My wife likes their wings. Too bad the service sucks. I would skip dinner before I gave them any money

I made an online order for my lunch break at work. Paid for it with my card and asked my bf to pick it up. They wouldn't let him pick up my order because I needed to sign. Anyways. I'm pregnant and wanted my wings. I called and asked for my money back and they refused. Poor customer service. They leave their food out for numerous hours and reheat them and sell them anyways. My family as well as myself will never be eating here again. read more

If I could give this location zero stars, I totally would. The customer service here is terrible. What's that popular saying, "the struggle is real?" That definitely applies to this location. I placed an online order, it said your order will be ready at 4:13pm. I was there at 4:20pm (because I know better), I didn't walk out of there with my (cold a$$ food) until 4:50pm. While waiting patiently for my food I was observing the workers in the back, prepping the food. The confusion was also very real. There were two separate orders for someone with the same name and boy oh boy were these two workers struggling to figure out what order goes to which person. Other people were coming in to place orders. The person taking the orders, would seriously lean on the counter (so lazy!) while taking the orders. Who does that??! Go home and take a nap. They also ran out of napkins......... They finally called my name for my order. I asked the girl to double check it because I saw all of the confusion in the back. She didn't like that and neither did her co worker. I explained to them that I do not live close and did not want to get home to find out my order was wrong. Since when did they become skimpy on the fries? Needless to say, my family and I will never be going back to this location and corporate will be notified. read more

I don't recommend eating here they cross contaminate the raw chicken with the cooked and then yell at you when confronted! Owner: I hope you read yelp because your employees are going to make people very sick! I recommend reviewing the tapes and watch how they are preparing the food:(. This place has terrible service. We came for a to go order and when we got home, none of the sauces we had to pay for were in our bag. We were in the area again so we came back to get our money back, even though it was only a couple dollars. When we kindly asked for a refund, the first girl we spoke to was very rude. We hoped speaking to the manager would be better.. We were wrong. The manager, Tiffany was very loud, rude, disrespectful. I am surprised at the bad reviews regarding the service, I have been here four times and never have I received bad service or horrible food, the staff has always been very polite and efficient and the food is good as well, I really like the Louisiana rub and the fries are awesome! read more

went to have dinner tonight, we were told by the girl behind the counter it would be about 14 minutes, several guests came in after us and received there meals before we did. my husband went to the counter and asked the girl who waited on us what the hold up was, it had been a half an hour, she said they were waiting on fries....really, the group that just got there food had 4 fries....are you kidding me! Another customer came in an waited quite a while also, she asked the blonde gal there what the hold up was, the employee was very rude to the guest....Then in walks the manager from break, in less than 5 minutes she filled the empty paper towels and 2 empty ketchup bottles....the manager works her tail off the 3 other employees need to go and be retrained! read more

Korean BBQ was trash it was neither BBQ nor spicy and don't even get me started on Louisiana Rub was super salty. The lemon pepper was very dry and was Salty too and I could barely taste a hint of lemon. The only thing they did right was I ordered online and it was ready when I got there but I ate late so maybe that's why. The only recommendation of any of the food would be cajun flavored fries those were good but other than that the food here was no bueno but it was warm when I got to my house however so I'll give them one star for the fries but they seriously need to improve their food. read more

I went to this location today and saw a very helpful employee. He was not only greeting every customer with a smile he also helped a women with an elderly man into the restaurant. All the food is excellent. I do online orders at least three times a month. Today they did not pack my brownie with my to go order. When I called back I was told the manager would call me back. I come in alot and they just have no idea how to work at a good pace. There was only one person taking orders and all he did was answer the phone and ignore the line. I get that they are busy, but if you see people moving with a sense of urgency. You can understand they are doing there best. When I asked, kindly, how much longer it would be, the person packing the food snapped back. This is the worst Wingstop location. I brought home bone-in wings with a dry rub, no sauce. The bag was dripping wet and completely soaked in grease by the time I got home. The wings were bathing in an inch of grease in the Styrofoam container. The "manager" was uncooperative when I called to inform them that the carpet in my vehicle was soaked in grease. He told me that he didn't know how it happened, that maybe the bag fell over while I was driving. I didn't need him to be super sleuth and figure out how it happened. He should have stepped up to the plate and pacified the situation. Instead he was an unprofessional jerk. You don't have to be very smart to know that dry food shouldn't leak. None of the employees have telephone or customer service skills and cannot multi task. If you want Wingstop without problems and with good customer service you need to go to the Fresno location. read more

It was our first time to Wing Stop ever we all loved it! Happy cheerful place where we were greeted as soon as we walked it. We were even allowed to sample the ATOMIC sauce to see what we were getting our selves into! Update: This place has stayed consistently awesome since Ive started coming. Just the other day I called and placed an order. I told the manager Tiffany I was shopping at the nearby Marshalls and would be there in a bit. I didn't want my food sitting around waiting for me. She said NO PROBLEM. I walked in about twenty minutes later, picked up my order (they were literally bagging it as I paid), drove home to the other side of town, unloaded four children from the car, and guess what----- my food was so fresh, so hot, so delicious. I ordered online and my order was ready. Staff was pleasant. I ordered 10 piece Hawaiian Wings, extra crispy. Wings were small and had no flavor but the sweet sauce. Very bland but freshly cooked.
