​I ordered a few staples from Amazing Kitchen tonight, but unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to the name. ​The Food ​Ginger Beef & White Rice: The ginger beef was the biggest letdown. The beef was quite tough and over-breaded, making it hard to find the actual meat. The sauce had a decent kick, but it was overwhelmingly sweet, and the white rice was a bit dry/clumped together as if it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. ​Honey Walnut Shrimp: This is usually a favorite, but the execution here was greasy. The mayo-based sauce was broken and heavy, and the walnuts lacked that signature candied crunch--they felt a bit soft. ​Fried Shrimp: These were standard, though again, the breading was very thick. They were okay, but nothing you couldn't get from the frozen aisle at a grocery store. ​Verdict ​The portions are generous, but the quality just isn't there. Everything felt a bit too heavy and oily. If you're looking for high-quality Chinese takeout, you might want to keep looking. It's "okay" in a pinch, but I probably won't be rushing back to order this specific spread again. read more

The food is always hot and fresh at Amazing Kitchen. I have an egg allergy so they're always accommodating with leaving it out of the fried rice for me. Kung Pao chicken and pork fried rice are my absolute favorites and they do it well. The decor is pleasing and simple. The menu itself is comprehensive and sanitary. The service has been excellent and on a couple of busy occasions, it was slower. Above all, it's good food with healthy options fast and freshly prepared. read more

Ordered their dinner plates through DoorDash after a long work day. Food was packed nicely and well, we were surprised at how heavy two dinner plates were! The orange chicken combo was delicious, chow mein was perfectly seasoned. The sweet & sour pork was super crunchy and delicious. The beef and broccoli was cooked perfectly, soft slices of beef and the broccoli still had a crunch. A tad bit too salty for me, but it could have just been an off day. Overall, I cannot wait to try the different dishes here and will our go to for Chinese takeout in Madera. read more

I absolutely loved this restaurant when they opened. We would eat there all the time. Always hot and delicious. However, over the last six months or more they have gone down hill. The food is either cold, doesn't have flavor, or not cooked all the way. They'll tell you the ginger chicken comes with all these vegetables like carrots and jalapeños, but it doesn't. I'm not sure if they have a new cook or something but I hope they can find away to make their food taste great again. read more

I wanted Chinese food, so I decided to do a take out order. When I got home it was a shrimp combo with beef broccoli. The shrimp was over cooked and greasy, there was beef no broccoli ,fried rice was dry and and the flavor was nonexistent. Service was good ,the food was not prepared to your order must be in some kind of warmer or crock pot. They will not see me again. read more

This place was a lucky shot. I was in the area foor work and decided to drop in the inside was spacious and clean very neat and where the kitchen was there was a little window you can see to the kitchen. Everybody was working so hard. I was greeted. I was given a menu. She asked me if I wanted to sit down or leave. I decided to dine in , lady was very cool she was welcoming the menu was pretty extensive they had some of everything. They also had some great combos, every combo had something that a person would like together I ordered the combo, chow mein Chop Suey, orange chicken and pork fried rice . vegetables were fresh tasty made the chow mein great 8/10 rice was good solid 8 orange chicken was OK solid 7 overall rate the plate 7.5 out of 10 if I'm ever in the area, I will be sure to drop me in. Oh yeah the service is really speedy so if you're on lunch break, you definitely can get it in. read more

Almost 8 months later and it's a Monday evening where I haven't had a good day. So what do I do? I order my wife and I, 2 egg flower soups, and share a combo Chinese style. And STILL they are serving quality amazing tasting food, making everything for now okay. I LOVE the consistency!! They don't ever disappoint me! 1/14/25 Hot and New! Must try! Getting lunch! Vegetable chicken ordered with tofu added, made spicy and Potstickers ordered. The worker was very kind and happy to make changes. (Adding tofu to order.) Arrived to pick up. Great! Greeted by many! Order ready, paid for and received with good day wishes! =D Restaurant is very nice. Many Booths. Safe and clean. Lunchtime! Its A LOTof food! Lots of kdfrocefs! Easily another meal for both! Vegetable chicken with tofu added was DELICIOUS and they give you plenty of meat, fresh veggies & tofu! Flavorful! Potstickers were Great too! Spicy mustard sauce made it even better! Mother said hers was really Great and some of the best potstickers she's had! They also included fortune cookies! Top it off! Consistently solid food quality from Madera's newest Chinese spot. Although I haven't dined inside yet, the to-go orders I've had are always prepared promptly and are served fresh and hot. It's a busy place so you may experience a wait for a table and the the wait times for to go orders can vary. The portions are huge and well worth the price of the food. Their combo plates range from $14-$17 and are well worth the price. I've enjoyed the orange chicken, chow mein, pork fried rice Mongolian beef and have enjoyed everything I tried. I will definitely be a returning customer. read more

