The sauce had a decent kick, but it was overwhelmingly sweet, and the white rice was a bit dry/clumped together as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. ​Honey Walnut Shrimp: This is usually a favorite, but the execution here was greasy. The mayo-based sauce was broken and heavy, and the walnuts lacked that signature candied crunch--they felt a bit soft. ​Fried Shrimp: These were standard, though again, the breading was very thick. They were okay, but nothing you couldn't get from the frozen aisle at a grocery store. ​Verdict ​The portions are generous, but the quality just isn't there. Everything felt a bit too heavy and oily. If you're looking for high-quality Chinese takeout, you might want to keep looking. It's "okay" in a pinch, but I probably won't be rushing back to order this specific spread again.
