They give you crackers, and 3 tostadas with the order.. Those chunks of octopus were a nice size, and the shrimp were huge. The broth, you can get apparently warm or cold. I opted for cold. It was really good. Only thing i needed was some packets of Tapatio. Really good. A must if your in the area.

As a huge fan of shrimp coctel, I've had many from all over, this is the best. They make it fresh, right when you order it. I was able to ask for more or less of the ingredients. It was worth it. The Molcajete was the standout dish of the night. It arrived sizzling hot and loaded with perfectly cooked meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, and a rich, savory sauce that tied everything together. It was hearty, flavorful, and easily one of the best Molcajetes I've had. The mussels were another favorite. Honestly, everything tasted like it came straight out of someone's mother's kitchen--in the best way possible. The food had that homemade, comforting quality that's hard to find these days. The portions were generous, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere had that cozy, family-owned feel that makes you want to come back again.

As soon as we looked over the menu, my mouth was already watering. We ordered the aguachiles verdes, the molcajete supreme, and I added a side of fries. When I say the food came out fast, I mean FAST, especially for food this fresh. The wait staff was attentive, friendly, and checked in just enough without being overbearing. The aguachile was honestly one of the best I've had. The green sauce was incredibly flavorful, perfectly balanced, and everything tasted fresh and vibrant. The molcajete supreme did not disappoint. The sauce was rich and delicious, and the portion of carne and shrimp was generous and very satisfying. You can tell care goes into the food here. And somehow, even the fries were amazing .... crispy, hot, and the perfect side. If you're passing through on your way to Yosemite, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back.

I'm beyond frustrated with my experience and the complete lack of accountability from this…read morebusiness. I ordered 1 lb of mussels and 1 lb of king crab through DoorDash, expecting exactly what I paid for. When the order arrived, it immediately looked off. There was no way it was the correct portion. So I did what anyone would do when something doesn't feel right, I put it on a food scale. Sure enough, the total weight came out to about 1 lb combined, meaning I only received roughly half a pound of each instead of a full pound. That's not a small mistake, that's a 50% short on both items. To make it clear, I even took pictures of the food on the scale and sent them to both DoorDash and the restaurant as proof. I contacted DoorDash first, and they pushed the responsibility back to the restaurant, saying Bag O Crab controls their own portions. Fair enough. So I reached out to Bag O Crab directly, expecting them to take responsibility for what is clearly their error. Instead, they refused to do anything at all. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Their excuse was that the order was placed through DoorDash, so they couldn't help. That's unacceptable. The issue isn't where I ordered from, it's that I paid your business for a specific amount of food and didn't receive it. Even after I tried to meet them halfway and asked for store credit instead of a refund, they still refused to make it right. This is exactly how you lose customers. Not just because of the mistake, but because of how you handle it. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for your customers. I won't be ordering from here again, and I'd strongly caution others to double-check what they're getting, because if something is wrong, don't expect any help.

The beef was quite tough and over-breaded, making it hard to find the actual meat. The sauce had a decent kick, but it was overwhelmingly sweet, and the white rice was a bit dry/clumped together as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Honey Walnut Shrimp: This is usually a favorite, but the execution here was greasy. The mayo-based sauce was broken and heavy, and the walnuts lacked that signature candied crunch--they felt a bit soft. Fried Shrimp: These were standard, though again, the breading was very thick. They were okay, but nothing you couldn't get from the frozen aisle at a grocery store. Verdict The portions are generous, but the quality just isn't there. Everything felt a bit too heavy and oily. If you're looking for high-quality Chinese takeout, you might want to keep looking. It's "okay" in a pinch, but I probably won't be rushing back to order this specific spread again.