Well for the first with the positives part my family and I were recommended this place since our normal go to is China Kitchen but was told Amazing Kitchen is more budget friendly and double the servings. That for sure was true our plates were huge enough for 2-3 people. The food is good for a quick take out but needs a little more taste. the place is clean just didn't know if we sat ourselves or someone sits us. They are attentive and helpful with the menu as well. So over all that area is good. Now, I give it a 1 star because not even a couple minutes of us walking in and sitting down, the cashier lady (tall and thin women) had yelled across the room for my daughter to sit down infront of all the other families having dinner which for one we were waiting for our high chair and 2 we had literally just walked in. Thirdly, I don't think it was appropriate for her to yell across at my 2 year old. It made me and my family feel upset the whole time during our meal. I know how to tell my daughter to sit she could've came to our table to let us know to be careful but I think she could've waited til we sat down and situated before jumping ahead when my daughter was just excited to eat. I had spoke to the gentleman who got our drinks and asked if she was a manager he told me no so I let him know then why did she think it was okay to yell across the room (we sat at a table by the door) to my daughter for when we are right here he states he was the manager and that they had incidents happen supposedly with kids .... So regardless the fact it made us feel unwelcome and upset. Especially being the first time us trying a new place. We didn't get a sorry or anything so because of the customer service I don't think at this moment we will return. read more

First time eating here and I wasn't very impressed. Got a shit-ton of food. We got 2 of their combo plates. Enough to actually feed 5 or 6 people. Mongolian beef for me is way too spicy . Pot stickers kind of had a plastic taste but I did like the orange chicken! The foods not bad but it's just not the Chinese flavors I personally prefer. I'm kind of on the fence when it comes to giving them another try. read more

Staff is nice. My take out food was plentiful, but just okay. I had the pork chow mean, fried rice, and fried shrimp. The chow mein was a bit bland, the rice was decent, the fried shrimp was a tad tough. I am hopeful to try eating in sometime. Maybe it was just an off day. read more

Hello to all, well had a chance to try a new eating establishment called the Amazing Kitchen which I understand is connected to Lee Kitchen in Madera Ranchos. The combination plate of Pork Chow mein with rice and sweet and sour pork was huge and could be shared. Appetizer of fried shrimp were hot and served with a dipping sauce. We were greeted as soon as we entered and told to sit where ever we wanted. Our server attended to us with drinks and menus. Wait time to receive our meals was quick and served hot. The ambiance is very much family oriented and friendly definitely a neighborhood eating establishment. I will have to revisit in the near future to see how the Amazing Kitchen matures in areas. Now with that said this place has the potential to become a neighborhood favorite so welcome to the Amazing Kitchen. Due to the business being new I gave it four stars. Today I ordered online to pick up and it was very convenient thru meal key. I ordered Orange Chicken and Bacon Fried Rice and it was so good and fresh, flavor was spot on! when my order was ready in about 15 minutes by the time I drove across town. And the staff was very kind greeted me soon as I walked in it was a nice and clean restaurant, I'm impressed. The price range with the food quality is very good. read more

I did a take out order and was given a 20 minute pick up time, 40 minutes later I got my food. The food was cold, the egg rolls were mushy and greasy, more noodles than vegetables in the chicken chow mein, orange chicken wasn't spicy at all. The bacon fried rice was decent. I have now been to this restaurant twice. I dinned in Once a few weeks ago and did take out on 6-23-25. Both times the food quality was excellent. The portions are good for the money. The flavor hits the spot. I tried the Combo plate C with Sweet and Sour Pork, Broccoli Beef over chow mien, and fried rice. The to go container was stuffed to the brim and felt like it weighed at least two pounds. I would say for the price it was a win that fed me last night and will feed me again tonight with left overs. The in person dinning a few weeks ago was great as they bring out large plates with huge portions again that meant left overs for the following night. My wife and I shared multiple entrees for the dine in experience and the service was great as well. read more

Passing through! We found this spot on Yelp, decided to try it, and ventured in from the freeway... Staff was very nice, but unfortunately the food didn't cut it. Wife ordered the teriyaki chicken but it had a distinctive thawing meat smell/taste so it was sent back. Staff tried to give us other options (much appreciated) but the appetite was not there anymore. As for the rest of our food, it was bland, lacking flavor.
