must try: 1. Augachile Verde - 10/10 2 Mojarra- 10/10 It's a family owned serving amazing food for the locals for many years. Service is amazing. Only thing to keep in mind is their cash only establishment.

    Ceviche de camarón

This place is so underrated. We randomly stopped by as we were craving mariscos and wow! Did not disappoint whatsoever. We had the Jaiva with shrimp and the ceviche de camarón so delicious!!! coming back again! The service was great, very nice waitress. The place doesn't have the prettiest setting lol but the food was amazing and totally worth it to try! Great music just wished they accepted card/zelle. This was cash only very reasonable prices for the plates

Fresh seafood with great taste, the location is edgy but worth the stop. The aguachiles are spicy and have a lot of lemon.

Toward the end of the meal, she kindly split the check per couple, which we really appreciated. The best part? We were surprised with fried Oreos and ice cream on the house--such an unexpected and delicious treat! Then, to top it off, the manager came by and offered us a second round of fried Oreos and ice cream, also on the house. How cool is that? Nice place, good food, and excellent service. The sauce in the bag felt a bit... watered down like it went for a swim before meeting the seafood. For a party of four, we ordered: SHRIMP LOVER COMBO, LOBSTER ROLL, SIDE OF RICE, BASKET OF SEASONED FRIES, AND MAD DOG XXX SAUCE on the side. Portion-wise, we left comfortably full and only slightly questioning our life choices. The Shrimp Lover Combo can't be modified. We chose Stinkin' Special and Spicy, which came with a plastic glove so you can dig in like a civilized gremlin. The Stinkin' Special was a generous blasts of Old Bay and enough garlic to ward off vampires. The Mad Dog sauce wasn't shock-your-soul spicy, but it definitely lingered. I was still feeling its friendly burn hours later and well into the evening. The LOBSTER ROLLL was tasty but fleeting. It's one of those dishes that makes you realize the meal is almost over right when you're hitting peak satisfaction. A little emotional damage there. We wrapped it all up with deep-fried Oreos and ice cream, which was an instant win. Sweet, cooling relief after all that heat. Tip: Sign up to their text newsletter at the restaurant and enjoy a free basket of fries. BTW, their website is down. :(

I'm usually happy with just the hot sourdough and clam chowder that is in a league of its own! Unfortunately, the service was not to the standard. Very slow pacing and the staff inattentive. I also super enjoy the $1 shots of soju. It's 6 shots max per person, but that puts you at a nice buzz for your meal. She did not let me down as we walked in and noticed how truly authentic it was going to look. Chinese decor on the walls and boxes of restaurant supples in the corners. Just as it should be. The bonus was that they had a TV showing the NBA Finals when we arrived. Pretty nice touch and in the back of the restaurant so as not to distract everyone. We went with a couple of our favorite dishes to run along and the Chicken Lo Mein was pretty good. Crispy pieces of chicken and soft noodles and veggies to go with it. We chose to get Mongolian Beef and it was absolutely fantastic. Crispy celery, green onions and decent sized pieces of meat in a terrific sauce. I would love to try to replicate that. My wife wanted a shrimp dish so she ordered the honey walnut and it even looked good to me when they brought it. She loves egg rolls, so she got a four piece and said they were pretty good. My biggest wow of the visit was their vegetable fried rice. MY GOD. I dont know what they season or flavor it with, but every fork full of rice that i ate, it was this sense of flavor that reminded me of butter or something else. I really loved the sensation i experienced from this particular dish. I am really curious on what it actually is. I lunched with a friend and shared two things: -moo shu chicken ($13.95) -salt & pepper tofu ($13.95) I've never had moo shu anything before and I am now a moo shu fan 4ever. Apparently the version here come pre-wrapped, but I didn't mind since I was a first timer. The wrapper functions a lot like a tortilla, but much more delicate. I like the mixture of chicken, wood ear mushrooms and cabbage maybe? Textually it's crunchy and I like that in the soft wrapper. The salt & pepper tofu is sautéed with jalapeños which give it a nice kick. It's not your classic version of the this dish because the tofu is cubed into bite sized pieces and tastes a little more peanut-y than salt and pepper-y, but I didn't mind it. It was great over white rice. L V is perfect for a quick Chinese fix. Lunch specials are just a bonus.
