(Note - this…read morenegative review is specific to the catering; I have had positive experiences with takeout from the restaurant). I waited a few days to post this review, because I really wanted to give them a chance to make it right. But it's now been 6 days and I've still received ZERO communication or accountability from anyone. I've called multiple times and either no on answers, or when they do, they say the manager isn't available. I ordered catering for my mother's memorial - she lived in West Roxbury and I wanted to support a local business that she enjoyed. The first red flag should've been when I tried to call 3 times to place the order initially, and each time was told the catering team wasn't available. I decided to go in person and speak to the head of catering to place the order. The catering manager, Lucy, was nice and helped me decide what to order for the number of people we were expecting. I was planning to pick the order up the night before, but she encouraged me to instead do delivery the morning of to ensure it was as fresh as possible and "make the day easier for myself". if only I had listened to my gut and done pick up. the delivery was a disaster. Lucy assured me it was no problem for to deliver the order at 1030am at the location of the memorial. I was very clear when I ordered that we needed the food to arrive before the guests started arriving at 11am. I confirmed the date, time, and location printed on my receipt when I prepaid for the entire order a week in advance. Another red flag is that there was no communication the couple of days before, but I was so busy coordinating the other components I didn't worry - since I placed the order directly with the catering manager I was sure it would all be fine. But the day of the memorial, 1030am rolls around, and there no food in sight. Then 1045am, then 11am, and still nothing - guests are arriving and there is no food... we called in a panic and spent 30 minutes on hold with the least enthusiastic employee, claiming there was no order in the system, even though the catering manager herself guaranteed the delivery time and location a week prior. Not only was the order delivered over an hour late, in the middle of the service, it was wrong/missing half of the food. Furthermore, they provided serve-ware for approximately 20 people when it was a 85 person order. I ended up having to throw away a large portion of the salads because there simply were not utensils or plates to eat them with. They brought the bread for the "deluxe sandwich platters" literally in a giant plastic bag that they just dumped on table. It felt like a complete joke. Bottom line, the entire experience left our guests hungry, and me even more upset on one of the hardest days of my life. Since then, no one has called or emailed me to follow up apologize after the event. I have been trying to get a well deserved refund and there is just zero accountability from any of the staff there. never, ever, ever order catering from here.

First off, I'd like to answer the question I know everybody reading this is already thinking: yes,…read moreI do realize the absurdity of taking the time to review a Burger King. It's not hard to understand there's NEVER going to be a situation in your life where you and your girlfriend/boyfriend/etc. are hungry, arguing about what you are both in the mood to eat... when all of a sudden you come across this new place on Yelp neither of you has head of before! Not only that, but the name of the establishment talks a big game; claiming to be the rightful sovereign of all burgers! Nope, the truth behind the new BK commercial script I am never getting payed for writing is that your most likely enjoying MA's new legalization laws and while it might be late, you can't help craving some late night post dinner grub. Let's not kid ourselves, nobody's expecting fine dining when we come here. Having the food taste like food is a good start, and waking up the morning after without food poising is a 5 star whooper extravaganza! So, here's the reason these charlatans of the late night munchies are getting my verbal wrath after I gave them a pass post several prior visits: Working in food service blows, I can only imagine what working in fast food service must feel like on your soul day after day. So, I really got no beef with any worker ever at any fast food spot. They have a right to be rude and hate their job. Don't like it? Well, you won't work there and you still want your fast food so deal with the circumstances. What I cannot stand for however, is straight up trickery! When I leave my residence at 11:32pm and head over to BK, who make a promise to be open until 12am every single night, my 7 minute commute should leave an ample 21 minutes of time for me to order and pay at the drive through window. I've been sitting here for entirely too long, putting an alarming amount of time and energy into this review; it's all because I really wanted some BK! This has happened 3 times now in the past 6 months and I've only make the trip to grab takeout at this location maybe 7-8 times. It's not like BK is some quaint mom & pop corner bistro that has odd hours of operation. Management needs to get their time pieces synced and get back on the ball. What am I supposed to do now, go to Mc's? SMH...

After digging around myself, the last delivery driver casually told me: "The food was already taken by someone else." Taken by who? When? How? And why is there no way to contact the previous driver or hold anyone accountable? DoorDash immediately defaulted to deflection mode. Scripted responses, no investigation, no ownership. The food disappears and apparently that's just... acceptable? Burger King's own app is even worse. Their so-called "support" is nothing but a chatbot that cannot solve anything and forcibly ends the conversation every time. That's not customer service -- that's a wall designed to make customers give up. This is not a one-off mistake. This is a broken system. Orders can be taken by someone else easily， customers are left waiting for hours without any notification！ Time wasted, food gone, and zero accountability from either Burger King or their delivery partner. If you're thinking about ordering from this location, especially through the Burger King app or DoorDash, be aware: If something goes wrong, you're completely on your own. Unacceptable.

Burgers are bland, thin and dry. Pizza is soggy and heavy. Chicken and rice bland, fish and chips bland. The only decent food I have tasted from this place is the grilled chicken club. We walked into a modern, functional space with a streamlined ordering process that feels convenient, especially if you are dining with a group that wants different cuisines. The setup is practical and efficient, designed around quick pickup and shared seating, and the variety across the menu gives you the flexibility to try dishes from several different brands without committing to a single restaurant. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the idea. The food felt more like it had been reheated than freshly cooked, and it lacked the flavor and freshness we were expecting. The dishes arrived warm, but the texture and depth of flavor were missing, with some items tasting flat and others carrying that unmistakable reheated quality that makes a meal feel less considered. While the menu offers plenty of variety, the execution did not match the price point, and for what we paid, the quality was underwhelming and did not feel like a good value. The convenience is really the biggest selling point here. If you need a quick meal and everyone wants something different, it serves that purpose, and the ordering process is smooth enough to make the stop relatively painless. However, if you are looking for food that tastes freshly prepared or is memorable on its own, there are plenty of better options in the area. The concept has potential, but the food itself was disappointing. Between the reheated feel, lack of flavor, and relatively high prices, it is not somewhere we would choose to return to. The convenience is appealing, but the quality gap between the idea and the execution makes it hard to recommend for anything beyond a quick, no-expectations meal.
