This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to, would not recommend. They hire inexperienced, careless, no integrity habing people. The orders are always late no matter what your wingstop app says. Bare minimum, your order is 20 minutes late. They are always out of dips and wont let you know. They will send you home with different dips, not caring if you are allergic to anything. It's 12/7/20 and I went here for lunch. As I waited forever for my food I watched how they were preparing their meals. I watched 2 young ladies take the wings out of the fryer and put them in large stainless steel mixing bowls, add sauce and mix them up. What was gross about it was that they used the same ball over and over and over. Then after pouring out the chicken wings they put the dirty bowl back up on the rack. Then they would pull that same bowl down and use it again for the next set of wings. Same thing went for the french fries. You would think that they would clean the bowls out after each use but not here. Even if they are reusing the same bowl, using the same sauce, I still think they should be using a clean bowl for every order. I don't think I'll come back here for any type of meal. The wings were OK but the fries were gross. Watch your meal be prepared next time you go in here and see if you see the same thing I saw today. Come'on people use a clean mixing bowl! read more

I arrived and paid and then stood there over 20 minutes waiting for my food (5 original wings, 5 lemon pepper ) they kept making orders for people that weren't even there! I have come to this Wing Stop several times with my kids and they have more or less met my expectations every time. I get hot, fried, breaded chicken with sauce aplenty, a big basket of fries, a small boat of carrots and celery, a couple cups of dip, and standard fountain drinks. They have never gotten my order wrong. I wouldn't call it special, but it's a good place to go with my kids. The facility itself is not the cleanest. My daughter is a little leery since there were reports of roaches several months ago, and though we have never seen them during our visits, such a rumor is believable. Tables, floors, and countertops are far from sparkling and always seem to have some kind of spill or spot. Every time we visit - which is always a weekend for dinner - the place is at capacity, every table full with a line out the door for take-out. The girls at the registers go as fast as they can, and often help in the kitchen area as well. I definitely believe these two items are related: a minimalist staffing model results in insufficient time (and/or energy) for the employees to spend on cleaning. I'm sure we'll be back from time to time since the location is convenient for our purposes and my middle child loves him some hot wings, but the experience could be better. read more

I tried to keep it basic, 40 piece, 2 flavors, one large fry, and an order of Cajun corn. Order time was 38 - 43 minutes. I live approx 25 minutes away. Made it to the location, order was ready, I peeked in the bag (my mistake), then left. Got home, divvied up the food, family asked "no fries?" Low and behold, WingStop forgot the fries and 2 of my sauces!! 20 of the chickens were fresh and good, the other 20 tasted old. I called as soon as I realized, was placed on hold for approx 6 minutes, I hung up and called back. Put on hold again, then spoke with someone. Corrective action was to give us 2 large fries next visit, not the same without the chicken !! In their defense, I didn't mention the old tasting chicken, because I hadn't eaten any yet. But then the last time I went, I walk in and they call my name! Wow a first, all I can think is I'll be out in 5 minutes because there's 3 people in front of me. Nope, they take forever ringing people up and by the time I get there my order is gone. Girl at register looks for it, girls in the back said they put it on the counter. I said maybe you gave it to somebody because I heard her call my name, I raised my hand, she acknowledged me, set it on the counter next to you and now it's gone. She denies it, can't admit that she made a mistake and asked if I still want to wait while they remake my order? I said yes I've already paid online and my family is waiting for me to get back with the wings. So now I'm waiting again, first the 15 minutes in line and now 30 minutes to make my food they lost. I sit down and the guy next to me says yeah she gave your order to the people in front of him. I understand people make mistakes so I don't make a big deal, I'd just would've like the employee to acknowledge her mistake and correct it. Denying it isn't going to solve it. We had a problem now let's find a solution, the employees cooking did a great job getting my order out fast. Will I go back? Yes because I love their wings and it seems like the cooking staff is trying all they can but the place is just too busy for the staff there. This is my boyfriend and I's go-to wing place. We live equal distances from Fresno and Madera and we'd rather go to Madera for wings. Definitely better than BWW. These wings are always HOT AND FRESH. That's why you do have to wait a little while longer than you might wait at another wing place. Wingstop never disappoints. Love that they're open late and they are doing better on their cleanliness. Madera CA Wing Stop located on Cleveland Ave. Placed my order on the App said it would be done 16-21 minutes, arrived at Wingstop (about 20 minutes from the time i placed the order) walked in paid quickly was not busy, the employee that was working at the front checked bags that were ready to go and did not see my name and said my order should be done soon, she then handed me and my friend our drink cups, went over to get drinks and when i pushed my cup back to get ice there was residue of what seemed to look like rust on the rim of my cup, i looked back there and sure enough FULL of orange gunk both dried and dripping. Wiped my cup down and got a drink (selection was not wide at all almost everything that is offered was not available). i went to go sit down, the lady in the front started talking to someone that she knew for about 3-5 minutes and a line started to form, they finally wrapped up their conversation and she FINALLY handed him his change meanwhile the bags that she had looked at had not been added to or changed at all so i decided to go ask if my order was almost ready, she then went over to the same bags she had checked 30 min earlier (the bags that i had been watching to see if any more bags would be added) and said "oh here it is". i opened my bag of food when i got back to the car and noticed that the fries were a bit cold and not seasoned at all, did not taste like wing stop fries normally do, i had ordered a large 10 piece meal & a small 6 piece meal, i received one ranch when both choice of sauce was ranch. i also ordered biscuits, they were not buttered like they normally are at other wing stops and they were hard, not fluffy at all. the wings weren't even good, cold and dry. my friend and I didn't even touch our food after tasting bites of it. tried to go back in to ask if they could fix it but the line was starting to form outside the door. very disappointed with this experience, i usually love wing stop but this makes me never want to eat there again. read more

My order was not as I had requested and on several occasions my wings were extremely tiny and over cooked.
