Not the best place to get wings but they do probably have the best chicken wings in Madera. Correct me if I'm wrong and I'll go buy from there. I would consider myself a very experienced wing eater as I have had about 70 types of wings from several "wing" companies and competitors, also having gone to the chicken wing festival in Reno, NV several times and I was a judge at #Wingfest. I would never eat inside this little and cramped location, I only order to go. As for the sides I cannot speak about those item's I only order wings. The customer service here was lacking but has gotten better. As for the wings order the "classic" wings not the boneless, boneless tend to be over cooked and dry. The flats have less fat than the drums do. Best flavors in my opinion are mango habanero, lemon pepper and Louisiana rub. Let me start by saying we ordered our wings earlier in the day for a gathering we were going to have. We get to the location and see a hand written note on the window they are closed until further notice. Someone had opened the door to let someone in and we asked about the order we made since we had paid for our food online he said he would ask someone. The next gentleman came out and said that the system is down and they haven't gotten any orders. He asked us to if we were sure that we were at the correct location. We showed him the email that we got when we made the order. He said he couldn't do anything but take our name down. So we wait outside and the gentleman comes out with a receipt of our order which is frustrating for us because he just said they haven't received any orders because the system is down. Then We are told he can email higher up management to get us a refund which will take 7-10 business days. Our issue is if they knew they were not going to be making any food why were we not contacted so we could make other arrangements. I know you are probably just thinking we are mad and frustrated for no reason, but there was no notice that food was not being made or store was closed then we were lied to by saying they had no orders come in just to have him come out with a paper receipt of our order. And we have to wait 7-10 business days to see if a refund is going to be processed. Then we get home look at the app and we are still able to make an order so there is nothing letting people know the store is closed until they walk up to the door read more

The whole point of door dash is so I do not have to deal with your ridiculous lines, wait times and employees who obviously count higher than 1. First time here at this Wingstop location. Wifey and I Love Wingstop and everytime we want some this place is packed. Last night was no exception. There were people sitting waiting for their order, people standing waiting to order, the counters were packed with bags of orders and there was a wire shelf packed with orders as one of the workers called out names. These workers were so busy yet from the cooks to the cashiers; even though they were so busy they were very pleasant and genuinely nice people. When our food arrived we were not disappointed, crunchy outside, juicy inside and seasoned to perfection. The wifey and I believe that it's the little things that make all the difference and these little things made us so happy. GOOD JOB ladies and gentlemen of Madera Wingstop last night. This location specifically is the best Wingstop I've been to. I go here frequently and have only had a problem once, they forgot my two sides. I went back and told the workers and they apologized for the mistake and had my sides ready within 5 minutes! Not sure what the other reviews are about, but I've never experienced that going here for over a year. Absolutely the worst wings I have ever had. They were swimming in grease. I squeezed every wing in napkins at least 3 times to try to absorb the grease. So I don't recommend coming at night this was the first time I came here in the daytime hours and it was clean. The food was hot and okay but the fries had no seasoning on them. There was also a huge water spill from the fountain drink machine because it was leaking water so there was a smell of mustiness. Wait time is insane!!!! Whenever our family wants wing stop, we have to order at least 45 minutes ahead of time. I wanted to order some corn and was told the wait time would be 40 minutes. So, I usually hit this Wingstop on Cleveland because my guys live and breathe by it at work. When I order something for them ( usually online), its a pretty smooth process. Order. Pickup. Headout. I walk in the door and there is one gentleman in front of me and that staff hurriedly says " welcome to wingstop" as I step in line behind him. Once he confirms his name with the young lady at the register, she ignores him and starts texting on her phone. A gentleman from the back who was tossing wings asked his name one more time, checked the bags and handed him his order.
