I used to, I reiterate used to love to go with my kids and occasionally with my husband . It was a casual go to place! I loved the chicken sandwich! I have not gone in 5 years ! I have not entered this place for that long! I may use the drive thru a bit more! The sandwich I loved used to be put together week, wrapped well ! Now it's cold, a terrible job wrapped and no lettuce, tomato or mayo. Fries are very salty. It takes forever to get your meal. Dirty tables, bathroom and hard to find condiments. Maybe someone from McDonald's should make the sandwich! Oh and really try to have hot food not cool food. read more

So I went back. I was hungry, don't judge. It had been a year since I was at this BK and I was tired and went inside. It was about 830 at night and to be honest, i thought the place was abandoned. Interior lights on, 2 cars in the lot, BK signage black, parking lot lights, black. With the exception of the neon stripes on the roof, there weren't many indicators that it was open...VFW highway was busy as it always was and the other fast food joints were hopping. Leading me to wonder - does this franchise even want customers? Inside? The place was immaculate and eerily quiet except for the TV sets. The staff was polite, food was fine...:but being the sole diner on a weekday night? Odd. 3 stars because the staff was an improvement over the drive Thru train wreck last year. Burger King used to be the best chain fast food spot on VFW Parkway before the nearby McDonald's got all swankified. Regardless, this place is generally always clean, doesn't have homeless people, and they will really let you have it your way. I always found the quality here to be consistent. The prices weren't as obscene as some of the BK's in more urban areas and there aren't flies all over the place from spilled soda. I used to order Whoppers with extra EVERYTHING and they wouldn't give me any crap for it (in a good way, meaning they just put everything on there). I just got a massive sandwich! Like any BK, the chicken nugget-related products suck, but everything else is good. read more

Living in Westwood, this is one of the two Burger King fast food restaurants in my area. This one has lots of advantages and the other one (further down the highway on the Westwood / Norwood border) also has some advantages. But, overall I think this one is better. Anyway, this Burger King location has recently been remodeled into the upgrade Burger King introduced, and looks very new, clean, and one hundred times better than the other locations. The prices here also are lower than the other location, and the drive thru barely ever has a line. Staff are always friendly, and orders are usually correct. Food is not the best (fast food is never good in large amounts....), but for fast food, tasty and never bad. 5 stars for the West Roxbury location. read more

On Saturday, 21December 2019, at about 2pm, I ordered 2 Whoppers. Got Food Poisoning from the Whoppers. Sanitary procedures are not being followed. The employees are definitely doing one or more things wrong. I recovered from the Food Poisoning about 5 days later. I do not recommend this Burger King. I recommend the Boston Board of health send an investigator there. read more

What to say about this Burger King? I find it funny how this place seems to never be busy however every time I go I have to park my vehicle to wait for my food to be brought to me. The worst part of all of it is the employees here can't figure out that a number 13 is chicken fries not a chicken Sandwhich. I like to order from this Burger King when I order on grub hub. Food is decent priced and easily delivered within about forty five minutes. I usually just microwave it for a minute after it arrived and it's fine. The only gripe I ever have is when there is four strips of bacon on the bacon king I order. I worked for Burger King for four years, and the bacon king should always come with six strips of bacon, along with the two Pattie's four pieces of cheese, mayo and ketchup. Awful just awful! Ever since the last manager (who was brought in to shape this place up) left the service and the food are back to being subpar. Wrong orders, sloppy presentation, minimal lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc and the phone seems to be out of order. This is why they rarely have a line. read more

I have been a long time customer of this Burger King. For decades I have been going there. It must be under new management now because well the frying oil is now dirty. Been like that for some months. Every time I go back to try it again the fried food is still terrible. The frying oil is dirty and they do not clean it. The premises itself also looks run down. Don't go through the drive-thru, the manager made me wait for literally 5 or so minutes for the burger & fries that completed my order. Even dining inside, it seems like the place is understaffed and orders take a longer time to fulfill. If there were many orders, I'd understand, but every time that I've ate there, there were only 1 or 2 other customers besides myself. The place has a lot of cold air, so if you're susceptible to the cold, bring something to wear when you're eating inside. You'll have to ask for napkins as those are handed out to you. read more

Pretty lousy even for a BK. It is sad that the best thing was the super cool computerized soda machine. We went in the middle of the afternoon and the Drive Thru was absolutely packed. I wish yelp had 1/2 stars cause I'd give this place 2 and 1/2. The food is always good, but the times I do come here, I wait a very long time to get the food from the drive thru. And usually, it's not ever busy. I would say my average wait in the drive thru is a good 10 minutes and that's with maybe 1 or 2 cars in front of me. Just stopped at this BK (or any BK) for the first time in maybe five years. Ordered a whopper junior, no pickles. My first clue should have been when the employee was hanging out the window with my special order as I turned the corner. I think I got the order of the person from ten minutes before who ordered extra pickles and didn't pick it up, since it was ice cold and full of pickles. Disgusting. Just picked up an order from drive-thru. I saw the woman at the window collecting money from the car in front of me and giving them their change (they paid in cash), and then I drove up and saw the same person, no gloves/handwashing, walk over to the food counter and begin to pack my (and several other people's fries). Disgusting to not be wearing gloves/washing hands in these pandemic times and be handling other people's food. When I mentioned this at the window, her response was "well you should be wearing a mask". OK, maybe I should have been - but I was not inside the restaurant, and I was separated from the window with a plexi-glass so I was not a risk to anyone. Food is warm but you have to ask for fresh and in return they become nasty. She shuts the window at drive up abruptly as I ask for BBQ sauce. Since when should paying and loyal customers be subjected to abusive behavior? Exactly why you should avoid at all costs otherwise your asking for trouble. I should not be discouraged from visiting because of a moody supervisor who throws sauce on the ground as if Im an animal. She even insists I back up with my car to collect bbq sauces.
